Ive had a few cars cleaned by the purple turtle over the last couple of years but most recently I had them clean my old Ford expedition full of dirt, grime, some mold, and lots of pet hair. They were courteous and timely, and priced fairly. I noticed a few spots in the car that were missed and initially thought that Id just live with it and prepared to write a 4-star review, but I decided to call Matt (the owner) and give him a chance to see it first. He was professional and promptly requested that I give his guys another chance to get it right, so I did, no harsh words exchanged and they re-did the whole interior. I picked up the car and they made sure I was satisfied with the job, I was.I dont have anything bad to say about Matt or his crew, they are good at what they do, and they are very busy! They are priced fairly, not under or over what youd expect. Ill be back with the rest of my fleet to do business with this local small business again.Thank you!

Just had my car done for the second time. The first time was when we moved here in 2016 and drove up through Canada, our Tundra and Subaru were a hot mess. They did an awesome job and we were so pleased.. I let my car get dirty for four years and then came back yesterday as a birthday present to myself lol. It wasn’t very pretty inside after all that time. We had an exchange student we were hosting drop a 24oz hot coffee all over the passenger floor and it smelled like rotten milk… it came back like it was brand new, with NO smell. I love this place so much. I would recommend this place to everyone. Plus they were very nice and the guy doing the detail was very welcoming and friendly. The price is a detail price which is fine, I budgeted for it and it’s WORTH every penny for my own sane happiness in a clean and awesome smelling car. Must try, it’s a great place.

They literally made my 12 year old truck look brand new after it hadnt been washed or detailed in years. They did such a fantastic job. Days later and Im still so grateful and awed by what would have taken days for me to do they did in a couple hours. Worth every penny!

I had a very bad stain in my front seat. They were able to take out almost all of the stain and it looks amazing now! The car looks brand new inside! Highly recommend them. They also give a military discount for our vets!

WOW is all I can say!! I use my 2 year old jeep wrangler to haul around my 4 dogs and was not expecting the dog hair to be removed! I was more concerned about the removal of the 2 years worth of Alaska winter and spring grime on the out side that had the paint feeling like sandpaper. When I picked up my vehicle it seriously looked as good as the day i drove it off the show room floor 2 years ago. My only complaint would be they took everything out of all storage compartments, glovebox and door side storage and just put everything in a plastic bag. They asked when I dropped it off if I wanted those cleaned out and I said that I did not, however they did it anyway. I got over it very quickly after seeing how amazing my jeep looked. Guess it was a good excuse to clean out the junk accumulation.

My SUV either has fishing gear in it or two labs. They detailed my car today and i can’t even tell there’s ever been two labs in it! Smells and looks brand new. Thank you so much!

The purple turtle is an amazing business. The staff is helpful, responsive, and friendly. They obviously care about what they do and about the satisfaction of their customers. Amazing Customer Service and Quality. Pristine Vehicle, but had some issues after pick-up and the owner took care of everything at his own expense to ensure my vehicle was completely prepped for shipping overseas on time.

The Purple Turtle staff really helped me out on the price after having issues with another shop.The staff were organized, helpful, and professional. My car looks new! I was very impressed with their attention to detail.The OTHER shop fixed my car after an accident and left dirt and dust covering everything and in all the small places. This was after they detailed it. My car also had a strong shop/oil/fuel smell to it. Even under the hood was a mess after they cleaned it twice. Twice because I took it back asking them to fix it... They didnt after having it for over a day and it was actually messier. I was frustrated and took it to The Purple Turtle after seeing their reviews.The purple turtle had my car for less time than the other shop but cleaned out everything, every nook looks like it was cleaned, even cleaned under the trunk mat which I did not expect. Under the hood is immaculate and most of all the smell is gone from my car (ozone treatment). It honestly looks like a new car inside and out.I would refer anyone to this place. Im very impressed with their work.

Love Love Love the work the Purple Turtle team did on my 2009 Honda Element. The seats are tan and prone to show all the accidental spills that occur on those rushed mornings! After a much-needed inside/outside detailing, my 2006 van looked better than when I bought it. Matt, Daniel and Angela were very easy to work with and my van was done on time, completely dry inside (unlike a previous time at another shop). This local business is one we should support.

My car looked excellent and the ozone blaster treatment helped eliminate a weird smell. They did a great job on my sedan. I had to drop my car off a few hours before my appointment and they were very accommodating. I have shedding dogs and they were able to get all the hair out from between the seats. I felt the price was reasonable as well. Will bring my car here again.

Wow. Incredible. I brought a dog-hair, dog drool covered 2009 Dodge Journey with a paint stripe down the entire side of the car from when someone (probably my daughter) scrapped the side of the house getting out of the garage and they gave me back a brand new car. No paint stripe, no dog hair, no dog drool and it shines like incredible. I really couldnt believe it. Every orifice of that car is clean and shiny. Thanks guys.

