Had an issue with a car that I rented. Management and roadside assistance did everything they could and resolved the situation in a timely manner by delivering me a new vehicle and taking the malfunctioning car away. Thanks to everyone involved

Reasonable prices on quality vehicles. I’m impressed by the excellent customer service. My recently purchased vehicle started making a strange sound. They had me bring it in and they conducted a full inspection. It ended up just being a stick lodged in the wheel but Avis was ready to make sure I was still 100% happy with my purchase. Thanks guys!

I was put on no rent list without notification. I was never notified of any problem. Paid bill in full. I believe its because Im Caucasian white male. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I will being filing a report with BBB and the state of Alaska.

We had a party of 8. We were going to rent 3 vehicles. We were treated extremely rude by the woman who was the manager at the time. She had 3 other people who were apparently all new and she was training them because they didn’t know how to use their computers with out her help. Each of the 3 parties that had reserved cars went to their counter one at a time and had similar experiences. The vehicles we had reserved were not available, we had to go the next size up. They had problems with their computer accepting our credit cards and were told to call the credit card company, ( with all 3 parties) When we called our respective companions they each one told us that they had not received a request from Avis and that there was no problem with our credit cards. The woman who was the manager told us all that it was our faults and that we were the problems. I even had the customer rep from my crecid card company personally tell the manager over my cell phone and tell her that I had a premium account and that the problems were not coming from the credit card company. The woman manager treated each one of us so rude that we all 3 went to different companies where none of us had any problems.

Good experience good customer service and a fair price used vehicle.

Quality vehicles at market value prices. No pressure salesmen. Great experience.

Garbage business - left two VM’s to redeem my built up in-state rewards, couldn’t get a call back..let alone the attitude from phone operators. Do yourself a favor and rent with any company OTHER THAN AVIS. Platinum member here.
