Getting gel here has been fine but wouldn’t recommend tips or any shape or dip. Had to spend an hour after getting home to try to fix the shape since all other places closed by then.Edit: Ended up having to go to another salon today to get these fixed. Thanks K&Q Nail Bar!

Best nail place Ive been to! Relaxing, clean, and so friendly. Kim was so gentle and confirmed every choice before she moved on - shape, color, layers of polish, etc. She filled the gel all the way to the end of the nail bed (not leaving part uncovered to ensure a sooner gel fill like some salons have done before). The salon was clean and sanitized with protective measures in place at every step. Ill definitely be returning!

My appointment was at 4:30 and i got there in time, and they handed me the colors that they had so i could choose which ones i wanted for acrylics. They started doing my nails at 5. The lady was very good! I am very picky when it comes to nails so when i asked the lady to cut shorter she did and did everything i asked for! She did a very good job! i will come again

What a wonderful experience. My sisters, mom and I came for my wedding. We had so much fun chatting with everyone who works there. They are all very friendly. We all had pretty train wrecked feet and they liked marvelous after. I wish I had a before and after. TJ has exceptional skill and I will be coming back even though it is our of my way to come here. It is worth it.

The ladies did not speak the same language I do, so was difficult to communicate. I had a pedicure and felt like I was not worth their time.

I had Kim do my pedicure. She was amazing! I loved every moment of it. I will happily return here anytime!

My mom and I got pedicures here yesterday and our experience was okay. But not worth the money. We spent $60 on two pedicures and they forgot my moms massage because they were in such a rush to get to the women who came in after us. And they painted right over old polish on my toe nails instead of removing it completely and now you can see lumps where the old polish used to be.

I rarely leave a negative review. But the results from my experience here have been so bad. I made an appointment and wasn’t seen for over 20 mins, which I didn’t mind at all. Usually my issue is that they rush and rush and can’t do things nicely when doing so. This wasn’t the case, she took her time and still did a bad job. I went in for a fill and gel polish and it started with her not agreeing to cut my nails down. Then when filing into an almond shape, which they already were, she somehow made them into a lopsided pointed shape. I asked her to fix this but it only made it worse. So my nails are not only really strangely shaped but they are also bubbly, with gel polish on and uneven paint lines down the side. This was just a strange experience for me because I’ve had bad but this was bad and it’s hard to explain. I just wouldn’t go there for acrylics if I were you, seems as if they aren’t properly trained in it.

I tried this place based off of some of the reviews, hoping it would be good for me. I’m sorry, but it was horrible especially since your paying the same price everywhere else. I was rushed and some of the things that are basic were not done unless asked and then the tech had a attitude. I would not recommend anyone to go here.

Just had the most relaxing hour and a half of my life!!!This was my first time here, not only were both women who attended to me friendly but unlike places i go to back home my manicurist was so gentle when i told her my cuticles tend to bleed. And not only that but she was super precise and methodical in making sure my nails were perfect. She didnt even rush me when i took a while to pick out a color. She gave me a neck massage while my nails were drying and i was in heaven!!! Such an amazing experience

The color they showed on the nails was SO FAR from what they actually put on my nails. Overpriced and not what I wanted at all.

Terrible place. My little sister got gel nails done and the color she chose looked nothing like what she got done, they were really see through. So we asked them if she could get another coat to make it more like the color she chose. They threw a fit and were so disrespectful to us. I will never give them my business again!

My first time going to L.A Nails 2 and it was everything I could have wanted and more! I was greeted by a friendly staff. Decided to go with acrylic full set and she didn’t disappoint. I told her I wanted my nails to be mermaid color and she went above and beyond to make that happen. I will now be coming to L.A Nails 2 for all my nail needs!!

Linda did a great job on my pedicure (the deluxe pedicure was my choice) and manicure. Very meticulous and careful job. The experience was very relaxing and I appreciate the time she took to do an outstanding job. Definitely best in service and price than most other nail salons.

This place does a pretty good job on nails at a great price, but they just can’t keep there appointments up to date! Every time you make an appointment they say at a time and 30 - 40 minutes later they start on the nail and it’s always the same excuse, that they been very busy or something just because they don’t want you to go anywhere else. So basically take up to 2 hours to get done.If y’all got the time then go. If not then don’t go waste your time!!!

