This salon is very clean! Ive been going here every 5 weeks for the last 9 months and they dont disappoint! I get the Radiant pedicure and love the hot rocks and massage. My toes always look great when I leave!

If I could give this business a zero, I would. I have been getting my nails done for 50 years and have never been treated so unprofessionally, especially by Jason. There have been several occasions when I’ve asked for a particular service and was told, “I can’t do that.” This shows the lack of skill set available at the salon. The appearance of this establishment does not match the service provided. There is a sign they put up that in essence says, “we have the right to refuse service.” When I asked Jason to fix two broken nails, I was told he couldn’t because I didn’t mention they were broken when the appointment was made. Obviously I had no idea that I would have two broken nails at my next appointment. He proceeded to fix them but told me to not come back to the business. This was not the first time I was belittled and treated rude here. I encourage all of you to check out the 1-star Yelp! Reviews and you will see I’m not the only one who has been treated this way. I encourage any of you to think twice before spending your time and money here.

When I’m paying for work and service, I don’t expect to be told that what I want is “too much” or that “it’s not even Halloween yet” when I say I want Halloween. I was also told “I don’t know I’m not picking for you” when you ask for advice since they don’t like what I originally offered. When paying $85 for nails, I expect high quality customer service. I will not be returning nor will I recommend people coming here.

I’ve been going here for 2 years, since they opened. Never had a bad experience! Every person that has ever helped me has been professional, and done an excellent job. It shows they care about the quality of their work. There’s been a few times I’ve had to go to other salons for emergency services, and they were never as good as the quality I get at Bliss. I will continue to go here as long as I can, and highly recommend to everyone!

First visit. Professional nail technicians. They are constantly wiping doors. Work stations were being cleaned. Prices are also reasonable. Will return.

Bliss is the ONLY place I go to get my nails done! Jason and Dan are the BEST theyre always so nice and funny and respectful. Because of covid theyre doing appointment only and ever since then theyre always getting me in on time, they are actually really flexible with getting me in and always professional. Jason always kills my acrylic nail shape and Dan always gets my designs looking RIGHT. Love this place and would always recommend it. Even the pedicures are bomb. The atmosphere is so calming and clean, the chairs are comfy. I never have any complaints!

Ever since moving from Houston, it was hard for me to find a place that had the same quality of work that I had done in Houston. It took me about a year in Utah County to finally settle with a place that I could call home again.This private local shop is owned by a family that works hard day and night to have that customer satisfaction. During this pandemic, theyve adjusted and implemented rules and structures in their facility to adhere to all CDC regulations to ensure safety of their clients and staff.The cleanliness to the facility is superb and the staff are friendly and are personable. They know who you are and what you want every time you walk in. With their enforced guidelines, it allows them to maintain a healthy schedule so that they can achieve these standards for all of their clients in a timely manner.Ive recommended them to several friends and acquaintances and will always continue to do so.

NEVER GOING BACK STAY AWAYI have been a loyal customer since Bliss was Sky Nails. At first I loved going to Bliss and hanging out with Dan. He is very talented and made my nails look great. But…Something changed with the workers and the environment. They now act like they don’t even want to be there, and now Dan acts like a diva. I can’t tell if he doesn’t like his job anymore, or if he just has an attitude thinking he’s better than everyone. I recently scheduled an appointment to get nail art done, sat down with Jason, with a design in mind for weeks. I was so excited when I sat down but Jason tells me he doesn’t have time. I was frustrated because I made an appointment weeks before. When he finished my nails I sat there and noticed there wasn’t another costumer in for another 30 min. I was so bugged! I could tell he didn’t want to do them. I feel like every time I ask for something they are so put out. I will never go back to this place. It is definitely not a good feeling walking out with a negative vibe.

Tried to reschedule my 9:30 appointment at 9:40. My son had a emergency dental appointment. At 9:30I tried rescheduling and was told they had no openings. I called back 5 minutes later.Amazingly they had openings.I have always done my very best to be respectful of other people’s time.I explained what happened and was rudely told and lectured about I should of canceled. I would of loved too. But it opens at 9:30 and it’s a Monday. There was no way of getting in touch with them.I was very shocked at how rude I was treated.If they have a full day of openings and you need to adjust your appointment I hope they will kindly listen and want your business.

