We had a fairly good shopping experience, an employee was very helpful in trying to locate the product we were looking for but unfortunately they were out of stock.

Even with discounts and coupons, most items in store arent competitively priced. Original idea of a wholesale store was discount through bulk purchases. These days its you buy more quantity for more money and no real value.

Allentown BJ’s propane refilling station has been down for several months with no end in site. Luckily I discovered Tractor Supply’s propane refilling station. Even better prices.

I like this store however today I purchased a Baked apple pie from your bakery. I took it home and served my guests and the pie was completely raw at the bottom. (Raw dough) Might be a good idea to take these off the shelf asap. Your bakery should pay more attention to stuff like this before someone gets sick.

Best selection of big box stores and takes coupons while offering you mfg discounts. Store can look run down but the people that work there try hard.

I usually have a good experience since being a member for over 3 years. What I am experiencing now is inexcusable. my husband went into the store on Airport Road a few months ago and purchased to Rubbermaid Take Along. Because we are both very busy people. I work mornings and he works overnight, I just got around to opening it. There were 2 out of 3 of the twist & seal 473 lids and none of the 2 cup lids. I almost let it go even though they were showing on the container until I decided to count the pieces. There were 54 out of the 60 advertised on the container. I bought these to replace the containers that I already had. Im not mad. I just want to know how we correct this in a timely manner?

They never answer their phones. Any extension. It just rings and rings.

I called yesterday to ask about tires and was told he would call me back. He never called. Since I had to be in Allentown this morning we stopped to try to get tires. Someone sounding like the same guy from last night said they cant replace the tires because of my aftermarket rims.The reason given was the warranty would not cover the tires.The only good thing was gas at $2.70 per gallon.

If i could give a zero star i would. This place is very unprofessional. They tried to accuse me of stealing a $3 bag of popcorn. The system was having issues and was not letting us scan the popcorn. They called 2 other employees and held up the line. They insinuated that i was trying to take the popcorn. I shouldnt had went through this embarrassment for something i didnt do. I never steal and never will. Ive been humiliated and embarrassed. Alot of people looking at me. The employees attitude was also rude and nasty. Its not worth going back. My membership is supposed to renew next weekend. I will cancel and go to sams club instead. This place is unprofessional and they are disrespectful to customers.

The phone rang for a 35 minutes and no body answer my call.

First experience was absolutely appalling. Today was my families first time shopping here. We got to the cashier with our carts. We have a family of 7 at times. We picked out 2 steaks,2 hamburger, and roast beef. We were told we could only have 2 thats it. We told them it was our only chance to shop . Bec my husbands a truck driver. We were told no. I was so upset. Bec my husband is part of the wor.ld everyone needs like all these other truck driver s. Ihave ms and get infusions which weaken my immune system. It doesnt matter. I just want to take the time to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so selfish.

The store is smaller than most BJ’s stores I’ve visited but they carry most essential items. The store is clean and organized. They didn’t check ID at the door but I believe they checked our receipt on the way out. Recently, we went to buy some diapers and got the wrong type. We threw out the box before we knew they were the wrong diapers. The next day we went to the store to exchange the diapers. We brought the diapers and the receipt without the box. The cashier insisted that we find the box or we could not make the exchange. My husband had to drive back to NJ (30 mins one way) to get a box out of the common garbage at our complex to do the exchange. This was ridiculous, inconsiderate and unwarranted. Thankfully, another professional cashier noticed a sale on the diapers we needed but weren’t in stock. She credited us $10 for our trouble.

A great place to buy bulk goods, meats, clothing and much much more!

Very few real deals at this store. Sometimes they have decent coupons in the store newsletter. The people who work there barely want to do their jobs and would rather pal around with each other. The store is consistently in a minor state of disarray that doesnt make it feel welcoming. Luckily, I only took up the free trial membership. I will not become a full member. I will wait to see what CostCo brings to the table.

Ive never in my life felt the need to complain about a place before because I understand how much it sucks working anywhere that directly deals with customers. But the number one rule for employees in customer service is to be pleasant with customers. Every employee there couldnt have looked more miserable, the product are low-quality - definitely not worth the membership fee at all.Never again.

Clean, well stocked, laid out nicely. Courteous staff, short check out lines. Easy access and plenty of parking. Has a deli and bakery as well as prepackaged items.

Very disappointed with their customer service. There were signs in the meats are that are miss leading customers but they did not care and made me put back meats. Very disappointed. Been going there for a long time and they let this COVID ruin my experience there.

I love going to BJS. They have the best prices and take coupons. You can use a manufacturer coupon with one of theirs. Totally cool.

