Stadium view is very friendly and helpful compared to where I’m living now. I accidentally had two leases for this next year and stadium view was extremely helpful with me finding a subleased. Samantha in particular was very helpful with the whole process. The front desk is always there to help and is a lot more understanding than other complexes who are just trying to get more money. Samantha did a great job and really represents Stadium View well.
This place is fairly nice, you definitely get your money’s worth. It’s by far better than any house or apartment that my older siblings have had. You have your own private bathroom and a comfortable amount of bedroom space. I have yet to have a problem with the staff or the maintenance. They all are very polite and welcoming people.Reason for 4 star is because I wish there were inclusive events for the community. There’s a nice grill area between the buildings and bug enough for yard games. They have Free Food Friday that really helps out when I don’t want to cook.Overall the Pros outweigh the Cons. I would definitely recommend others to live here. The new staff try to accommodate your needs as best they can. I look forward to living here next year!
Got charged for a bunch of things that I took pictures of when doing the pre move in inspection and still got charged for them along with other things that were things that I definitely checked and cleaned before moving out. Like all college apartments just trying to get their money
A great place to live in Ames! The apartment itself is modern, well kept, spacious, and has awesome amenities. An in unit washer and dryer, a furnished living room, a gym, and plenty of parking (some are reserved, 20$ extra a month to guarantee the closest parking). The location is great, super close to the stadium and a quick bus ride to campus. Also, the complex itself is very well lit and feels safe. The management and staff have been friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are completed very efficiently. Overall, a nice place to live as a student!
Great place to live but was a bit expensive for people who are going to school in Ames. Many other places that are the same quality and have the same amenities are a lot cheaper even closer to campus. Other than that, no complaints other than the fact that the ceilings and floors are paper thin. Good luck with having more than 5 people over. Overall, was a good place to stay for school because there’s a bus route right next to the apartment that can bring you to any classes.
Stadium View has been such a great place to live this year! They have stayed on top of maintenance and customer service and their apartments have provided so many amenities for residents. The apartments themselves feel safe and secure, and I love having my own room and bathroom to myself! They always do fun giveaways and free food fridays for residents as well which has been super great! I recommend signing with Stadium View!
Came in to our apartment without knocking to yell at us for playing music. we were trying to make our friend feel better after her grandma just died. the staff was very rude. would never recommend living here.
Have loved my experience living here! The staff is friendly and helpful at answering all of my questions. The apartments are very nice and I love that it’s located near Duff and Lincoln Way, and also by a bus stop.
I have lived at Stadium View for the previous 2 years and had an amazing experience. The units are some of the most spacious and high-end in Ames, while being within the perfect distance to Jack Trice for game days. The workers and maintenance are always on top of things.
Stadium view is great! I have been to a lot of different apartments here is Ames and by far this one has the best bang for you buck. The amenities are great and the community is very welcoming. Also free food Friday is the best!!
Me and my roommates absolutely love living at stadium view! The rooms are spacious and nice and the amenities are great! The staff is also super helpful and personable and the maintenance people are quick to get things fixed!
I’ve enjoyed living at stadium view this past year. We’ve had some issues with our apartment and things not working well but overall it’s been great. I enjoy using the gym at stadium view as well!
I love living at stadium view. The apartments are super nice and all of the staff is very helpful. 10/10 would recommend living here.
Such an amazing place to live if you are an iowa state student!! it’s close to campus and also close to jack trice so good for when football season comes around!! they always have fun things going on around the complex which makes it fun to live here!!
Maintenance man Randy is the best part of this complex. He’s been quick to fix every problem we’ve had. That man needs a raise!
Probably the best apartment complex in Ames. The apartment layout itself is superior to most apartments in Ames and does not look cheaply built. Although the location may not be on campus, it is right next to Jack Trice making for some good times in the fall. The management team has come a long way since when I first got here and currently the management team is really helpful and puts the residents first. This fall will be my 3rd year living here and I recommend it to everyone looking for an apartment.
From the minute I walked in for my tour I knew this place was home! The staff were beyond welcoming and really made me feel at home! The manager Jac was beyond helpful and made me feel like the newest celebrity of Stadium View! I highly recommend this place and super stoked for the fall!
I have lived at Stadium view for two years now! During my time here management has changed a couple times, but the current management has been the absolute best! They have been attentive and knowledgable and seem to really care about their residents! I love having my own room and connected bathroom/walk in closet! The space is modern and the connivence of having a furnished living room is fantastic.