I am currently sitting at bliss getting my first pedicure that i’ve ever gotten (i grew up a dancer and so first i never had the time but even if i did, i was scared the pedicure would be ruined quickly. It’s been wonderful so far and not to mention, the ATMOSPHERE is wonderful and so cute. you can tell they took the time to build this business and by how many calls the got in the 30 minutes i’ve been here so far, i can tell they have a lot of happy customers! The massage felt wonderful and he was gentle on my foot where i have had surgery in the past and it’s still tingley right there. 100% recommended!

I was super excited to get my nails done for my wedding. Sadly, this was the worst full set I have ever received. The guy was so forcefully with my nail that it cause my nail to lift. I was in pain majority of my appointment and when I left I had to clean off all of the product from my skin so that my bridals wouldn’t look by. I was very disappointed with my whole service.

Bliss is the best of the best in Utah!! I have been going to them for over a year now and am always amazed at my nails when I leave. They can pretty much do any design you take to them! I love getting my nails done by Ann - she is so thorough and makes sure your nails are absolutely perfect before you leave.

Bliss is by far the best nail salon around. The owner is extremely helpful and courteous. The nail techs are wonderful. I’ve been multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The pedicures are amazing and so relaxing. My wife gets acrylics done here and I’m blown away by the level of skill that is used. The design work is incredible. Colors are fantastic and the technique is beyond anything I have ever seen. Everything is done in a professional manner. The salon is extremely clean too. This is a big one for me. I am always greeted by name and with a smile every single time I walk through the doors. I have been to many many nail salons including salons in Southern California and Bliss is by far the best. Definitely my go to for everything nails. Give them a try...you will not be disappointed.

This was my experience. I went with a friend and her experience was great, I think it was just the guy that did my nails. He was very rough with my hands. Literally never said a word to me or made eye contact with me. When he wanted me to switch hands he shortly said, Hand. very quietly and I had to ask him what he said so many times just to hear him. He also stopped doing my nails so many times to text. And it wasnt a quick text either. He also didnt me what shape I wanted or how long. He just chose for me. I wanted them white but he did a couple coats and decided he was done even though it wasnt solid. And by the end of all of this the acrylics werent even straight. They were also pointing upwards. Oh and also he filed so much that I had rings of fire that hurt for months. My friend had a great experience with this nice little old lady. The guy I had is what made my experience terrible. There goes $60 plus because I also felt weird not leaving a tip.

I have been to nail salons all over the valley. Bliss is by far the best. My nails dont chip or break. They are fast. It usually takes about 25 minutes for Gel Nails. I hesitate to write a review because I dont want them to get so busy I cant get an appointment. But Jason is amazing. I want to thank him for exceptional Service.

I had an awful experience here a few weeks ago, I wanted gel and they would only give me acrylics and then they shaved down my nails way to thin it was extremely painful. And the person doing my nails was rude.

I havent been going to Bliss for very long, but I absolutely love them! Dan does such an amazing job on my nails. Very professional and is willing to try whatever crazy design you throw at him! He is the best!

I have been a long time customer and they always had an attitude with me and everyone that walked in but I continued to go because they do really good work. My grandmother passed this week and I missed my appointment because I was spending time with her and the family and completely forgot. I received no text or phone call to remind me and now they “won’t schedule me ever again” because of it. I explained the situation and he completely dismissed me and said “it’s my business and I can schedule who I want” regardless of the fact I have never missed an appointment before and only missed due to a massive family emergency. I understand the policy and running a business however the lack of empathy and understanding is what made me so upset. I referred lots of people to them and now I would never go again even if I could.

The place itself was very nice I came in for my appointment and they were right on time. They were quick and I left with superb nails!

I love Bliss Powder! This was my first visit with my daughter and they did a great job. Alise gave the most relaxing pedicure. My feet were in rough shape and they look so pretty now. Ann did my acrylic full set and it looks just like the picture I showed her. She made sure I liked the design, shape and length each step of the way and I love how my nails turned out, pretty and feminine! Highly recommend this place. My daughter and I are already making plans to visit here regularly.

