This is a good place they really are quick to unload once in a door but keep in mind call to confirm appt time your load info may be different than theres onvp on the side of the road going in is ok I was told

7 hours to unload product they ordered and lumper fees to the tune of $330.00I will never go back there again. Also no parking to reset your hours before or after delivery.

They moved their customer pick up area to another location on site and I feel it was much easier to pick up the order.I love going here! Oh...and the guard at the gate is very friendly and nice, which is so rare! Id give him 10 thumbs up...if I had 10 thumbs...lol 😆 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Terrible company with even worse reps. The arrogance of the management and reps is unbelievable. The reps actually step on each other’s feet to get customers. It is truly amazing when I look back over the years and think about what US employees said to us at our business. Not to mention, their bait and switch routine that we dealt with for years. Give us a price, then don’t honor it. Ugh so glad to be done with such a miserable company.

Worst place Ive delivered to in quite sometime only one pallet and it took them hours to count paid capstone 3 hrs ago and still waiting on paperwork

Time to unload is a 5 star. NO PARKING AROUND WAREHOUSE WHATSOEVER. do not come in early before 4am. DO NOT. you can try parking by the mall or shopping plaza Ross.

Easy in and out. Lumper service is completely electronic. This is a good thing if you have a Smartphone.

Nice place you can check in at 4:30 am, my up was 8 am I checking in 5 am unloading time 30 min,easy in and out.

People are nice here. I delivered on the back side of the building. Got here an hour before my appointment (5:00am). It was cramped. Got here at 5am, it’s now 8:18am. I only had one pallet.

For the truckers. Absolutely no overnight parking. Before entering the facility, park on the street leading to the facility and walk to the guard shack with paperwork and license. Once the guard instructs you to proceed (only one truck enters at a time) go to designated dock. Pop the seal, open doors, backup. Take the broken seal and paperwork to the check in office. Once you acquire paperwork, head to the lumper desk. Capstone will give you a lumper fee. Once you are unloaded, Capstone will knock on your truck and let you know when the paperwork is ready to be picked up. The guard was friendly but seemed very specific. Check in was quick. Check out took almost 40 minutes. There were about 8 people waiting to check out. The premises are clean and spacious. 2.5 hours to unload less than 3/4s of truck.

Not a bad place. Full truck load, unloaded in 3.5 hours. People were friendly and professional. There is overnight parking at the BJs. I arrived after midnight and there were numerous trucks parked there already. I cant advise when it would be ok to park before midnight.
