Wayne was the only tow truck driver in Anchorage that would come help me out when my car broke downd I caused a traffic jam! He was fast, courteous and knowledgeable. He navigated several one-way streets and a couple major stoplights to get my car out of the way fast. Value was excellent as well!!

My car died on the highway and I called around for a tow. Wayne answer his own phone and was unable to initially help me out as he was assisting someone else in another part of town. He followed up with such concern for my safety, simply to verify that my needs had been met. As it turned out, our original tow through anther vendor did not totally satisfy our needs. I called Wayne, who seemed to drop everything to help me out. He was there in 30 minutes, loaded my car and delivered it to the repair shop. I’ve lost my keys and needed a tow so I called eagle towing to schedule a towing in two days Before a appointment I had with Continental and confirm with them the next day as well.The day of my schedule towing appointment, I tried calling and texting eagle but no one replied or called back, 30 minutes pass I call again but still no answer. I was getting worried because I have my appointment with continental In a hour.As I search up towing company, 1st class towing was one of the many option. I called the other towing company’s that had much higher rates or with just bad call service because at this point I’m desperate so I decide to choose 1st class towing out of the search and due to the reviews he had Wayne was more professional.I told Wayne I have a appointment in less than a hour and told me he was across town so it might take him a while. Less than 15 minutes pass and and he was able to tow my car to continental and make it to my appointment.Sadly continental was charging me more than I was told for a key. As we left, I asked if Wayne he Could tow my car to my place when we arrived Wayne took the time out of his day on his drive to my place to call a Subaru shop he knows about (A&A the shop) if they were able to do the job for less and and they said that what continentals price was a ridiculous charge and they can do it no problem for a way cheaper price so he towed it to that place.With the stressful day it was, Wayne was able to hook me up with a deal for the tow cost and was really nice and sympathizing with me. Will definitely be contacting him again if needed he quoted “I take care of customers cars as if they were mine” which made me feel more relaxed with his company (GREAT JOB MIGHTY MOUSE!)

I needed a 2005 Corvette towed from Chugiak to Wasilla in the winter. He loaded and unloaded my car without the front end ever touching his truck. Very impressed! I will be calling him for my next tow, I highly recommend.

Wayne was wonderful. My car wouldn’t start so I had to leave it in the parking lot and get a ride. I called Wayne for a tow and told him where the spare was on my vehicle. Apparently my spare key had fallen off at some point and he didn’t have a key to get inside my vehicle. He patiently waited with my car for 15 to 20 minutes while my ride brought me back there. Wayne was very fast and personable. I would highly recommend. Affordable as well. I’m sure trip prices vary by distance but my tow was only $65.

Wayne is amazing! I had a flat tire. Roadside assistance had already come but couldnt get the tire changed. I called my insurance company for a tow but they said it would likely be an hour or two before anyone could come out and I only had three hours left in the day to get my tire changed before I was out of a vehicle overnight. I used Google to search for my own driver and found Wayne. His reviews were great so I called. I was able to schedule a shop appointment for an hour out and Wayne was getting ready to do another job. He said that job wasnt time sensitive and he could come pick me up and get me to my appointment on time. He was one of the nicest guys Ive ever met and took great care of my truck. Thanksgiving day I called first class towing The only company that would answer the phone I locked my keys in my running car . Said he would come and unlock my door but said it would be much cheaper And faster if I call a cab. Saved $20. This company is first class thx .

Called day before to have my car towed to Youngs gear. Was told that he would be here at 10:30. Next day I waited 45 minutes past 10:30 no call, no show so I went with another tow company here in Anchorage. When I called to let 1st class know that I wouldnt be needing their services if they were still on planning to show up. I was told he was just getting ready to come over. He said he never told me 10:30. Based on other reviews I went with this company because they hgav great reviews for prompt on time service.One bad review out of all the fake 5 Star reviews. Checked a lot of the 5 Star reviews. Most of the people dont even live in Alaska. One person lived in Florida! The owners written response doesnt tell you how he called me back begging me to remove my 1 Star review. When I refused her resorted to threatening me with lines like, Ill see you around town. After that call I wish I could give him a 0 Star review.

Very glad I called this company instead of any other option in Anchorage. I needed an affordable flatbed tow that had access to JBER, and it was very easy to set up a same-day appointment with Wayne. He made sure to arrive early to get cleared through security and provided me with updates when that process didnt go as quickly as he wanted.Wayne is obviously very knowledgeable in the industry and gave me some good advice to help me before future tows. Conversation towards our destination was very friendly and professional. He knew exactly where the shop would want my vehicle, which shows he probably has a pretty good relationship/reputation with many places in town.At the end of the day... a very affordable tow, no gimmicks, and no hassle. 1st Class Towing made a stressful situation a little more tolerable. HIGHLY recommend!! Wayne was amazingly helpful! I called and scheduled for him to come jump my truck through my insurance and he came exactly at 5:30pm. He was knowledgeable and efficient and got the truck started in minutes. He gave me advice and told me to call him if I had any questions. I called him 45 minutes later when the truck didn’t turn back on and he immediately offered to come back to jump it again but I decided a new battery was need. He gave me advice on where to get one and what I ask about when buying it. He went above and beyond in his service and even installed the new battery for me a couple of days later.