Extremely poor customer service!!! The boys at the front are NEVER friendly and are quite rude. Most of my appointments were never on time. I got hung up on by one of them when trying to reschedule. I kept going back because it was close, convenient and did an ok job... but their customer service is close to zero. Not worth the attitude you get from the two boys alone... spend your money at a place that will treat you well.Since it isnt allowing me to respond to your response - Ill edit my first comment and address your additional items. Couple of things you got wrong there. When I called in, I did not brush anything off and it was actually one of the first things I said to the original person who answered the phone - different person than the one who hung up on me, though I did say sorry to him as well. I directly apologized and told him I had gotten very ill and slept straight through. As soon as I was filling good enough (1.5 business days later), I called in. After my grandmas death and missing that appointment on the same day, I rescheduled with a random girl working there and Anne was bothered by me that I was with someone else, so I scheduled back with her. Also, I never once named names of who ran late for me. I had come in many, many times prior and had random people do my nails. Even though I had appointments scheduled, I dont think I ever had one start on time. It was closer to 10-20 minutes. So, no, I really dont find it all that funny. I appreciated Anne being on time (although, this shouldnt be a special treatment to have your scheduled appointment ready to go.)I started raising my voice when your son had the audacity to tell me that I am taking advantage of your mom, and that Im inconsiderate. I come in every time and ask about his grandma and genuinely care that she starts feeling better - so who the hell does he think he is to call me inconsiderate. Ive been going to you guys for quite a while and if you check my other appointments, I am always on time, never late. I had 2 situations where my grandma got COVID and died, and another where I was extremely sick. So, I think I am owning my actions - Thanks for your suggestion though.

If you dont pay for the most expensive pedicure, they dont even bother. They do not do any kind of callus treatment, they just sort of rub your foot once over with a pumice. The hot stone massage is a 10 second up and down your legs. Didnt even get the hot towel as described in the service. They just want you in and out. Someone was there before me, got the same service as me, was done after I was. The only reason I gave 2 stars (instead of 1) is that the nail treatment was fine.

Every time I come here I am so happy with my nails!!! They do such a good job and the salon is always clean and nice! Dan is such a little sassy pants and I just love him. I’ve had three different people do my nails and I’ve been happy each time. This is seriously the only place I go to get my nails done.

The guy who works here, or possibly owns the place, has been extremely rude to multiple people I know. They don’t know the first thing about good customer service. If you’re 3 minutes late they won’t let you in for your appointment and you’ll get some sassy back talk. You’re better off finding another place to go.

Dip Powder No. 65 with Anne was simply amazing! She fixed an amateur job done elsewhere (which resulted in fat, thick, missed spots and nicks) BUT Anne was gentle, made sure she got the right nude for my skin tone, helped me relax and was careful about drying (not rushing me even though she was quick). Im so pleased with the salons cleanliness, careful care for what I wanted and they speak English so I could communicate what I didnt want from the other salon. Im sooo happy with my shape, color, service, price and careful care. Im deleting all the other service providers. AND THEY OPEN ON SUNDAY for busy ladies like me! Come in off the 500 East exit in American Fork. So happy with this salon. Ask for Anne!

I was a little skeptical with all the extremely positive reviews but after having visit this salon, I can see why. The salon is very clean with a nice interior. I got a standard pedicure which was reasonably priced. They had an huge selection of nail colors. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into the atmosphere with calming spa music, essential oils diffusing and cute decor. I recommend making an appointment before going.Anne did my pedicure and she was so nice. She remembered my name, was quick and chatted with me. She also told me to wait 10 mins for my polish to dry. Usually techs at other salons just walk away and you dont know if you are supposed to stay or leave.

Extremely rude owners, felt judged as soon as I came in. The guy who did my nails was very rough on my hands and didn’t take the time to understand what I wanted done. He was rude and didn’t say one word to me, and took lots of breaks to text on his phone for a while. I asked for coffin nails and ended up getting square nails (but still was charged for coffin) The design I asked for was done so poorly, nothing like there instagram pictures. As well as the acrylics were so thin I felt like they were going to snap any minute. I had to pay about $75 for nails and a experience that was awful. Go somewhere else!

I called at 5pm to see if they could fit me in for a pedicure before they closed at 7pm and was told they could see me at 5:30. I arrived 5 minutes early and only waited a couple of minutes for Mariah to take me back. She worked efficiently, was super polite and careful. My gel toes look great! Their pedicure area is so nicely done.They have done a great job with the safety measures required of them to keep their customers safe and healthy. The salon is very clean. I will definitely be back.

Bliss does amazing shape & designs pretty colors but at LEAST one nail is broken after 3-7 days. I got my nails done TWO days ago. and they make you pay for broken nails. They do my shape the best but can’t get my nails to stay on. Very annoying to pay $50 and have them break.also - they charge $15 extra for gel on your toes. they have a beautiful top notch shop yet their pedi chairs don’t massage or move and i’m short 5’1” and i had to sit uncomfortably to get my toes done. they charged $47 for a basic pedicure.