I dont treat myself very often to a pedicure. So this treat ended up being a waste of my time. Cold water to start, I asked if they could heat it up which they did for a second then left me again to soak in cold water. The lady was very gentle and kind but wouldnt scrub my feet with the foot file. I asked her why not and she said they cant do it any more, too dangerous. Right before I leave I see another worker using the file I wanted on another customer. I asked why she couldnt use it on me and she said she doesnt like to use it and maybe next time she will. Also my polish is on my skin around my nails. So I am upset and wasted my money for a child like pedicure.

I was able to get in quickly for a pedicure. Great service and it was very clean. Good pricing.

First time going to them I love my nails the guy that works there did an amazing job on my design and he was careful to do the shape correctly and the French which made me live this place because me being a former nail Technician as well Im super picky with my nails but he made sure to go above my expectations without me even asking or telling. She was also super nice about asking my opinion on how the nails look before proceeding to the next step with made me really happy. If anyone wants nice looking nails and friendly staff go here cus its the best one yet.💘

They got me right in as a walk in. My toes were a mess and now they are beautiful! Very clean and my legs and feet feel great!!

I called before hand to see if they did specialty nails and they said they did. When me and my friend got there they couldnt do any type of nails we wanted so we settled for way less and what we did get was poorly done, rushed and straight up no care put into the details. Im very disappointed with the final product. I cant even look at my fingers without getting mad.

This place depends on who you get and what time it is. personally my mother and I go in on Tuesdays right at 10am.Julie does my nails and Wendy does my moms. Julie never disappoints me and Wendy is good when not rushed. I’ve had my fair share of bad nails & I 8/10 times love my nails. (we both get acrylics)

I love this place! It is so hard to find a good nail salon. The prices are reasonable for what I get and she is great. I find that making an appointment for a specific day and time cuts down on long waiting times, especially if theyre busy.

I loved this place! I went here with my sister and my mother after three other salons turned us down for walk in pedicures. The friendly staff seemed eager to help. Although they were busy we never felt rushed. There were many different options to chose from and the tech who helped me made sure I knew what I was getting. The pedicure and massage was divine and I could have stayed in that chair forever. At every point of the pedicure I was asked is this ok? The staff was very concerned that I was happy. I typically only get pedicures once a month, but because of the amazing service I received, I may start getting manicures too. DEFINITELY recommend!

AWFUL! Absolutely AWFUL! Started off with the water being cold, even after telling her that it needed to be warmer she brushed it off and did nothing about it. She went on to cutting my cuticles which she totally left a bunch but did manage to cut a chunk of my skin though. The massage part was terrible.... she was so preoccupied with people coming in and out of the salon, itching her face, looking all around the salon that she failed to actually give me a massage. Going onto painting my toes she left gobs and gobs of nail polish because she failed to even take off the excess nail polish on the bottle before applying the brush to my toe’s.. She walked away without saying anything to help other customers. I was so annoyed by the time she got back that I ended up asking her to take all of it off because it looked awful and didn’t want her anywhere near my feet anymore. I was still charged full price (but they did leave out the charge for the NO nail polish) WHAT A DEAL EH? NOT!! I paid for myself and my sister who also received mediocre service but not nearly as bad as I did won’t ever make the mistake of going there again!!!!

My sisters and I had appointments, but after waiting 45 minutes we left. They called and apologized, offering half off if we’d try them again. We scheduled another appointment, but ended up having to cancel it (hours ahead of time). When we tried to schedule again, they said that since we had cancelled our last one they’d only give us 40% off now. Huh? When we tried to argue, they put the blame on us and said now they don’t do appointments anymore because of us. They also said they don’t make any money with 50% off. How is that our fault?! Don’t offer discounts you can’t honor, and don’t schedule appointments if you can’t keep them!

They aren’t to bad it just depends on who you go to. There’s a really young guy there and he did my nails terrible there was bumps in my nails and even a hair. Then he cut the side of my finger with a nail tool. I’ve been here before and the other ladies and the older gentleman were very good so just depends on who you go to.

I really like going here for pedicures. The last lady that did mine seemed to not speak the same language as anyone else in the building so she didnt understand when she was hurting me.

Went with my sister and best friend. I picked my color and everything was fine until it came to the design. He wiped it off 20+ times and wouldnt ask anyone for help. I finally told him to do a simpler design im the hopes it would be easier but I got the same results. Another woman tried to help and I still hated it so I settled on no design(they still charged me for one). They hacked up my best friends nails and hurt her. She told them and they did the best they could but the damage was done. When we went outside I noticed that my nails werent even covered all the way. Will not be returning and will not recommend.

