After leaving this review I ended up speaking with a manager who was extremely rude and expressed that she was being rude to me due to my one star rating. Their tow truck driver was polite and absolutely wonderful but unfortunately their management is beyond terrible.

They will put their auction vehicles “ Runs “ but its actually not drivable. I bought two auction vechiles from them couple months ago stating that it’s running but it was drivable because the transmission is messed up. And later found out it was reconstructed lmao losers

I recently experienced an emergency causing me to leave town. During my absence, I was contacted and told my car would be towed and impounded if it wasn’t moved. I reached out to Fred’s towing and they immediately showed consideration and compassion and were willing to help me with my situation. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. 10/10 would recommend.

I just spent 30 days in Washington for health problems and came home to a car with a dead battery. I desperately needed to get mycar running for a doctor appointment today. Was amazed how quick the tow truck operator came, maybe 15 minutes after I called. He was very friendly, very professional and very helpful. Thanks much.

I had a large truck and a small boat both a pain in the but in location and condition also the were being taken to a difficult location. The drivers were very kind about everything and achieved the tow without any problems. Would highly recommend them.

First class towing service at a great price. When I asked of they could be here before 11am so I could go do payday errands...they were here earlier. I have used many towing companies in Anchorage and from now on I am using Freds.

Where to begin?!.. I was tasked with the duty of getting my friends truck back to their place following their arrest for being late on a curfew with an akle monitor . The information I had was The PED office near ship Creek. So after I got home from work I began calling towing companies to figure out what I needed to do; realizing it wasnt going to be as easy as I thought . Sandra was BEYOND helpful!! She went to three locations searching for this truck that I had seen twice and had a few tricks up her sleeve to get the task done.I seriously doubt if I had dealt with anyone else that night that truck would be sitting in a tow yard with its registration and title inside. Needless to say I wont be using any other towing company but Freds in the future!

My experience with Freds towing was absolutely phenomenal, in a extremely scary and stressful situation with my kids and I stranded on the side of the road with no one to help. They went above and beyond to help! The manager kept in perfect communication. It was quite a long drive and at heavy traffic due to construction. I will strictly use Freds towing if/when I ever need a tow/tire repair. I highly reccomend!!!!!