I have loved coming to this salon and seeing Mariah and Tiffany they are both so amazing and hard working people. I had an incident just a couple of weeks ago were I had a different nail tech do my manicure and she was not good and took 2 hours to do my gel manicure. I expressed my frustration as a customer which I have every right to do and they offered to fix it but I was leaving town so opted to just wait and get them redone when I came back into town. Fast forward two weeks I called in and the owner told me they can no longer take me as a client. My guess is because they didn’t like the way I expressed myself as a customer and my other guess is because I am a woman of color. This is very unprofessional and it seems to be the trend to have the owner reply to Google reviews and go into very extent detail as to why the customer is upset.

Honestly this place is super nice and they do a good job however, they are very rude and always seem to rush everything. my friend and i went in, i got gel and she was going to get a full set but then just used her natural nail instead. I got Dan and from the very beginning he was very rude and had an attitude as if he was mad we came in for our appointment. I told him my nail was ripping off and asked him to be carful and he basically hugged and puffed and rolled his eyes. I had asked for a very simple design which he did beautifully but again, had the attitude and got annoyed that I had a design. He then finished my friends nail and did her design which was also super simple. Another girl walked in and was waiting maybe 5 min and he told her “i’m sorry i’m almost done. didn’t think it would take me this long.” then proceeded to tell my friend, “next time, tell me on the phone you want designs because I don’t have time for this.” Sorry, if you didn’t have time to do our nails, why did you book us an appointment? I have been here multiple times and have gotten designs almost every time and nobody has said we need to tell them over the phone that we are getting a design. Idk he was just very rude to us from the beginning which was surprising to us because every time we come, he is always so friendly to everyone he has. Disappointing.

I cannot delete the thread, so this edit will have to doThe salon has parking issues, so plan to arrive early if you are a first timer. The quality I observed was impeccable and the salon was very clean. Hopefully things will work out better in the future.

This is the best nail salon I have ever gone to. The nail salon is clean, organized, and beautiful. The staff is always friendly, and are always quick to answer the phone and schedule an appointment. My nails look stunning after my appointment. They always make sure I am satisfied before letting me go. On top of that, they are taking extra precautions during COVID-19. They make sure every client is wearing a mask, they have them wash their hands, and they even have plastic shields up between the client and the technician. It’s the only nail salon I feel safe going to during this time. I would and do recommend this salon to everyone!

Bliss nails has the absolute worst customer service in Utah. The man that runs this place is so extremely rude and has an attitude with everyone. I have watched people leave this place crying because of the way they were treated. It’s a terrible place and not worth coming to to be treated like a piece of trash. We are all very aware that miscommunications do happen and we are totally okay with that. The fact that you were so rude about it was the issue. Raising your voice at us and trying to make us feel guilty for not understanding the time was not very professional. We all work in costumer service too and we understand that things like this can be stressful but is it to much to ask to at least be treated kindly specially when neither of us was in any way rude to you.

I have been to bliss multiple times and have nothing bad to say, they are absolutely amazing when it comes not only to nail designs but customer service as well. i am treated with the upmost respect from all employees and leave feeling as if i have built friendships with each of them. great salon, great staff! will continue to go to bliss for the best service and respect!!

Dan is the man!! I’ve been looking for a nail salon that i LOVE since I’ve moved to Utah (5 years ago) and never found someone I completely trusted until now. This is the best nail salon with quality, cleanliness and care. I trust them to SLAY every nail design, and I know that I’ll be taken care of every single time. Everyone is so nice and friendly and I get compliments on my nails every single day. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone!

I went there because I had heard how good they were from multiple friends. When I got there they made me wait for 15 minutes, which I didn’t mind. The guy who started on my nails hardly spoke to me. He was very distracted and several times stopped doing my nails to joke and laugh with his colleagues. I got acrylics with gel polish and not even two days after my manicure, the polish started to peel. The guy was very unprofessional and very sloppy with my nails. He seemed very rushed and didn’t take his time. Very disappointed.

Prices are fair and compared to most places are better. Bliss Powder is in a soft opening so hours are limited until their Grand Opening which is expected to happen in the coming week(s).

I’ve been going to Bliss since they opened and I will not go to another nail salon again. They’re clean and do an amazing job on my nails. Highly recommend!

