Nice car wash. Cannot fit in regular car wash, so it was nice to find this place. Was able to wash my truck inside with doors down. Able to fit my extra wide dually, and an rv in the extra large bay. Only one function (soft rinse) was not working at the time, but still fully cleaned my truck.

This place has 2 seperate rooms and the doors lock for your safety once inside the units. I believe that the cost is$25.00 for 20 minutes of wash time. ( enough time to wash 2 dogs.)My dogs were covered in mud so this is what i chose to do since i had just moved into a new apartment and did not want to trash my new bathroom right away.Go check it out. It is worth it honestly for just the convenience. My dog doesnt like the blow dry but maybe yours will.

Its a good car wash. Not sure if the pricing is on par for Alaska, but a little pricey for this New England guy. But did the job fine.

Dog wash is a great idea. Yet the price, $25, has almost doubled since last time I visited. Absolutely only way I can recommend the dog wash is if they have towels. We had no towels and even after 15 minutes of blow drying my dog left soaking wet. $25 & I have to spend time at home drying my dog. Never again

Very convenient place to take your pooch who needs a clean up. Its all self service. Load your dog up into the wash basin, secure him, turn soap on, condition next, blow water off, then blow dry. Bring your own towels!!They do provide aprons. Place was clean and popular.

We used the pet wash side and it was convenient and a bit wet! Easy set up and a pretty comfortable set up for the doggo. I will say that 20 minutes is not quite enough for our long haired pup, so we might do the next wash at home.

I use the k9000 per wash there. Havent used the car wash yet, but the vehicles coming out look very good.I love washing my 4 large dogs here.... great place. Exactly what I need

Worst car was ever. The machine stopped just after the front door and spent most of the time spraying 3 feet behind my jeep.

Im usually happy with this place but lately people have not been cleaning behind themselves. Dog hair was everywhere. I had to use my own $20/20min to rinse the tub out. Not pleased

The wash is old and most stalls don’t work properly. You also have to pay quite a bit for the vacuums when you can go to other places and they are free.

Lots of ignorant comments here. Specially bugs and mud on their car. All carwash wont get rid of bugs and mud sticked on your vehicle! Use goo gone to get rid on the bugs. I use this carwash all the time, last time i used it, it didnt clean the right side of my vehicle for some reason. But instead of getting mad i called them and talked to them. They were apologetic and gave me a free carwash.

I paid for the monster wash plus rain x, their most expensive and “best” car wash. It completely missed the bugs on the front bumper and left dirt all along the rear bumper.The part that sent me over the edge was the interior vacuum. After the poor quality car wash, I went over to the vacuum station to vacuum the interior of my vehicle. The suction was SO WEAK. It wasn’t vacuuming anything up off of my floors. I was so frustrated that I left while I had remaining time on the vacuum.An absolutely complete waste of time, energy, and money. I will never recommend this place.

Good car wash. All automated and you stay in car the entire time. Not enough drying in my opinion so car can be left with water marks.

No exaggeration the best car wash in town, especially for touch less. The car is extremely clean even the rear of the vehicle which 99 percent of touchless car washes miss. I will definitely be using monster wash from this point forward.

Waste Of time trying to wash a big dog here. The water temperature fluctuations are crazy, one moment its the perfect temperature, then out of nowhere its freezing cold for 30 seconds then blistering hot for another 30 seconds. The shampoo they provide is so watered down that its basically drinkable water. No towels are provided, and cleaning seems almost non-existent. Save $25 and use your bathtub....

Was decent person less wash but the time to press a button to get a recipt is too short. Wish I could of got a receipt from the office after.

Was in Bay #2 maybe one minute, experienced one pass of the wash bar when suddenly the exit light goes on. Everything stopped. The attendant made me right though with a no-charge wash in Bay #5, more expensive.

Best car wash in town, my truck always comes out clean the first time, I use the bay where the attendant does the pre wash thats something you dont see at other car washs.