Stadium View is the best! I have seen a lot of Ames apartments and this is the best value! You have so much room, amenities, and have the opportunity to build a community! I loved living here!
Friendly community/ residence and staff. Great floor plans. Very spacious with alot of room in the living room.Great amentinties in the apartment and social activiites in the clubhouse with free food days and social gatherings. Recemmend SVS if your a student looking to live in a suite styled apartment and or planning on living former roomates or with someone for a low and quality styled apartments to engage with the residence lifestyle. Covient bus route to campus. Good roommate matching. Maintenance was very good about getting requests done in a timley manner. Would come back if i had the oppitunity to comeback. Recemmended by Ben at the office to post a review since i was a former resident
The staff is amazing super helpful the signing process wags a bliss, I am super exited to move there. Thank you jack was a great help while getting papers sign.
I love my apartment and the location - close to Jack Trice Stadium! The constant changes in management are less than desirable and has caused a lot of issues to fall through the cracks. Free Food Fridays are great though!
All of the amenities included are great. The rooms are a nice size, and the overall quality of the apartments are great!
We have enjoyed living at stadium view this year. We have enjoyed the amenities and being close to campus!
I love Stadium View! I have lived here for 3 years and they always do a good job of helping me when i need it!
I love living here. Great community, good location, i love the apartments, everything is just perfect!
Love living here! amazing apartments and everyone is so friendly and helpful!
If I could rate Stadium View zero stars I would. I have lived here for 2 years and I cannot wait to move out!!! Not only do they not care about their residents at all, my roommates and I had a flooded apartment after hours from the apartment above us and they did not help us at all during the fact or after the fact. Nor did they give us any type of compensation for all of the things we had to throw away from water damage or clean our apartment for a mess their poorly and cheaply made building. Take it from my roommates and I and think twice before signing!! :)
I love the space and the kitchen/appliances are amazing!!! I wish our TV wasn’t as slow and there doesn’t seem to be that great of care directed towards landscaping, but other than that I have no complaints!:)
Lived here for two years, friendly staff, perfect layout, 10/10 would recommend!!
Ill start by saying there are many better options for housing over Stadium View Suites. After 7 weeks of not having air conditioning, management does not seem to be concerned that it is not yet fixed. Multiple attempts have been made to contact the manager and none have been successful. The maintenance request for the air conditioning has been closed (meaning they no longer need to do any work on it) when it is still not fixed. The office staff have no knowledge of this ongoing issue. After being a resident here for 2 years, one would think they would want to treat their tenants well but that is simply not the case.
Took over a lease for another guy, so lived there for 6 months, it was great, a few things were broken from the previous people who were just living in but the maintenance fixed all the issues!
While the apartments look very nice and have a very modern and luxury appearance to them, I did not enjoy my time spent living here. The rooms are over priced for being so cheaply made. The walls are super thin and you can hear anything your roommate or neighbors are doing whether they are beside you or above you. Also, for paying so much for rent, the staff was hardly ever friendly when I’d visit the front desk and the maintenance was slim to none. For paying $700 a month I lived in my bedroom without lights in it for FIVE MONTHS. I put in a maintenance request and it was straight up ignored for months. When it was finally addressed they marked it as dismissed but did NOTHING to fix it... oh wait they did the WEEK BEFORE I MOVED OUT. Even once it was “fixed” they flickered so bad I couldn’t even have them on. So they “fixed” it and either didn’t screw then in all the way or gave me old bulbs. I would’ve taken care of the issue long ago if I could but only they can change the fan fixture lights. Also a month after I moved in my shower curtain rod started to fall out of my wall.. also wasn’t fixed until 2 weeks before I moved out when it was literally hanging on on its last possible whim. I forgot to mention when they finally came in for maintenance, I had no warning what so ever about them entering. The handles on the fridge and microwave were cheap and screwed in so tightly they were cracked when we moved in and one day my fridge handle flew off from a slight force. There’s so much more I was so unsatisfied with from the poor parking, the awful smelling hallways, the poor attitude of the staff, the total poor handling of things when Covid began, etc. I loved this place when I first moved in but it didn’t last long as I lived there longer and realized how money sucking this place is with poor management. Sorry for suck a negative review but my time spent here was awful.