This is my first visit to Bliss and I will definitely be coming back. All of the staff were so kind and the environment of the salon is very inviting and relaxing. Today I got a gel’s filled but I cannot wait to come back and have a pedicure as the pedicure area looks like a little escape to another place. My manicure was done beautifully yet quickly. I love the midnight purple and of course the glitter party finger! Do yourself a favor and come check them out. You won’t regret it!

Dan and Jason are amazing! Amazing to the point that I have followed them to and from each place leading up to them opening Bliss! The salon itself is BEAUTIFUL! The owners and workers are so fun and remember everything you tell them so you can catch up next time. (Like best friends you get to see every 3 week!!) Their nails are out of this world insane and I will be a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! I never write reviews but I was very disappointed with my experience here. I went in with a picture from their facebook page, and she said that she could do them, but not exactly how the picture was. I felt like this was false advertising but I understood that some nail techs cant do everything so I understood. I then asked what the price would be for a color with stickers on my nails like the picture and she said $55. I proceeded, and she only put a couple stickers on them and when I asked if she could add more like the picture I showed her, she said that it would cost me $18 more. I was very confused because when I initially showed her the image she only said that the designs were $15 extra. I then also found out after I had finished that there was a $5 fee for getting them shaped which she also did not tell me. When I got the stickers on, she used some sort of clipper that cut the star stickers points off, and so a lot of my star stickers are missing points and the little triangle pieces are randomly floating between the stars. I was impressed with the shape that was done, and the cleanliness of the salon, but overall I am very disappointing with my experience here and will not be returning. Overall with a smaller tip and all of the hidden fees I ended up paying $78 when I was originally promised $55. I am very unimpressed.

HANDS DOWN the BEST nail salon I have ever been to!!! It’s REALLY hard to find a classy, clean nail salon in Utah with people who treat you kindly. They place high importance on sanitation and cleanliness which is huge for me. It’s a relaxing environment and their work speaks for itself! My nails have never looked better. They are kind, affordable and incredible! Don’t go anywhere else!

This nail bar is one of the best in the tri-cities by far. The atmosphere is clean, swanky and comfortable, while their staff are some of the most professionals in the area. I enjoy a good pedicure here too when my legs and feet need the extra care.

Jason did my nails and WOW! So impressed! His shaping is excellent and he was very patient with the design I wanted. One of the best acrylics I’ve ever had! The salon is gorgeous and very clean. They have really gone the extra mile to make the experience there so luxurious. Love that they are open on Sunday’s as well! Will definitely return!

So I just moved here from Colorado and was super excited to find one close to mynew home - we made an appointment for 3 pedicures for today (Saturday) and when we got there - they said my appointment was yesterday and couldn’t help and rude! NOT OK - plus my daughter had her nails done there last week and they are all cracked and 2 of the tips have already come off - so completely disappointed - now looking for new nail place.

They said that they have SNS dipping powders. I saw the powders. She took off my SNS and put acrilic on. When she polished my nails 💅, she put one thin coat on your can see through it!

The nail technician I had want very experienced and my nails didnt turn out well, but the friend I went with had a different nail technician and her nails turned out amazing. So I went back the next day and the manager was so kind and understanding he gave me a full refund and said sorry for that experience. I fully recommend this nail salon they are all so kind. Next time I go I will definitely request Anne for my nails!

This place is exceptional. My nails turned out amazing (Jen) was the nail tech. The ambiance was relaxing and very peaceful. I came back the next day for a pedicure and Dan did an amazing job on my toes. Its definitely a great add to the community, Im glad I found it!

I would 100% recommend!! Bliss Powder Nail Bar is the best salon I’ve been to! It’s so clean and stylish. Everything is amazing quality. The customer service is fantastic. They really do care that you’re satisfied with their work. The experience is relaxing and fun, not stressful whatsoever.

I have been going to Bliss powder nail bar for a few months now and I have been so happy with my nails. They have taken great care of me and given me nails I didn’t think were possible. As a hair stylist I work with my hands a lot and most nail services I have had can not withstand my work. But the nails I have been getting done at Bliss have been amazing. I appreciate there customer service and willingness to fix any problem I may have. Not to mention it’s a beautiful space and amazing environment. I plan on returning there for a long time to come.

Anne was INCREDIBLE! In the past my nails have looked less Insta-worthy and more Nailed it! if you catch my drift 😉 I came in with a photo and cautious anticipation and I was completely blown away. Every step of the way Anne checked to make sure I was happy with the progress. Seriously, she is an artist. She did it better than the picture I brought in as an example. I still cant get over how beautiful they are and I feel so pretty. Thank you, Anne. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
