Been coming to them for about a year now. service has gone downhill. Lady who did my nails was extremely rude and disrespectful. didn’t do anything like i had asked her even though it was an extremely simple design of what i wanted done. After i asked if she could fix them she got very upset with me. i ended up paying 45 dollars for nails i absolutely hated. will not be coming here anymore.

I went in asking for a full set of acrylic nails with a plain green color. the lady gave me dip powder (which i didn’t want), over filed my nails, and she gave me some design that she picked out that i didn’t even want. she charged me $70 for this set of nails and it definitely was NOT worth it. i went back 2 days later for a refund because my nails were already chipping the next day. i do not recommend this place. they overcharge and do not even give you what you want.

Just left 10mins ago and got a very good pedicure and would give a 5 for it. As for my manicure, I would give a zero. The guy said he could do the design I asked for, but couldn’t. I ask for my design color to match the color of my other nails, but he got me a maroon that absolutely didn’t match. He didn’t even care about the quality of my designs. It was smeared, looked like it was done by a 5yr old, and some weren’t dry. Regret going to this nail salon. First pic is what I asked for, second one is what he did. Hate it.

I got the luxury pedicure hoping that would help with my callused toes but as you can see, it didn’t. I’m also bummed that the polish is already coming off and I had them done this afternoon. I think he may have felt rushed because they were busy. I did leave a good tip because the pedicure felt great and my nail tech was friendly and funny.

I was able to get a same day appointment and I loved every second! I received the elite package and it was so worth it! The massages are amazing and the nail techs are so much fun! My legs are so soft! It is an upbeat and clean atmosphere. I received a beautiful pedicure!

I have been getting my nails done at TN nails for about a year now and this is by far the best place to my nails done. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean. I like that they always sanitize their manicure/ pedicure tools. I’ve always had a pleasant with each visit. The nail technicians have done a great job with each manicure and pedicure I’ve received, including nail design.

Doesnt matter if you have an appointment because they will always fit you in - because they say yes to everyone who comes in the door. (The owner/manager told me this himself). Your nails will look good, but be prepared to wait, whether or not you have an appointment.

Please dont waste your time and money. I have polish so thick around d my cuticles and up my toes. Will never be back

Don’t bother making an appointment. you’ll still wait as if you were a walk-in. when we waited for 45 minutes PAST the appointment time, i asked the owner and he walked passed me without even answering the question. so very rude and 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

They couldnt understand me and they gave me the wrong nail shape.

The owner is awesome! He got all six of my friends in for a girls afternoon. They have a tons of pedicure chairs and they are all brand new! Great place!! Great pedicure!

The worst place Ive ever got my nails done they werent straight they were uneven and she made my finger bleed fileing them, and they are way over priced. only reason I gave them a star is because I had to so I could write this review they dont deserve any stars Ill give them a negative 5, defanaly wont be going there again

I have gone here several times and every time I go they have been oks. They dont ever do what I want because they dont understand what I am asking for, and the last time I went the gentlemen that did my nails was very kind and friendly. However he did a very poor job on my nails and files several of my fingers till they bled. He was also very rough! Unfortunately I have yet to find a nail.salon that I love!

I’ve been going here for 3 years and get the same thing everytime. Today when they checked me out they charged me an extra $10. I tried showing them on my credit card that this isn’t what they’ve charged me previously but they didn’t care. Careful if you go here. They’ll try and up charge everything you do. Will not be going back.

They filed my nails so thin that I had to cut them down because they were so weak. Not impressed.

I had an appointment at 1 and waited 45 minutes before they came and do my pedicure. They did a bad job on my toes and were super rushed. Not the best nail salon ive ever been to.

She did my nails super chunky, took forever to do them. they were not the shape i wanted and she made the price extremely high for a simple nail color. the acrylic was laid down awful. i never give bad reviews but this was horrible.

I went here last week and got a pedicure. When my mom and I arrived for our appointment we had to wait 10 minutes before they were ready for us. The whole pedicure then felt rushed. The day after my pedicure I woke up to my big toe being very red/throbbing and infected. I will never return here for any services.

I recently moved to Utah from Alaska and have decided to go here on a whim as I was driving around looking for a nail place. Oh wow, I am so glad I found this place. My manicure included a hot towel soak, deep moisturizing glove wrap, neck and shoulder massage, and of course the most amazing set of gel nails I have ever had. They are kind and offered me a water bottle and chocolate as I waited. I was a walk in and had to wait for about 10 minutes. No problem at all since I had a hard choice to make with TONS of nail colors to choose from. Overall experience 10 out of 10. Go here, youll love it!Price was $24 for everything!!! ❤️

Always an extremely long wait-even if you make an appointment. The guy in charge slides his friends in before anyone waiting even when you have a scheduled appointment time. Waited last time 40+ minutes, this time I walked out. It’s not worth it!