Beautiful apartments, very updated and clean. Great location, nice and close to Jack Trice Stadium, grocery stores, and other shopping. Management can be questionable. They dont have a very good mail system, and every time I go ask about a package, the people at the front desk are not friendly and helpful. Ive had packages lost before, and no solution was given. The workers are chatty and gossipy and cant keep anything confidential. I personally would not recommend these apartments for the sole reason that the management is not good, but if you dont care about how you are treated in your living community, this could be the apartment for you.
Unit is nice, management and maintenance needs serious help.
Dont live here, they wont give you your security deposit back. Ive tried numerous times to get some sort of communication going but they just tell me to leave my name and phone number. Then they never contact me back with any information.
Unfortunately I still live here. Just trying to save some other college students some money. While initially looking at the show room, I thought Whoa this seems like a good deal and they make it sound like it is. At the time of me signing, I was told it was all inclusive, free parking, electricity included with rent fee - all good things. After living here for a two years plus now, I can tell you how much of a literal pain it is to get anyone to do anything for you at this apartment complex.Pros:Layout of unit is good, modern, and clean upon arrival (except for the pink sludge that was in the freezer that I ended up wiping out)Gym in the main office. In unit washer/dryer.Internet included (so far)Free parking.Cons:If you have an issue with literally anything (light out, roaches, washer/dryer, billing, resident portal access) you might as well be out of luck. Go buy roach traps and try to stop the infestation that was there move in day yourself. Cant find the washer part or light-bulb you need to replace, might as well start using the laundry room for storage and go to the laundry mat instead because youll get into that routine way faster than maintenance will attend to your problem.Mail will arrive on the day it is meant to arrive, and if the person who delivers it doesnt feel like finding your unit, your package will be dropped at the office so they can scan it in and you will not be able to pick up your package until that super important package monitoring guideline has been effectively completed. This has led me to wait almost 24 hours from the time my package said it was delivered, to the time I was allowed to pick it up.Shady re-sign tactics. For example, running promotions that will offer lower monthly rent if you sign within a certain amount of days. This is something that I took advantage of without a second thought. Under the assumption that a re-sign was be agreeing to the same terms as the prior year. This was not the case when suddenly I start getting spammed e-mails about a simplebilling website that I can go to to pay my utilities that were INCLUDED the prior year. No one told me that utilities would no longer be included prior to my resigning. Starting to think that it is a tactic for them to benefit off students that are in their apartments more due to COVID. Who knows if it was actually in the lease I signed, it is now. Speaking of which, its been two weeks since August and the utilities bill still has not been processed or sent to the residents. Of course paying electric is not something I would be complaining about if I HAD BEEN TOLD about it before signing again.Free parking. Sounds great considering many other campus apartments require paid parking, but that is at least in a garage, and your vehicle is protected from the harsh elements of winter. This year, Stadium view has decided to just completely forget about the majority of their residents marking most of the parking spots close to the building that you live in as reserved. $20 a month for a guaranteed spot next to the building that you already pay to live in. Even in the middle of the day when parking is the easiest to find, I find myself walking for 3 minutes to my building from the bottom lot because I dont have the extra $240 dollars a year to shell out. This is only going to be worse in the winter I can only imagine considering the reserved markings are ON THE GROUND, and will be hidden under the snow, which they poorly cleared last year as well.Recent installations of dumpsters that also take up parking spots while a good idea, are left full, resulting in residents dumping trash bags on the ground in the parking lot. This makes the parking lot dirty, and takes up more parking spots that arent reserved with garbage.Stairwells leak water down them during heavy rain storms.Any grass that is near the base of a complex is likely full of dog poop, an abundance of mud, and some grass.Furnace filters are not provided.Leaky garbage stains in hall.I have more to say but I met the character limit.
I should have sued this place after it took more than THREE MONTHS for them to send me my $500 deposit. Iowa law requires landlords to return any deposit 30 days after a tenant vacated but they conveniently “lost” my check several times. When I went in to the office they had a dozen other names on a list of people who hadn’t received their checks and I’m sure they were just hoping people would forget so they could keep the money. Not only is management horrible, the apartments are so cheap and common areas disgusting. Do yourself the favor of living anywhere else.
I went to Stadium View to tour their model unit and loved it. Kelly, the leasing consultant, was very helpful when it came to questions and made me feel at home! The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and offer many great amenities. The price is a little steep for Ames, but the proximity to campus, stores and restaurants, and the bus route make it worth it. I look forward to living here soon!