It is unfortunate that the people in charge (managers) are not qualified to do their job as they should, meanwhile all the work falls on the other employees. Worst place to work at, as far as Ive heard, and I know it from someone who works there. They dont care enough to give good customer service, and food is not fresh, or even good quality. You are wasting your time if you think youre saving up some money here. Go to Costco or SAMs club.

Tire shop is awful. Dont get tires from here. They took almost 4 weeks to get tires promised a discount from mgr. Didnt get it. Go to Costco or pep boys,anywhere but here.they have tires in stock cheaper.

Worst place ever! i know it was a Saturday but come on. took forver to cash out made a mistake with my payment went to customer service stood in line for 24 min then was told they had to cancel my WHOLE $500 ORDER and rescan everything wth! get with the times very frustrating and they didnt seem to care very understaffed went to leave after 47min and then there was a line to get out ugh thank God my 3 year old toddler was oblivious thanks d&d for the munchkin might not come back

I shop here at least once a week! This is been going on for about 3 years - I have three children and they have awesome prices! I have made large purchases in addition to my weekly grocery shopping. I save a tons of money by buying their brands- Wellsley farms and Berkley Jensen. Ive had no quality difference whether I purchase big-name brands or theirs. And a lot of times the Wellesley Farms food is amazing! Its definitely a great spot to shop when you have a large family... my only complaint would be the bathroom lol its always stinky and dirty feeling

I have always been a Bjs member but this place is horrible with customer service. I have been a member in NYC and Florida. My husband was at the Deli counter and both ladies were being rude to him. I was like no thats not acceptable. I went to the store manager and complained. My husband did not serve this country to be treated like that!! If this happens again I will switch to Sams or Costco.

What you would expect from warehouse shopping. Prices are reasonable. They were restocking shelves however, mid afternoon which made some aisles difficult to access. The cashier was a bit moody. All and all just OK

Love this location. Super crowded most weekends so avoid it if you can. Otherwise, never had any issues. When its insanely busy it might take awhile for a person to come help at checkout, but thats to be expected.

Went there with my fiancé to get a Tv for his 75 year old father only to be told they don’t have someone to get down the tv. It was 3:20 pm and we were told all the forklift drivers left at 3:00. Why would they leave the shelf empty?? Its sad that we pay for a membership and now we are going to Bestbuy to get the same Tv. Oh and they do price match. Time to cancel the Bjs membership!!! Horrible service!!! Thank you Bestbuy for the great service and price match!!!

AVOID and take your money elsewhere. This place is run horribly. The managers are inept. The ones you should avoid are the general managers, receiving manager and the m.a.r.m, (membership manager)They all have different titles but do the same job...PASSING THE BUCK.I have witnessed then being rude to staff members to the point of tears, and also customers. They do the bare minimum and expect others to pick up the slack.The inside scoop is that they raise the price of the merchandise just before they issue a coupon for it in their bible THE JOURNAL or monthly books. NO one has to pay for a membership here, they will incessantly give out trial after trial. So if you think you should pay $50.00 to shop there, forget it. And, trial members can get the coupons also, they do not track any of it and will give customers a book because they are so afraid to lose them to SAMS CLUB across the street.STAY AWAY, people will return food and they will put it back on the shelf for sale even when its supposed to be damaged out. Also, dont be so hard on the associates if they seem down or unfriendly, they are treated like crap and there is no moral in these establishments. Its too many cooks in the kitchen.STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE, AND THE MONRO MUFFLER ATTACHED, THEY LIE.!

This place is dirty and old. The people who come here come in their pajamas. How does this place even stay in business? So much trash in the parking lot too.

Beware!!ALERT FAKE SIGNS AT BJ WHOLESALE when shopping here they have signs posted to confuse the customers. I wish I could post the picture the larger items are near the smaller items to make you think the item is cheaper isnt theyre a law against this also when Walmart was doing they got fined. This store houses some of the worst employees. They are all extremely lazy, unprofessional and have a nasty attitude. Workers like this are the main reason for online shopping taking over instore retail shopping.

Easton deserve a BJs

I ordered appliances on line, range, refrigerator, and microwave. The delivery company called and said they only do deliveries on Wednesdays in my area. I drove 2 hours to the house I was having the delivery made at and the day of the delivery they decide to cancel due to bad weather and never notified me. Then told me they wouldnt deliver till Friday and BJs told me they have no control over their delivery company, that is BS, when they start losing customers they will care.

The store is clean, the aisles are accessible, and most items are well stocked.

Can buy in bulk and spend less time going to stores.

Don’t buy a TV from BJ’s less you keep the huge box because they will not return it or exchange it if it is defective and it does not say that on the receipt or anywhere else until you go to return it and they deny you a return or exchange and you have 90 days to return it and I only had my TV for little over 30 days very pissed off!!!!
