The last 3 times I have come here I have had to reschedule my appointment for a different day/time because they over book themselves. I have been trying to come get a haircut for 4 months now and I still haven’t been able to because of having to reschedule. Very disappointed. I used to love this place.

VERY HAPPY!!! There was no wait. Receptionist was very professional and friendly. Ashley was great, warm and professional. She never hesitated to call the instructor when she was nor sure of the next step. My hair is thick and grey. For some stylist this can be a problem... but not for Ashley!! The two instructors treated her with respect and professionalism !! This was my first time at a school of hair design and.... you made my experience a great one. I will be back, furthermore, I have already recommended this academy to my husband and several of my friends! Thank you all!!!

I transferred to Wade Gordon from another Amarillo cosmetology school and I can honestly say it was a great choice! The instructors are amazing!! They are very knowledgeable and always eager to help. Everybody at WGHA is so nice and helpful and they are all there to help you succeed! I love my school!

Ive been a client here for 3 years and Im always pleased with the service and stylists!! Im very particular about my hair - it MUST be platinum blonde and the cut perfect!! I have an asymetrical graduated bob and I get so many compliments on my hair!!! Dont pay high end salon prices when you can come here and get exactly the same service for a fraction of the cost!!

I gave them 1 star, not because of a bad haircut, but because they falsely advertise walk ins welcome, which is not the case... Last Saturday 1/7/2017 I walked in around 2:30pm there were 2 people sitting in the lobby and 2 young ladies at the reception desk, 1 of the ladies asked if they could be of assistance,I replied yes I would like to get a haircut,her response is what prompted this review.... Do you have an APPOINTMENT, I responded no, she then said we are booked the rest of today,so Im led to believe that the advertising for walk ins applies only to walk ins with appointments.

I went in for a long hair cut needing shaped, thinned, trimmed, & layered. I wish i remembered her name but i dont. But she did an excellent job, very quickly, and very thorough. Then at check out they said it wasb $5 because it was a special that day. Now headed back up there with 3 little girls and will continue to go back.

Ridiculously good cut for $10. Melissa was fantastic-- very personable and gave me a great short womens cut (close sides and tussled top).

I was very unhappy with my visit today the girl was apparently very new was slow and nervous was always looking for the instructor and at that 2 of them and didnt cut it like i like it. not even using the same tecneck as my last visit