If youre looking for an apartment in a great location then look no further. They have an amazing staff looking to assist you whenever you need them. Do you like free food? Because they have it! Frequently might I add. The apartments are incredible. The rooms are spacious and contain large bathrooms and a walk in style closet. Each apartment has its own washer and dryer, not to mention a plethora of other amenities. The only sad thing is there isnt an apartment like this where Im moving upon graduation!
I love living at Stadium View! The new management team is amazing and have been extremely helpful and friendly! The location is very convenient, the amentities they offer are great, and I love that utilities are included. The only thing I do not enjoy about living here is the valet trash service. Some people abuse this service and put a lot of garbage out in the hallways. I would rather we all have to take our trash out to a dumpster instead of having garbage bags clutter up the hallways.
I recommend you find somewhere else to live. There are many other management companies that actually care about you and are also cheaper. Management and maintenance staff here are complete garbage. Light in my room has been broken since I moved into my apartment in August. I have talked to them multiple times and submitted maintenance requests and they come and look at it and then say that they will be back. They never show back up. So here we are... light is still broken. Gotta love it.
The staff as Stadium View Apartments were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions during the tour! We loved the space and the amenities that come with are great for the cost of rent. Will definitely be signing with them!
If I could give this place zero-stars, I absolutely would. I’m not here all that often, but when I am the situation is pathetic. My sweet girlfriend has a severe allergy to cannabis, unfortunately the main reason she chose this apartment was the smoke-free environment within the apartment; however that’s not the case- there is weed being smoked within her building and she breaks out in hives and her throat swells.Second of all-I’ve never heard more obnoxious neighbors upstairs, they are screaming and yelling and playing loud music, I know she has talked to the office, but they need more “proof” than a video time stamped of the noise happening above her.Do not recommend this place in any way shape or form
If you’re looking for luxury and affordability look no further. Stadium view has extremely nice apartment rooms with great amenities. 11/10 Great place to call home.
I love Ariel and Jackie! They are always going out of their way for us. I love living here because the staff is amazing and feels like home!
Nice place to live
Great Location, and there is usually free food! The walls are a little thin so loud neighbors can be annoying. Sometimes it takes a while for a maintenance request to get completed. Location is great for game day.
Stadium View is a wonderful place to stay. It is very convenient and is in a prime location. The property manager and staff is amazing. They are very helpful and friendly. I encourage everyone to come and stay at Stadium View Suites especially under the current management.
Stadium View is a great place to live! All their amenities are great and included in the price. The new staff is amazing and is willing to help as much as they can!
*by management, I mean Kelly. If you pay with check or money order, keep ALL your receipts! And dont trust management when they say, Oh, dont worry that you online ledger is off by $3200! Ill update it. She wont. And you will be screwed at the end of your lease.
I love living here. It’s close to campus and the units are super modern. The rooms are big and the open floor plan is nice as well. There’s tons of storage areas in the kitchen and the laundry room is awesome too.
Very modern place, great atmosphere, amenities are nice but maintenance requests take awhile and thin walls.
Definately have a couple issues with the place but mostly good in my 10 months here. They arent obnoxious and mostly just leave you alone which is nice. They need to do a better job cleaning the stairwells. Adding locks was the worst. Reserved parking is bs.Sound insulation seems pretty nice which is a big plus in a college town. Also they matched me with roommates that are very compatible which is hugely fortunate. Place is a very solid value proposition for the price.
I like my apartment itself, however do not expect the amenities in the clubhouse to ever work. The coffee machine hasn’t worked for the last few weeks, asked the front desk worker when it would be fixed, basically rolled her eyes. I was in the office to ask a question this morning, and the employee looked at me and shut her door without saying a word, it was pathetic. Never seen happy or eager to answer my questions. Also, the “locks” to the apartment building itself is a complete joke, anyone can walk into the building at anytime.
I have to put a one star but would love to give it a zero. Just to paint a picture, it is almost Christmas... I dont know much about living here, however, I spent the night at a friends place after I moved back home from Chicago. It was the week of finals/holiday break and the FOUR visitor spots were full so I parked RIGHT NEXT TO the visitor spot figuring that would be fine, especially since students were moving out of the apartments for their month long break and more than 3/4ths of the apartment parking lot was vacant. Not even 10 hours later, my car was towed. AT 4AM IN THE MORNING. I was out of the way of student parking and its not like I was taking up someone elses parking spot. Nearly $300 later, I got my car out of the towing companies hands. Friends and family, I would suggest not even parking here to visit or help a loved one move out. Come to find out after all of this mess, there is more visitor parking but it’s in the middle of bum-f nowhere. AND be extra cause of ISU sporting game days. Even if you aren’t at the event, more than likely to get towed even if you are in a visitor parking spot. Ridiculous circumstance for less than a night spent parked. Good way to give the apartments more money! I have heard complaints about this apartment complex before and am not pleased with the way this place is ran. Merry Christmas, you Grinches... smh.