Excellent service. Pick up on time. Car cleaner than its been since we bought it. Glad I paid for the TLC instead of the usual quick clean I used to get in the states. Bonus, they found a toy under one seat thats been lost for 2 years and now the seat slides forward and back easily.

The interior detail was a disappointment. Dog fur on seats, I was able to pick it up with my fingers. Stains on the carpet that I was able to remove in a minute or two scrubbing with rug doctor shampoo. Dash was still dusty and had dog fur on it. Took two hours longer than the timeline I was given. There was no walk through with an employee before or after the detail. Definitely not worth $145. No attention to detail. Seems like they are more worried about quantity of cars they can detail vs quality. Would not recommend to anyone.

Wow, so impressed with this business! They restored our old 4Runner so well, that we did not recognize the vehicle when we came to pick it up! They even got the mold smell out of the vehicle. In addition the customer service is excellent; from scheduling to picking up- first rate.

My truck was stolen and recovered with a bunch of junk in it, who knows what they were doing in it. I have two small children and was very concerned about putting them back in it. I ordered the Best best in Show package and they kept the vehicle overnight to oxidize and clean the air inside the cab. When I got the vehicle back I could not beleive how good it looked. It is the cleanest it has ever been. It smells great. It looks just like it came off the show room floor. I am very pleased. The outside is shining and waxed. It looks amazing. Ill have to do this more often so I have a nice vehicle to drive around in. Who need s new vehicle when these guys can make your old one look, smell and feel new!

Car was cleaned inside and out, done on time, and this 10 year old car looked new. BUT if you have magnetic signs apparently you have to mention that to them One sign was ruined and other sign faded. They had the signs bagged up and in my trunk not on my car. It appeared someone did know signs had been cleaned with chemicals which made writing on them fade. Too late for me. I’d already tipped them

100% impressed with the quality of the detailing. Alaska truly challenges the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of a vehicle (mine was more the interior) and they were able to bust through the muck. I have to large dogs, one with white wiry hair that sticks in everything, and they were able to pull 99.9999% of the dog hair out (think using hand sanitizer, cant kill them all but damn close). Will recommend to friends, family, coworkers, and strangers!

Great work every time I bring my truck in! This last time I mistakenly made my appointment for a Friday but thought I booked it for Thursday. When I brought I my truck in Thursday morning they informed me it was actually not until the next day. BUT they took my truck any way and said they would see if they could get in done. I am extremely pleased with my experience at the Purple Turtle. The staff was friendly and patient, taking the time to go over my vehicle and customize a package based on what was important to me (like the smoke smell in my upholstery) without over selling me on features I didnt need (like the ozone treatment). They did an excellent job making my car look new, again, and successfully removed the until-now-persistent cigarette smell.At the risk of sounding like a hippy, I also greatly appreciated their use of essential oils.

Best place in town to have your vehicle detailed. Just had our new truck waxed so it is all ready for whatever winter throws at it. Also had our van detailed inside and out. They both look fantastic. Service couldnt have been better. The only place we will go.

The guys customer service was a 5 for sure! The detailing was very good, but the reason I didnt give 5 stars was because they missed a couple interior windows and there is a yellow mark on my leather seats and dashboard that wasnt there before. I couldnt get it to come off so thats a bummer, but overall they were very detailed and I would still use them again.

I use Purple Turtle for all of my Company Vehicles as well as personal ones. They do a very good job and I have never been disappointed. If you are having a full detail done, expect to leave your vehicle for the day but you will be amazed at how good it looks once it is done.

This place is great! Had an appointment for set and as soon as my appointment time hit my car was being brought back and worked on. The owner kept me in the loop with the vehicle the whole time. Very friendly. Good price and they did an AMAZING job on my car. I have a 2 year old so it goes without saying that I had some milk stains that I couldnt get up myself and other things from having a child in the car. When I got my car back it looked like it did when I first bought it brand new. Wouldnt recommend any other place!

Bought a full detail for my mother as a gift. They did a great job and were very thorough. Her several year-old vehicle came out looking brand new.

They did an excellent job! The dash looked like it was brand new, the carpets were cleaner than I expected & with the hand wash to the exterior & whatever magic they put on it, water beaded off the car when it was raining! Highly recommend them.

Let me start off with I am very particular with my cars and how they look. I previously tried Hyundai cleaners and they sucked worst ever. But then I heard about the purple turtle. I was skeptical at first of how much they charge, but let me tell you I will pay them forever now. my car had stains every where from my kids, I took it their and bam in less than 3 hours it was done perfect looked brand new. My stains were deep too. Daniel did a great job at making me sure they would do everything they can to get the stains out and they did.