I love this place. I drive close to 2 hours to have Wendy take care of my family and myself. I’m a crazy mother of 3. I do all my own Home repairs and take care of other properties needless to say my hands work hard... my nails last for weeks. If you read this make sure and tell her I sent you.

Overall they did a great job. The deluxe pedicure feels amazing! We had an 11:45 appointment. They had our group of 4 into chairs with water by 12, but our pedicure didn’t start until 12:25 for two of us, 1 not until 12:45 and the last one wasn’t started until nearly 1. It was very busy and it seemed they didn’t have enough people working to keep up with everyone come in. It was a little frustrating that we had an appointment but they only had two people to work on our toes, while others were being helped as walk ins. We were there for nearly two hours.

My nails ended up bulky, uneven and nowhere near the design I asked for. This will be the first and last trip to this salon. Its the day before my prom and I have no way of getting them fixed never been so unsatisfied with a service.

Very quick service! The place was very clean and overall the pedicure was good! My only complaint is the application of the clear coat...not al of the polish was covered.

Apparently appointments dont matter! I had an appointment today at 11am for a mani/pedi. I showed up on time. Waited for about 10 minutes before they got me in a chair, where I proceeded to sit for another 15 minutes...no help. Finally I just left, I do have other things to do, hence the reason for the appointment. Too bad, Ive liked this place but I wont be going back.

I came for my wedding and I get my nails done all the time, and Im really picky. It was the best acrylic job Ive ever had and the service was so good they were so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend

I love this nail salon. The people and over all admosphere is awesome. When I first came in a few months ago, I met Jully and Kim and they have become great friends of mine. Jully is an awesome nail tech, she is very attentive to your needs and she cares about the work she does. If its 10 people ahead of you or 1 you will feel most important when you come in. I would recommend this salon to anybody. Stop by if your in the area or in American Fork, you wont be disappointed.

I saw that the reviews were low, but I had a friend refer me here so I decided to go anyway. By far the best manicure I have ever received!! I picked white for my nail color and thats not the easiest color to apply, but Nga (Na) did absolutely amazing!! I will be returning for future visits! THANK YOU NGA!!! I love my nails!

We looked at the reviews of this place, and thought it was fine to go to. But even thinking it was fine, it still didn’t even reach that expectation. All of our nails lifted in a week, there were bubbles and dents in them, but worst of all the spilt wax on my pants and ruined them.

Went yesterday afternoon to get hot pink shellac gel. The lady was really nice, but she only put on two coats of color. Today the color looks uneven and kind of orangey on all of my nails except two. Disappointed. Dont have time this week to back and ask to have them fixed.

I went here a week ago to get my nails done after calling in and asking about their availability and price: they said a full set acrylic was $27, so I was thinking okay not bad lets give it a shot. I get in pretty quickly, I asked for full set acrylic gel with shellack--which they charged me an extra $19 for. Maybe I did a poor job inquiring about their prices but I wish I would have known before hand that Id almost be doubling my payment. When they finished, my pinkies were horribly different lengths, none of my other fingers matched in length either but not as bad as my pinkies. The coffin shape I asked for? Only noticeable on my left thumb. Now a week later, three of my nails have fallen off. I dont know about you but nails Ive had before have stayed on for a month.My advice, spend 50 bucks somewhere else.

The luxury pedicure is mindblowing!! I have no idea what they they were doing to my feet but it was awesome! Very kind and professional.

Today was my second visit and my experience was far worse. The service depends upon who you get. Compared to other salons, this one is a C. The older guy is not good at all. Dont expect them to scrub your heels or massage your feet. For the price, youd be better served at another salon. There were 5 of us and none of us were happy with our pedicures.

Every time I go here I get the same service (acrylics) and they raise the prices each time I return. They should focus more on better quality service especially for the prices they charge.

I went in for a gel color change... the lady who did my color change did a horrible job. My nails were lumpy, not filed all the way and crooked. Will definitely not be going back here again.

I went there 5 months ago for a pedicure. Since then, I have had an infection in my toes. Ive been to 3 doctors, 2 of them specialists, been on antibiotics 3 times, and have to use a surgical wash, steroids, and topical antibiotics remove a day. The infection is still not gone. My doctor cultured the infection and found 4 different strains of staph. I have been in pain for months and sometimes my toes randomly start bleeding. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone! When I called them they insisted that I come in and have them look at it before they would let me talk to a manager. It should be self explanatory why I dont want them anywhere near my feet again.