My car got towed. Sign is not clear at all and there are ample parking spots and they decide to towed mine.
Super clean and new! Free parking! Everything is included in the price so you don’t have to worry about utilities! Not too loud which is also a plus.
The apartment comes in great condition, and includes everything that someone is looking for in an apartment. It comes with plenty of space, and there shouldnt be any issues with that.
The rooms here are some of the best in Ames with huge kitchen and living rooms, a dedicated laundry room with full size washer/dryer, large bedrooms with a sizable bathroom and walk in closet. I can hear my roommates clearly through walls, but you don’t often hear more than loud footsteps from the people above. The windows are cheap and freeze over in the winter, but they’re better than most. However, that’s where the positives stop. Management here is pretty awful. One other review mentioned the staff gossiping and/or being on their phones, and I’ve had to interrupt their conversations after standing and waiting for a minute. I had to come pick up a package one day and the property manager declined to go retrieve it because “they had a lot of boxes back there and it would be too much work to sort through them right now.” They provides no move-out instructions until posting on Instagram about a week in advance of the deadline after many people had already left and moved on with life outside of Ames. While the online payment system was down, they didn’t put the bills in envelopes and left them open for other people to see your information. The “locked doors” are always broken and everyone hates them. There’s usually broken glass in the stairwells. The building smells like pot every weekend. The grass looks terrible and is filled with dog poop. The lower parking lot floods every spring. The “visitor parking” is usually filled 24/7. Trash is on the far side of the complex, which is a long walk for most people.
Great facilities and management is super helpful.
Amenities are a plus along with maintenance being on top of apartment care. My favorite part about Stadium View are the friendly front desk employees, especially Leah who always greets with a genuine personality and has the most positive attitude.
I have lived at Stadium View for two years and have nothing but good things to say about the apartments, the property, and the staff. The apartments are super nice and perfect for Iowa State students. The property is very well kept and the location is super convenient for football and basketball games, for campus and classes and various other places in Ames (close to a Walmart, Hyvee, etc.). The staff is always super helpful and friendly and willing to answer any questions someone might have. Stadium View is an amazing property, I would highly recommend it!!!
The apartments themselves are OK. Nothing outstanding and pretty cheap building materials but it is a nice amount of space, the windows are big and before my rent was raised the pricing was fair. The manager, Jessica, needs to be fired because she’s absolutely horrible, confrontational, repetitive, inconsiderate, and not helpful. And not to mention far from professional. When calling to get contact information for higher management there is refusal. I assume they don’t want to give this information out because they are aware of their poor business practices and don’t want that information to get back to the people above them.I would love to live here again as it is a great location and decent housing but the manager Jessica is just unbearable. Getting rid of Katie Hunt was the worst decision they’ve ever made and Jessica is ruining the business.I would not recommend living here as long as Jessica is in management unless you enjoy being belittled and disrespected by the manager while also receiving no help or answers to any questions you may have. Their biggest talent is circling around the truth and having no regard for their residence.
Apartments look nice but the management is absolutely terrible! Parking lot floods regularly.
Stadium View Suites- come live near an active construction site or two, enjoy an apartment with literally no design for noise reduction, and spend a good portion of your day wondering what the f**k your neighbor is cooking- because youre sure smelling it!Youll have full access to half of the parking lot, which is conveniently placed on the other side of the forty ton vehicles moving about night and day on the other side of the construction zone you live by. Think you can drive around them? Think again! There is only one road in and out. Think you can get homework done in the apartment youre paying for? Think again! Ninety decibels of manual labor, backup noises, honking, door slamming, partying, and the guy three rooms down watching TV will ensure you cant!Weve intentionally designed the building this way, to save you money on an alarm clock. Youre guaranteed to wake up well before class any time someone makes any noise anywhere in the building! Listen in on your roommates conversations even though youre both shut away in your rooms! Enjoy hearing your own voice repeated back to you every time you speak? Youre in luck! Our echo chamber design team has made sure to implement their speciality into every room in the building! No need for alarms on Wednesdays and Thursdays, as your friendly building mates upstairs will surely wake you with their weekly screaming fights. As you move about the residency by stair (there are no other options) be sure to spend a few extra seconds on each floor, as each possess its own unique olfactory odor. The third floor will usually be a mutual moldy peanut butter, whilst the second is more of a vibrant sulfuric tang. But our favorite is saved for the ground floor, an inescapable rotten pickle scent youre sure to never encounter anywhere else as long as you live.By now youre likely rushing to sign a lease- but before you commit, were offering free trials! Unfortunately all of our trial rooms are booked, but you can get the same experience by pitching a tent in an active garbage dump beside a bustling downtown area.
