Today was my first time here and I loved it!! I am very picky about my nails but they did an amazing job! I have been getting so many compliments on my nails. They did a great job getting the design and length right. Everyone was friendly and there was lots of laughing and chatter the whole time I was there. We were able to call in that morning and have an appointment within the hour. They sat us as soon as we came in and got to work. The pricing is great!Will definitely be coming back.

Cindy did such a good job on my acrylics! Seriously the prettiest & perfectly thin nails I’ve had in a very long time. Will definitely be going to her again!

The service was amazing!! I pulled up a picture online and they were able to replicate it no problem.

I absolutely loved my entire experience. The tech was so kind and gentle. She asked how I liked my nails and if they were good along the way, and not just at the end. The atmosphere was relaxing and very clean, and as people came and went they were very good about sanitizing. I dont usually love to go to salons but this is one that I will go back to. Oh, and the prices were very reasonable. No complaints here! :)

They were awesome and took me kinda last minute. The lady doing my pedicure was awesome and pampered me. The lady doing my manicure was a bit impatient and messed up a little. But I appreciate them taking me last minute.

It was Bellas first time doing stiletto nails and she did fabulous! Ill definitely be back!

Went in today with my sisters to get a pedicure. My sister made us an appointment for three and the two of them got started about twenty minutes before someone was available to start on my pedicure. The lady working on me rushed and did a terrible job from shaping my nails to making me bleed and be extremely rough. The end result was a chunky, uneven paint job. My sister was really nice and had already paid for my nails or I would have refused to pay. I’m breastfeeding and had already been there over an hour so didn’t have time to have someone else there fix it. I told the manager that I thought it was a poor job and was hoping to have her offer for me to come back and fix it but she didn’t. Pretty disappointed.

Tried calling for an appointment 2 times, did not answer. Went to the location just in case they accepted walk-ins, turned me away for appointments only. Hmm.. hope they are better at answering the phone next time!

This place always does such a great job I just pull a picture and she makes it looked printed on my nails I love this place always so clean and so nice keeping good conversation and always willing to do crazy ideas the man does so great on my moms nails so great we love them 100% recommend

Ive never wrote a review before but I am disappointed with this place. My husband and I went in yesterday to get pedicures ( I begged him for our anniversary) . My nail polish is already coming off my toes! We were charged the same amount even thought they were done with his male pedicure within 10 minutes. Not worth the $62 for both of us.

It feels a lot more rushed than it used to and we had an appointment on a slow night. Still love the ladies here, just wish the service was the same.

Went here for the first time today. Wasn’t impressed. I’m 9 months pregnant and I have a lot of dry skin on my swollen feet. I had to ask the lady 3 times to take off the excess skin. They didn’t even massage my legs (which I was hoping they would since I’m swollen, I probably should have asked but figured it would be included in the price) My 2 year old came with and I ask if they could paint her toes. Took them 30 seconds to paint them. Checking out, they charged me an extra $7 to pint my daughters toe nails..... Are you kidding me? They all seemed nice but seemed like I was more of a burden being there. I won’t be going back.

This is a great place! Tracey is the best nail tech I have EVER been to and she is great at hand painting designs on your nails. Ask for Tracey.

Had me sit right next to another customer when the whole shop was empty. Also had me pay mid service like they thought I wasn’t going to pay? Weird. They also definitely talk about their customers in directly in front of you.. pretty negative place...

I went in to get glitter French tips an acrylic full set and firstly they made me weigh about half an hour after my appointment time was scheduled and once they got me in everything was fine but within about 3 days one of my nails shattered the acrylic off of it and then within the next four days three more of my nails broke. So within a week four of my nails are broken. The quality of the nails themselves were obviously very cheap and I was unable to get a hold of anybody when I tried to call them to have them fix it so I wont be going there again.

Fish tank is gross, store is a mess, environment is off (employees seem agitated and not friendly.) Have given this place multiple chances because the location is close and convenient but don’t be fooled this establishment makes for a bad time! You will be stuck not enjoying yourself and wish you would have stayed home!

They always provide amazing service. They can always create a beautiful design and make sure the client is pleased. We love LA nails we never go anywhere else. My mom and sister come here as well. Its a fun friendly environment.