Worse nail shop ever!!! Visiting from out of town. Told me she couldn’t do my nails cuz they’re too long. I came in to get 2 fixed, she said she can only polish those 2 & not the rest (I requested to have the rest of my nails changed to the new color bcuz they didn’t have the color of my nails I came in with). Super unprofessional & lack of customer service skills. Very disappointed

My boyfriend and I wanted to get manicures after work one day, but I knew we would be pushing time to get in. I called hours before, asked how late they usually schedule their last appointment. The man on the phone said 6:15, so I asked if it would be too late to do 6:20. He told me that was alright and continued to ask what exactly each of us wanted done. I specifically told him that I wanted gel nails and a manicure, my boyfriend wanted a manicure and probably some polish. When we got there, it was before 6:20, and the lady who ended up doing my nails got pretty upset at the man who had made the appointment. Apparently, she thought we were both just doing a manicure, the man told her that I wanted gell, but then she tried to talk me out of it. I did get my nails done, and once she started, she was friendly with me, but I know that they would have turned out better if she wasnt in such a hurry. They do look pretty nice, but they arent quite even or straight on top, definitely not worth over $40, wich I payed. My partners nails were really nice. He got lotion and a wax treatment and I did not get either one. I am am fairly happy with the turn out, and they are probably a better place to go earlier in the day. It just stinks when you have an appointment and still get disrespected.

The pedicures here are nice but I will not be back to get my acrylic nails done, ever! While trimming my nail before gluing a new tip on, the lady sliced my finger open with the nail clippers, not once, but twice. My finger was throbbing in pain. She then tried filing the underside of my finger which was still bleeding. After the massacre of my poor finger, they even had the nerve to charge me plus extra for the injured finger.

This place did a horrible job on our daughters nails, their nails werent even completely covered with the nail gel... And they charged full price, which is super expensive!!And then they gave us so much attitude when we called them out on it, and tried to lie and say thats just how the gel works, that it shrinks a little when drying.I recommend never going to this place, we wont ever go back...

Im writing this review in hopes of saving someone else from wasting money. I went here for an acrylic set yesterday and upon walking in noticed that this shop smelt like day old nasty food. It wasnt very clean. The woman who did my nails pushed so hard and took so much of my natural nail off that the nail BED BLED! She asked me five times before picking out the color if I wanted gel, after picking out the color and giving it to her she asked me 10 times if I wanted gel polish. I told her no continually and she continued to try and upsell me. Besides the store being disgusting, the lady did a terrible job on my nails. When I went to pay they mentioned theres an extra charge for using a credit card and the lady handed me the recipe to sign and watched me as I wrote her tip. It was so incredibly awkward. I will not be going back!

Very disappointed in this place!! We took our kids in for a Mani/Pedi and myself and my sister got our nails done. The lady who did my nails was super rough, I asked her to be more gentle (she did not!)She did my acrylic nails in less than 10 minutes she did such a horrible job, I let her know I did not want them like that and she suggested I didnt know what I was talking about and she does.. she did not file my nails underneath, did not file them on top so they are the same size at all, uneven! I again let her know, and again she said I was seeing things! I will never go back to this place, and I will make sure everyone knows not to go to this place especially get them done by the lady who wears heels and acts like she knows it all!!

I have gone to this location twice now and both times been surprised by the lack of class and tact. The first time they cut my finger and I brushed it off because accidents happen! I came again hoping to have a better experience but was disappointed when I got the same lady. This time she got up multiple times, talked on the phone while working on me, and didn’t massage one of my legs( even though I paid extra for a more extensive massage). I asked her if she could rub my leg because she must have forgotten and she was extremely rude. She started talking badly to me and about me to other customers and employees and started rubbing my leg aggressively and slamming her tools around.Despite her employees lack of professionalism I have the highest of praises for the owner or manager of the establishment. She asked how my experience was and I mentioned that it made me uncomfortable to be talked badly about and treated disrespectfully. She was courteous and apologetic and gave me a discount for the next time I come in. I appreciated that she addressed it directly and felt bad but would still not recommend this place or plan on going back.

Worst place I have ever been to, showed them design I want and they say there and stated at me and said pick a different design and it was just a feather, also charged me 47 dollars and did not do any designs because they kept messing up. Also took them 3 hrs!! What a waste of my time and money.

Possibly the worst pedicure I have ever had. The lady burnt my feet in hot water then made it deeezifr cold. Didnt even scrap my feet, she half assed pumiced my feet. Ill never ever go back.

I had shallec painted tips done and they are perfect. They were done by a gentlemen (didnt catch his name), he was speedy, professional and a perfectionist. Ive had my nails done for cheaper but they didnt look this good.
