I went in to get my hair done. A young lady said that I didnt want a particular style. I asked for a different stylist. The other stylist agreed with the first. While I was ready to pay over $200, they did only charge $30. So, Im offering two stars for saving me money. Im only doing two stars, because the stylists do not listen when they are told what kind of hair I want.

Randi is the only person I go to for lashes and facials! I been going to her for 4 years now. She’s the best and always does a great job!

Unimpressed with their spa services. Received a 60 minute European facial. The technician started to steam my face and then proceeded to leave the room without saying a word. Didn’t come back for 15 minutes. She even ended the appointment 5 minutes early. Very lazy and not at all worth the money. Would not recommend to anyone.

I have been getting my hair and nails done here for years. The staff is talented, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. Ironically, I was at the salon and witnessed the appointment that is being referred to in the review below. I can tell you with certainty, the customer was in the wrong and has unfairly posted that review. From her arriving late, to being on her phone the ENTIRE time she was there (yes, even in the chair) arguing with whom ever was on the other end of that call. Her stylist was doing her best to be accommodating and professional and educating her on the best way to get the results she was asking for. While still on the phone, she is the one that abruptly left. She was rude and disrespectful and a disruption to the other clients in the salon. I would call this a win for the salon to never have to deal with her again.

Very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I have been going to this salon for a couple years now. I have let a couple mistakes go unsaid but this is the last time. So, I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and told them I was wanting to go dark brown to a warm/medium brown..keep in mind they followed up with me the day before my appointment, again stating that I’m going dark to light. I drove 30 minutes to get there and I’m told they don’t have enough time to do my hair since I’m wanting to go lighter hair. Overall, Terrible communication and customer service.

Beware when buying gift cards. They advertise freebies when doing so. $100 gets you an extra $25 card, $200 gets an extra $50 card. But this does not apply to specific services, only cash value. Even if the services total the same. Example I bought my wife a day of beauty totaling $200, no freebie gift card because I chose a service. Just kind of disappointing and misleading

Absolutely amazing! I love Becky and have finally found my new hair stylist here in Iowa. One of the hardest parts about moving from Southern California isnt the blistering cold winter, but finding a great stylist.I have to start with the fact that I have springy ringlets, but kind of fine hair. Its very unique and hard to find people who know how to fix it. Needless to say I have some serious trust issues with my hair. Normally when I leave a salon I want to cry. If my hair is not dry cut it almost always comes out uneven and the next day is a disaster. I went to Becky to get a color knowing I also wanted to a cut and straightening treatment. She went over the options with me and we decided to do the coldwave treatment first. I was going to do the heat wave treatment, but she said we should try the cold wave and see how it goes. It worked beautifully. My hair is so soft, it still has some waves and curl to it but cut my style time drastically. Becky also did a quick trim on my hair as well. It not only looks great, but it feels amazing. Becky is friendly and so sweet. I will definitely be going back to her. Already booked my next appointment. She really works hard to have you feeling spectacular when you are leaving the salon.

Workers are rude!! Way over priced, charged me $80 for two strands of blonde in my hair and went to another salon and they charged me $40.

Ive followed these stylists from their old location to here and would do so again in a heartbeat! They are worth the drive! Terri runs a great group of girls who are friendly, funny, helpful, and knowledgeable. I got my hair and makeup done here for my wedding as well and had never felt more beautiful thanks to Becky and Randi. Thanks to the whole staff for setting high standards of care and style for salons all over!

I found it by salons with the highest ratings. They definitely held up to their stars. It was a family atmosphere and they knew what they were doing. I had a vision and it was exactly what I wanted. Price was decent too. I would recommend this place to anyone! This is where im going to stay from now on

Jessie there is amazing. True barber skills for men’s haircuts. Most stylists don’t do well with fades and simply blend. She is able to do a true fade. She has been cutting my hair for a while now. Shop is very clean and I’ve never experienced any delay there despite it being very busy at times. Highly recommend.

The owner Kirk really cares about the customers and their satisfaction.He will always accommodate you in every way he can. I will recommend this salon to others.

On the occasion that I can afford to treat myself for a massage, I have stopped here a couple of times. All of the staff is very friendly, personable, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The massage therapists do an amazing job in loosening my muscles, and I have the tingles from all the muscles coming back to life for like an hour afterwords.

Signatures is Awesome! All the stylists are well trained, cant go wrong with any stylists you get. If your looking for some high quality pampering Signatures is the place you want to be...

My 2 daughters and I have been going to Becky for just about 3 years now. She is simply amazing! She knows how I want my hair beforeI sit in the chair! We have not left the salon with a haircut we didn’t absolutely love. I can not vouch for the other girls, but highly recommend Becky!

Had a wonderful facial and massage with my mom for a girls day. Facial was very on depth with a full neck and shoulder massage with hot towels.

So I’m 51 and male. I chose this Salon because it’s nice and new. I used to go down the street to the Barbershop. But I need a place that is by appointment and Signatures have staff that typically call to remind you of your appointment. The quality of the cut was very good. The atmosphere is very helpful, I didn’t have any problems there at all. Until my Monday had gone by or at least I thought it did. The call that I had relied on didn’t happen. I called and rescheduled another time and I thought everything was fine. I was a few minutes early and I saw my stylist. So I figured no problem, she’s finishing up with someone. It was then that new associate introduced herself to me and I was to go with her to get my hair cut. MAN did I feel stupid! Like what did I do ?I thought the stylist that was cutting my hair for the last 6 months enjoyed our conversation. I guess not!So Thursday came and I received my follow up call for my hair appointment with the new gal. But it just feels awkward,...so I canceled. To be honest I’m not going back either. I haven’t felt this rejected since high school. Hopefully you have better luck than me.

The staff was nice I had the lash lift & tint my bottom lashes look like very little color took. my left eye has more color on bottom than the right. I probably won’t spend 100 doing this again. Disappointed but lesson learned!

After the week I had I needed a massage today I had been looking forward to it since a much larger corporation gave me THE WORST customer service Id ever experienced (sleep number) I was told the therapist was stuck in traffic and I would need to reschedule. I thought here we go, this is just the icing on this cake of the week the owner himself approached me and said I feel terrible about this and gave me a complimentary facial I was reluctant. I didnt come here for a facial. Needless to say, Im glad he talked me into staying. It was AUH-MAZING. The customer service was above and beyond. They rescheduled my massage and even offered to comp that. 100% unnecessary and I will try to insist on paying. Thank you all for turning my mood around. You could clearly see I was struggling and very stressed and I cant even tell you how much it meant to me that you took the time to CARE!