The dog wash is expensive, confusing and not much cleaner than using your own shower.

My dog is big and its the only way to wash her in the winter. I would like the option of 1/2 the cost for 1/2 the time. You can wash 2 dogs for the amount of time provided.

Small RV bay was out of service or this would be 5 star.

I can’t believe $30 just to rinse your truck! I only was there for three minutes total. I will not be going back there. I would rather go to Mountain View car wash next time

Used the dog wash here. Very clean and affordable. Easy ramp so the dogs can walk up and high enough for me not to hurt my back bending over.

I like the hardware here. I dont like having to pay for the vacuum.

Chris and Will were awesome. They noticed the regular wash didn’t remove the road tar (which is completely normal) and suggest the pre-treatment bay which includes a hand wash followed by a machine wash for $18-20. Highly recommended!

A great place to wash your dogs.

I use the dog wash, recently they have upped the price; which would be fine if the service aligned w the price. They hose heads literally sprayed sideways not forward, it was unusable. I hope they replace them soon.

Better than Alaska laser wash, except for you have to pay for the vacuums, but the prices on the different washes are lower.

Always a great wash here. Almost reasonable price for the deluxe wash, $16, but the cleanliness of my vehicle after a wash here is always better than elsewhere. Plus I get to wash the dog here when Im done.

Stopped in today to freshen up after a long winter without a wash. Was greeted nearly immediately by an attendant named will at the larger truck side. his attitude and charisma for his job were great with customer service being on the same level. Would highly recommend this service to anybody who wants a memorable experience.

Rv bay only has one side working so you can’t tag team the rig. Double the time. $40 to clean whole rig when it could have been $20 with two people being able to work

I used the full service bay, cost $18, really nice guy, very busy, extremely lousy car wash. Will never go there again.

We always go to the deluxe bay. There’s a young man there who goes out of his way to do a great job. He’s friendly and knows customer service. I’m pretty sure if it weren’t for him, we might be doing Magic Wand instead. He comes out to great us every time and always has a happy demeanor. He obviously takes pride in his work.

Will and Chris did an excellent job. Customer service was top notch, and the wash comes out better than nearly every other car wash Ive tried. The personal attention to detail given each vehicle with the deluxe wash is the only way to go. I will continue to be a customer of this wash. Hands down the best value Ive found in Anchorage.

I have been coming here since day 1, love this place! I have a bigger truck so I have to use bay 6 and Will in bay 6, and who is always there by the way, is so pleasant and very kind. He ALWAYS goes that extra mile on your vehicle. He has that old school personnel business mentality. Which you don’t see that much anymore. After the wash they always have towels for you to dry your rig off and plenty of room to do so.

Recommended to go here after having my car washed at Toyota and still had sap covering it. Went to Monster Wash talked to Wil and Chris inquiring if they could get rid of the sap. Without hesitation they assured me they could. I was not disappointed, my car came out looking about as shiny and clean as when I bought it. Great customer service, wanting to please.

Brought in my old dirty pickup covered in tree sap. Chris and will did a great job getting her all clean and rusty again. Took the time to pull the sticks and leaves from around my wipers and get the bed cleaned up. Good stuff.

Been using them for a few years now. Generally use the extra service bay and Will has been doing a great job for me. He is attentive and courteous. I have never had any damage from the washers.

Very cool car wash accidentally left the sunroof cracked and became a rainy day in the car my fault but the truck was shiny

It did a very good job of cleaning my SUV except the sides of the car. But when I returned the next day they wiped off the sides at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. However would like to get it all done at one time.

Been coming here for 10 years with my trucks and RVs. They do a great job and if by chance the machine misses a spot, they are glad to rerun it and make it right! Will in the big bay always does a great job, friendly respectful, they are lucky to have them!

It got my car clean. I would have given it 5 stars if I hadnt had to get out and fold my mirrors in. The wash bay should be big enough to wash a Rouge without folding in the mirrors.