I am happy with my experience, the salon is clean, quality of pedicure was good, stuff is polite. I greatly appreciated complimentary water as I forgot my water bottle and was thirsty. Massage chairs are very nice they sized well. It was our first visit to this place and we plan to return

I absolutely love this nail salon! The employees create a welcoming and friendly vibe making my session enjoyable. They are all very happy and seem to be having a great time and enjoy what they do. My nails turn out amazing everytime! Im always informed of prices and services before hand so there is no confusion. They offer walk ins and from what I see make the time for everyone that comes in. Fast, great work with very fair prices. Im from Murray & was in the area for work, I needed a place to fix my nails during my break. Not only did they do them in less than half an hr, they left them looking amazing. Definitely worth my money.

For the most part, I do love this place. All the workers are very friendly and able to do just about any nail design you want (within reason).The only issue I have is I only get gel nails and the only one there who does them close to my nail bed is the young man in there. All the girls leave a very obvious space between the gel nail ending and the nail bed.It’s partly my own fault... I’m too nice to say anything.

My daughter got a gel mani almost 2 weeks ago. All of her nails still have the polish on and look great! Shes had her nails done at 2 other places and the longest she made it before polish started coming off was 2 days and both times they had all peeled off within 2 weeks.

Tracy did such a great job! Took her time and made sure it was just what i wanted ♥️ I’ll definitely be coming back to her!

TJ has been doing my nails for 5 years and he rocks my world ever time! He’s meticulous and take the time to make sure his work is perfect every time. I’ve never been disappointed.

I got It was okay until the cut the nails. They cut my toes WAY to short and crocked. To the point that it almost hurt and Im embarrassed to wear sandals. Although they were nice. They also did not offer nail art as advertised or any treatments. They had a menu of what types of pedicures but did not let you chose.

First time there and boy let me tell you, I’ll be going there from now on. Thanks for the wonderful service and absolutely beautiful work

They were busyand we had to wait an hour to get our nails done, but it was well worth the wait! My nails are so so cute! Will definitely go back :)Edit: I went back after a hard day at work. My experience was the complete opposite of my first experience! I walked in and asked if I could get a manicure and pedicure. The lady asked what I wanted and I told her gel nails. She didnt say anything to me turned to her counterparts said something in another language, and all of them laughed really hard as if a joke was made about what I had said. She then looked at me and said fine, and I sat down. I felt so embarrassed, I felt like I did something wrong. I ended up staying quiet for most of my manicure and ended up just doing the manicure not both. I am pretty understanding when it comes to people talking in their native language, but when I come in willing to pay you to provide a service to me I dont want to feel like I am being made fun of or I did something wrong. I am going to find a new place to get my nails done. My nails are very cute but I dont want to be serviced by rude technicians.

I love this place! Ive been here a few times and the last time I was there I got gel nails done and I was going on a month vacation, they lasted the whole time! No chipping or anything! I also do hair, so I always need nails that wont chip and are durable for my everyday career. And so far Ive never had a problem!So, that being said, they do a great job! Their prices are fair and their staff is awesome also.

Tao does an insanely good job! My acrylic nails STAY ON, and shes very meticulous! I get compliments all the time on how good they look! Ive tried a bunch of different nail places, and at least for acrylic, these guys are the best!!!

We love this place. We have been several times very nice people and they do good job.. People have been complaining why the same price for male and female? But I think it should be the same cause male still get the same service as female except they don’t get polish unless they only get 1 foot done then they will get discount LOL. Polish is included weather or not paint them still the same... So when people put reviews why male get charged the same female price makes me laugh.. to me what’s different.. people trying to be cheap that’s why then don’t get them done...

I got my nails done for the first time at this salon for prom. it was just plain white shellac. they looked really good at first. but within 3 days, they had brown splotches and the tips looked dark brown.. almost like they were burned. weirdest thing ever. i get shellac done often and this has never happened to me at other salons. im going to go in and ask for a refund. would not recommend, especially if you want a white color.

It was a Saturday at 4pm and I called to see if I can go and they yes of course, I didnt have to wait at all. The receptionist was super nice and the employees were very kind to me and my mom. I enjoyed being there and they did a great job!! I Totally recommend this place!

Had gel nails done and they did amazing! The lady was super nice and took her time making sure to make it perfect. Most definitely making this my go to nail salon!

The staff is nice but really hard to understand and they arent great at understanding you. My gel nails didnt look very good and my pedicure polish started chipping two days later. Been here quite a few times but have never fully been impressed.