Idk what happened in the last couple of months here, but the staff is awful.. it didnt use to be this bad. I work out a lot and the when the door is open I can hear them gossiping about people. Its extremely unprofessional and honestly makes me not trust them. After hearing the new managers talk badly, openly about people who live here, it makes me happy i am not renewing for next year. I have even heard them make fun of people of different races and mock a kid who spoke poor english after he walked out.The guy in the office with shorter darker hair is the only nice one.. he is always helpful and helps get the mailboxes open when they are stuck or when our packages got put in the wrong box. I feel bad for him though because he is the only one i ever see working while the rest of them are on there cell phones or sitting around talking. Worst management ever, it was so much better when Haverkamp was here. The apartments are nice, but like the other reviews mention.. the walls are paper thin, the hallways are constantly stinky from peoples trash, there was vomit in the stairwell for over a week a while ago and the plowing has been a complete joke this year.. I was actually plowed IN and my car had to be dug out becase they left a pile of snow behind my car.. they also suck at icing the sidewalks and i have slipped at least 4 times this winter in the same spot due to 3 inch thick ice that has NEVER been removed. The parking is a joke too.. the head manager chick constantly parks in the closest spots even tho they have assigned spots in the back. She has a super bad attitude and is always giving people dirty looks when they come in the office. Even the maintenance has gotten pretty bad.. read the reviews and stay away! The quarters is newer, has better things to offer, has a nicer staff and isnt that much further away..
Nobody takes care of the inside or outside of the buildings, the walls are paper thin and everything was cheaply put together. Way too expensive for such low quality apartments.
The amenities are inconsistent or dont work. Buildings are loud and never cleaned and things break constantly. Trash is left in halls causing entire buildings to smell for days or weeks. Since new management has taken over there has been a drastic improvement in communication with residents and it seems like theyre keeping the grounds cleaner, however, the insides of buildings still arent cleaned and the locked doors are always propped open or dont latch all the way.
If you would like to enjoy where you live this is not the apartment for you. Although they look extremely nice from the outside they are far from nice. The furniture is extremely uncomfortable to the point we don’t even use it. The construction was cheap and awful. We have had a cabinet fall off, poop in the toilet apon move in, and an awful experience with management. If you value your sanity don’t live anywhere but the 4th floor. The walls and ceilings are very thin and you will begin to think Bigfoot is your neighbor. The stairways are always extremely dirty with cigarette butts, spit, and garbage that stays there for weeks. We have had multiple problems with bugs including COCKROACHES. When we addressed management with the issue we were told by the maintenance guy that they were probably just a different bug and we were just dumb. After multiple days pest control finally came to our apartment and sprayed 1/4 of the apartment. Although that was somewhat reassuring it was pretty useless considering the cockroaches are more than likely infesting the entire building not just our single apartment. We have had nothing but problems... DONT FALL FOR THEIR TRAP.
Love it here. So happy and comfortable😊❤️
Their managers are friendly and helpful. THX
Alright place. Walls are very thin though. I like being next to the bus stop however.
Best housing near isu. Has top rated apartments near iowa state university
Great building, rooms and location. Great people in their project and property management.
The new manager is rude and doesn’t care about residents. Maintenance is a joke. Worst mistake they ever made was getting rid of the old manager Katie.
Im a current resident who renewed my lease at Stadium View. Theyve been making numerous improvements (to the buildings, programing, etc.) over the past few months, and I look forward to my next year at Stadium View.
Ridiculously expensive, crappy construction, not near enough parking, and can hear through the walls like they’re paper. Don’t ever live here.
Absolutely LOVE living at Stadium View.
11/10 staff