Will and Chris are great attendants. The only car washing town that takes care of oversized trucks. I just think they should open one more full service Bay for this community.

I have been coming to monster wash since they opened and i have had nothing but great experiences. Their staff is wonderful and have always been friendly. Will and Chris both were more than happy to helpMe out when the quarters were jammed in the vacuum coin slot and instead of making me wait to fix it, they set me up on another machine and ran the vacuum for me on them. And today when I came in, I was going to get my wash likeUsual, but Will recognized my vehicle from the last time I was in about a week prior and he came up toMy at the bay and told me that he noticed my truck didn’t get clean the last time I was here and that this one was on the house. That is their guarantee and they stuck to it! I highly recommend the car wash and their pet wash!

I was drying off my car when the manager approached me and offered to have my car rewashed. Apparently Anchorage uses a deicing chemical on the roads and my car was covered in it. Monster wash bay 5 had a solvent to dissolve the chemical. I really appreciate that they were able to clean my car completely and cared enough to point out the less than perfect results from the first wash.

Mr. Will always has a great attitude, knows you by name, and treats your vehicle as if it was his own. I have never had an issue with the cleanliness of my vehicle and may main reason for going back there over other car washes is because of Wils positive customer service.Mel

Paid $16 for a car wash (their top of the line) that didnt even get my car clean. Wand washes are still the way to go if you want quality.Edit - the manager contacted me and had me come through again (on them) and had me go through the bay with the attendant. That baby is the one to use. Its worth the extra few bucks to get your car super clean.

We go to the Monster Wash to wash dogs. Its amazing! From the soap to the water thats just the right temperature to the clean towels, to the tub thats just the right height. Ive heard people say that theres not enough soap. Nope, its just right. And what goes in must come out. More soap equals a lot more rinsing time.

Chris and Will have my truck looking like NEW after a muddy, road construction filled trip from Kenai. Well worth the $20.Buy these guys a cold beer, its hot.

Did a good job of cleaning up the truck. Seemed like strong sprayers.Blow dryers sucked! They had buckets of rags at the wash exit to hand dry your own vehicle.

This car wash is a touch less wash. And clean our truck became. The price is average for the area and other car washes, location is a convenience for most. There were 3 cars in 4 lanes the day we went which took a little time to get through. Quite a few people did not have the time to wait and left. It took about 25 minutes for us to was and leave. To be honest, these touch less washers do not have my confidence due to poor washings in the past. but I was happily surprised to find the truck clean when we were finished and the rain-X treatment at the end sure made a difference. Definitely going to give them another try with the other truck.

I had a pleasant experience here, i went in and got a car wash but my truck had some pretty dense dirt built up, the first wash didn’t do the perfect job that i was looking for, so, I went back around and found an employee who was working on a Sunday, he washed my truck by hand and even quick solved the body for a amazing shine.They were quick to correct the issue which was something I admired about this business...

This is generally the best fully automated car wash. The quality of wash isnt 100% consistent but reliably better than others in town. Alaska does a number on cars with mud and snow so no auto-wash is perfect.

Best car wash in town, including Johnsons Tire. One day I went to Johnsons Tire thinking since I was in the area I would get a good car wash. I got home and they missed huge spots. So I went to AK Laser and the spots where still there! I went to Monster Wash and my car was finally spotless. Their wash got the areas others missed. I joined their Monster Wash Club and love being able to go any day or time. Well worth it.

Best way to bathe your dogs in Anchorage! The Pet Wash is amazing. There are 2 seperate private rooms for use. The car wash is great and there are stalls for larger vehicles too. The maintenance workers are on site every day and keep things stocked and tidy.

Monster Wash is awesome! If I am ever unsatisfied I call and they make it right! Wil, in the hand wash bay always goes above and beyond getting the bugs off my truck!!! Great customer service!