Normally these guys are my go to and I usually love them. But I called and set up an appointment for 2. The phone kept glitching out and the lady was very hard to understand and very rude. Went in for my appointment and she said I never confirmed my appointment ( which I did several times on the phone) and she said she was too busy to take me in and Id have to reschedule (even though 2 of the ladies got done and were just sitting at the foot station) I called Caribbean nails in Saratoga springs and they got me in right away and the staff was awesome. Wont come here again and Id suggest going over to Caribbean nails if you want fast and friendly service.

I highly recommend LA Nails. I feel very comfortable going to this salon. I have returned several times. I have taken friends and family. Most recently, I went with my sister-in-laws and daughter. The technicians are very nice and they take care of you. I have had pedicures and manicures. Each time I have left very pleased with their work. I’m looking forward to my next visit. I have always had issues with the people who do my acrylic nails at other salons so I had my doubts. Hugh did an AMAZING job! he was friendly and did exactly what I asked for! He is the first person to acknowledge my hangnails (they are a problem for me) and he gave me advice on how to get rid of them. He is also the first person to skip most of the filing and drill things because of my hangnails. Ive had so many people put me in serious pain because their electric file/buffer thing and they push it on my cuticles and broken skin. Hugh did not and he was so aware of my comfort level. He was fantastic and I think he may be the 1st person I actually WANT to go back to. He was so fantastic!

I got a pedicure here today and it was the best one Ive had. They really took the time to make me feel special and like I got my moneys worth. I highly recommend this salon!!

My mom wasnt so happy with the manicure. They didnt massage the forearm like she wants. And the Polish was ruined after 20 minutes under the dryer. I got the white tip acrylic and it was amazing. Wonderful places.

I called and maid an appointment. Because I did that my wait time was extremely short. The gentleman ( sorry that I didnt get his name) that did my nails was honest if he thought the picture of the nails was to hard he said so. We agreed on one of the pictures and changed it around some, he began. He was concerned about the drill was getting hot on my fingers so he made sure to not let that didnt happen. It seemed like all the other technicianside were doing great what they could to make sure that I was a happy customer.I will say that I am a happy customer and Ill be back. Thank you all.

I went with my friends before her wedding and it was nice that they were able to get us all in on the day and time that we needed! I loved that it was nice, quiet and relaxing. The massage chairs were fabulous and I enjoyed my pedicure.

Ive been going to L A Nails for a few years now. I love the service I receive when I go there. They are clean and do their job well. I went once to a different place that gave me a fungal infection in one nail. I never again went elsewhere.

I got a fungus at another salon in the area and had to go a year without a pedicure. When it was time to finally get one, a friend recommended LANails. I was scared, but they were great. That was 2 years ago and I now go there exclusively. I wont take my chances anywhere else.

The lady did a terrible job! First she burned my fingers with the drill bit because it was so hot. Then all my nails ended up different lengths, super noticeable, one thumb nail is very long and the other so short and slanted diagonally that she couldn’t even fix the diagonal because it was already way too short. Because it was a fill I obviously already had acrylic on but she made one so thin you could see the line from the last step so I was forced to get a colored polish when I wanted a French. Lastly I left with glue all over my fingers so they look like they’re peeling! I will NEVER go here again. I paid almost $40 for the worst manicure I have ever gotten.

Ive gone to this salon many times. I went Thursday with my sister and I had a terrible experience and she had a great experience. The gentlemen that did my sisters nails did a great job; it was her first time getting acrylics and he asked her a lot of questions to make sure she was happy. Me on the other hand left very unhappy. My cuticle are destroyed and bleeding. It was very painful. If I go back it will be to the guy that help my sister.

Went with my hubby today, his first time getting a peddi. They were very friendly, clean, and the place is cute.I will return many more times Im sure. I also recommend them!

I have been getting my nails done in Utah county and this by far was the worst place to go. It was a terrible experience coming to this nail salon. The nail technicians are extremely rude to say the least. I strongly do not recommend this place.

Worst feet & Leg massage Ive ever had! It was like he just was wiping my feet and legs it was horrible! He was a younger guy.never spoke 3 words to me and seemed annoyed to be there. He would just tap my leg to move! Very unprofessional! We had 4 apts 3 of us were taken together and my husband had to wait almost until we were getting the massage part. the lady didnt charge him full price which was fair and the other 2 were happy....how ever we will never go back! I was not happy that my husband even tipped him...when you dont get to go often you really want to be treated like a million bucks! And want to go back....