I went there to get 3 nails fixed, the girl who did them was Horrible. she was so rude. I rarely leave reviews but this place deserves it. She kept pointing at my nails and laughing with the other nail artist. After me telling her 16 times I only wanted the acrylic and not them painted she still went and filed part of my color off from one of the other nails and got mad that I “jumped” and said “no”. After 3 days of them being filled 2 of the 3 have completely popped off I’m whole. The other is almost lifted off. They are not even, very bumpy and they are almost on my cuticle. I will tell everyone this place is never EVER worth your time or money. I’ve had a lot of bad nails because I will try each and every salon to give them all a chance and this one is by far the absolute worst salon in Utah.

I was upsold the whole time through my pedicure after I made it very clear what I DID want done He just about touched clipping my toes and rushed everything. I was in and out with the mid grade package in just a few minutes. He beat the timer he set. He was rough with his pedicure. I wouldnt recommend coming here. I know I wont.

The people were friendly but the whole experience was rather rushed. I paid a decent amount of money and my gel nails peeled off after a day of being on. The gentleman that did my manicure and pedicure didn’t listen to what I wanted. He shortened my nails when I said I didn’t want them shorter. He made them uneven and not square like I asked. The color on my nails wasn’t what it looked like in the bottle. Very disappointed overall.

Wife went in to get her nails done as she had a busy and anxious filled week. I was hoping it would cheer her up, but the man that did it was extremely extremely pushy, she wanted a certain color done, but the man said “that would look bad” and suggested a color that she did not like. He said she could try it and they could switch colors, but when she tried to tell him she didn’t like the color he said it was too late to change. She ended up feeling even worst than she walked in, and it cost her $45. Luckily a friend helped her mask over the color he chose and helped her fix the terrible job. I will be attempting a chargeback for services not rendered. Do not come here. They deserve every single negative review. Terrible.

Came in for a pediand manicire. Charged to take off existing gel. When they massage your legs they are rather rough and it hurts. On my manicure I asked for clear polish, and they did not apply. Then charged full amount. I paid a lot of money to leave completely unsatisfied.

Always love this place. They have great service and wonderful, friendly nail technicians. It is fun to be there in the warm atmosphere. They do excellent work as well. Call ahead and get an appointment as they do get busy, but you can do a walk-in too. Around holidays though they get extra busy. Treat yourself, youll be glad you did!

5 stars for acrylic sets! They pay very good attention to detail and make sure you are completely satisfied.3 stars for pedicures, sadly. Service was great- but the polish seemed cheap and chipped off within a day. My mom and sister both had their toes done but within the next day they only had a few nails still polished :(

They do great nails. We walked in they were quite full about 5:30 they close at 7. They took us right away. I am always impressed, nail techs just seem to materialize when needed. They are professional, and make your nails look great. They do take appointments add well add walk ins.

I had a horrible experience here. When I got my manicure done the paint was all over my skin. It was chunky and sticky. I thought there was no way this was it. The manager came over and offered to do it again. So I waited another hour for my nails to be done. They took so much skin off my nails and it hurt so bad I wanted to cry.

I have been pleased with their service. My daughter (8) and I get pedicures. They get pretty busy but still take the time to do the job right. I’ve also had my eyebrows waxed here and they did a fantastic job.

What a great place, I will be coming back for sure.

So clean and friendly! They’re fast with their work, but everything they do look awesome! They only focus on one client at a time so you’re their only priority. I have been in the beauty industry for 20+ years. I have had many pedicures and I can assure you that TN Nails in AF is the best! They take their time, they are friendly, and very clean. They also work really hard to give you a quality pedicure that actually takes care of your badly cracked and dry heels. Truly, worth the wait. Oh and they are also reasonably priced.

I got a full set of acrylics. The man that did them did an amazing job! They are all the same shape and length. And at one point I wanted to changed the color and he made sure I got the one I wanted. And made sure I loved them before I left. The price was pretty average, I believe it was 43 dollars. I will definitely go here again!!

TN Nails is one of the best nail care places for pedicures I have ever been. The place was well kept. The workers didnt talk much which was okay with me because I am a shy person. They had a lot of good colors it was hard to choose which one to use. they give you free foam flip-flops if you have shoes that will touch the paint. The smell is really good because it doesnt smell like nail polish but it doesnt have a specific smell at all.The wait wasnt very long and I went in the middle of the day where every chair was filled up. I only waited five minutes. the hot stone are very hot and can fill painful if they leave it there to long. other than that critque it is a very good place.

I just moved near this and tried it on a whim, and I am so glad I did. They offer so much more for a manicure or pedicure than any other nail salon Ive been to, and the prices are still about average. I came on a Saturday evening so it was pretty busy and I had to wait a bit, but they worked me in and were all so nice. It was worth the wait and Im so glad I found this little place.

