My mother and I came in at noon and we were not helped until 1 pm! A lady next to me made an appointment for her daughter and her at 11:45 am and asked for a specific person and she was told there would be no issue until 45 minutes later she was still not helped! The reason she was not helped was because the lady she had requested decided not to show up to work and the poor lady was not notified of this until her daughter asked why she hadn’t been helped! I’m sorry but that’s not how you run a business! I will never come back here!

I have a great time at Relax Nail & Spa. Pearl (technician) was doing excellent with Green Tea Pedicure Package. She treated and worked details on my feet.The facility was cleaned and highly recommended .

I found time after a long and busy Saturday in the hot wind at baseball games all day to get my nails done. But then realized it was 6:10 and Relax Nails closes at 7! I was welcomed with a smile and was made to feel as if they werent rushing me or upset that they were almost closing. Everyone there is so sweet and kind! Love them all but Tee is my go to! She takes such good care of me! She is so careful with my feet during pedicures, Im diabetic and have neuropathy and she knows exactly where Im sensitive and how to trim back nails when needed. Clean, sanitary and safe! Love love love my Relax Nails!!!

Im not one to complain usually but the nail tech Emmy that started doing my nails did not know how to do the type of nails I like. She made me change colors because she couldnt use the one I pick. Even with second color she couldnt do it. I asked for another nail tech. That acted like I was wrong for wanting it done my way. Guy nail tech agrue with me. Told me I mad Emmy mad. I almost walked out. Customer is not right at this business.

Got my nails done 2 days ago and 2 of them are already broken

Pedicure was great. Nails selection small and the one who did mine ripped up one of my nails. Suggest getting Pedicure there but not your nails.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE! The guy owner was so disrespectful, rude, and appalling!! He was yelling at me while I politely in a quiet voice told him I do not appreciate him speaking to me that way then the owner proceeded to yell at me and start talking nonsense...truly such a horrible nail salon...and by all the other reviews, Im not the only one if so many are commenting how disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional they are. I will never ever go back!! Especially since the owner himself treated me unacceptable and especially talking to a women like that? Really? & that Im a paying customer for your business? Also I politely responded back as I believe there is no excuse to be rude to anyone, so for him to have treated me that way was so uncalled for!

Worst costumer service. Two Nails broke after a week went in to get them fixed and they were so rude about fixing them and charged me nearly full price to get them fixed. And when I told them I was told I wouldn’t be charged they were rude and began taking about me. I do NOT recommend going here I’ve been to better places were they take their time and care about the customer and their service.

I’ve been going to relax nails for the last couple years. Vee was my girl she did a great job. Then she left. I’ve been going to Van now I like her but I don’t know if there is a product change or what but my nails start lifting, splitting in the 1st week. I use to could go at least 3 weeks with the dip. I would love to continue going, but I want to get good quality for the money I pay.

This place is absolutely awful. I would not recommend going here because half of the stuff they say they can do, they attempting it not really know how to do it so then you have to sit there for 2 and a half hours while they try to fix it. They have awful customer service and employees just go to the back to play on phones while they have a customer. DO NOT GO HERE. They have false advertising and horrible management. Will never be going back here.

Nick did excellent job on my pedicure. He didnt hurt me and was able to understand what I wanted and properly execute! All this with my 9 year old son in tow as well. I always have a great experience here!

This is my go to spot. Aaron is my favorite employee there. Every employee is helpful and happy each time Ive gone in. I did have an appointment scheduled and was still waiting 30 minutes after it was scheduled, but it was on a Saturday and they were busy. Still my choice.

The tech I has was a little rude. Only spoke another language to another worker the entire time I was there, never acknowledged me. Was rough with the drill and hit my finger a time or 2. I went around 12 pm to get dipped nails removed and a new set. the next day I broke one putting a luggage bag in the car and the day after (day 2 of nails) I broke one putting a toy back together. Either poorly done or very very poor quality. Will not recommend or return when back in town. Since I dont live there I will now have to pay to have these removed and redone by a better salon.

I have come before and it’s been good but today was terrible. my technician I hope is new because she did not know what she was doing. first when she was removing my existing dip she was ripping them off with her fingers instead of drilling them down or soaking them. Second, she almost didn’t put tips on two of my fingers and wasn’t going to until I asked. After I asked she seemed to become annoyed that I wanted my nails to be the same (???) Third, I wanted to get firework design on my ring finger for 4th of july. I told her just red and blue maybe some silver if they had it, for the fireworks. SHE USED THOSE PLUS PINK AND GOLD. making them look nothing like I wanted. Fourth I got white dip and she sanded them down so much they all had parts that were see through. I don’t feel the need to ever come here again.

The staff members are incredibly rude. Asked me to pick a certain pedicure....half way into it I asked why I didn’t get my hot wax. His response was we are out. No heads up before hand or a substitution offered. Then proceed to argue with me that it was not a big deal. I’m sorry but I’m the paying customer here. Will just take my money elsewhere.

Ok, dont get me wrong, the quality of service here is USUALLY pretty consistent. I occasionally get a nail tech that I find to be sub par but you just have to find your preferred tech and stick with them. The reason I give a 3 is because if you come in without an appointment and there is a wait, they will quote you o just 10 minutes but you will be there for 30. Thats no oopsy miscalculation. Thats a big difference and a calculated business decision to make profits deceptively. I just find that to be an extremely unprofessional practice and if you are in a hurry, this could end up putting you in a bind. I understand that they are a business simply trying to capitalize but that is so disrespectful to people, and their time, and their schedules and thats just unacceptable in my book. 🤷‍♀️

A great place to have your nails done! They were all very nice. It was a little busy when I went & even though I didnt have an appointment I didnt have to wait long at all.

Man I used to love coming here it seemed like it was the only place that wouldn’t hurt my nails. Recently they’re quality has been going down and my nails have been getting hurt and they have gotten worse at customer service today I was waiting for thirty minutes until I got a seat for my pedicure after letting the guy know the water was too cold he turned it up slightly and then walked away. I had to make my fiancé ask someone to help make it hotter then I waited long enough to have the water turn cold before they started helping people that came after me while my feet were so raisined they HURT. The lady sitting next to me was horrible and rude and the tech asked me to continue waiting. I just left and I will NEVER be back again and I wouldn’t recommend for anyone else

My girlfriend went today and it was terrible, my girlfriend wanted to get her other nails off and get a new full set. The lady started cutting the nails off and ended up cutting my girlfriends natural nail, she didn’t soak them like you’re suppose to. After she saw what she did she started to blame it on my girlfriend, which she has beautiful natural nails. She didn’t do what she asked, my girlfriend was in so much pain her fingers were bleeding and the lady did what she wanted to do .

I love it there. Everyone is friendly and sweet, and they do a wonderful job!!!

Horrible experience, I went to take off my old nails to get a new set, and the lady was tugging and getting under them and basically tearing them off witch was a lot of pain she didn’t soak them like she was supposed to until I said that she was hurting me, there was something on her hand that was like a cut and it was open and not closed to where it was not showing she was getting mad at me because the way I was putting my hands to not touch her cut .