I had an absolutely awful time! My nail artist would not stop talking the entire time! It took two hours for a mani pedi and it wasn’t even crowded at the time. During the pedicure my nail artist rubbed my heel raw. It is bright red and hurts to walk on. Before painting my nail she yanked multiple times at my hang nail and wouldn’t stop even after I had screamed in pain. Worst experience ever!!

I Love, just love this place. They are awesome, take their time and give fabulous service. They far surpass any other places, their service is second to none. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Terrible place! Not clean, and wouldn’t be surprised if they get shut down from someone getting staff infection. They do not clean tools. I was getting my nails done and the lady doing my nails had been filing my nails for 2 hrs! She kept using the hand filer and then went and got a machine that another lady just got done using on a different client. Not once did she switch the drill bit. Terrible place, also lied about pricing over the phone!

First foreign salon I’ve EVER been to that they talk to you and are SO SO NICE. I personally didn’t talk because I just enjoyed my pedicure. But there was an elderly lady who they all took such sweet care to. When I sat in the chair my skirt was a little short and the man who did my feet covered me with a towel. Literally so respectful and graced so much dignity to me. They didn’t yell at each other and they were soooo nice. Besides all the kindness towards each other and their guests they have an auto clave to sanitize equipment. Everything was clean and a superb job on my toes. I hesitate in posting because I feel like they’re a little secret and I don’t want it to get out!;) I’ll come back every month from now on. Also......side note. I do hair and use to do pedicures so I’m VERY picky! Excellent service!!!!

I’ve been coming here for over 4 months now. The customer service is great and everybody is very friendly. I come in every 2 weeks to get a fill on my acrylics as well as a pedicure every month and they always do a fantastic job. I reccomend this place to everyone and they love it.

I had the new girl, so she wasn’t very good at the massage. But other then that they have great work!

I did not have a good experience at all. I went with my friend and I was getting a fill and her getting acrylics, they started mine first and had my friend wait 40 min before starting hers. And then she never once asked how long or short I wanted them until I realized she was just going to start putting on the paint with them really long so I told her I needed them shorter she rolled her eyes and filed them down a little bit and said that’s all she could do. By the end they are dented and bumpy and not cute at all. They already started chipping and I have only had them for an hour. Me and my friend do not like our nails I do not recommend this place at all.

Went to get my acrylics done, they came out an inch thick and also I was there 2 hours just for those!! worst nail experience of my life. Also my daughter got gel toes and nails and the polish started to peel the next day.

My husband and I went to get pedicures, they we’re done with my husbands in 5 minutes. So dissatisfied, it was a complete joke. Do not go here. I will never go back.

This place was recommended to me by my cousin and I thought I would get my nails done here before my wedding. I called for an appointment and they fit me within an hour. Overall, the place was clean and very relaxing. They offered a menu of all their services. My nails look great my only hesitation was that very chatty woman who did my nails seemed more interested in the nature show on the TV and discussing it than anything else. But she did an amazing work considering my nails and feet were an absolute mess from working in a restaurant full time. I will definitely come again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Everytime I went it was rushed. My nails lifted after a week and popped off. They dont care about making it relaxing it feels like they just want to get in and rush people out. They are loud while talking to each other so it makes you feel like they are yelling. Its horrible. Their prices are NOT worth the service youll receive!!! Do NOT waste your time or money!

The staff is attentive and talkative which makes you feel welcomed but both my shellac mani and pedi chipped within days - that’s never happened to me elsewhere so I can’t help but feel like it was their process or products. I wouldn’t come back.

I hate my full set. The prices were not what they said. They wouldnt do a clear tip for the same price as a white tip. They did a awful job with the paint. The lady was very rude and very aggressive. I am not going to this place ever again. There are a lot of bubbles in the polish. It looks very bad and I got them done for a special occasion. Im very angry. They look aweful.

Went to have a pedicure for myself and my granddaughter. The guy doing mine kept looking around. Apparently he was preoccupied? He barely touched my feet and I purchased the pedicure with a massage. I chose to do the hot stone pedicure which was $26 each. I had the stone on my leg a total of 5 seconds. He was not interested at all in the massage or the care of my feet and kept leaving my chair. I have no idea where he was going. Anyway, at check out, my total came to $72.50. I felt I was overcharged for a not great service. It should have been $52.00 plus tax. 2 stars because they got us right in without an appointment, however, we wont be back.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. WORST experience ever. They ruined my eyebrows and after arguing as I was in tears she finally didnt make me pay for them. The manicure and pedicure was ridiculous. They got polish all over my skin and I had to keep having them fix them and I left with it all over still and then they were chipped. They chipped after I got in the car. I read these reviews and thought it wasnt a big deal but after going I can vouch. They scrubbed my feet so hard they started bleeding and now the next day they still are in pain with sores on them. Plus this place is straight up ghetto and dirty looking. NEVER GO.
