Cheap membership and good prices. If you are a busy parent you can even get a quick bite to eat on your way out. Really worth it.

It is always a great experience here, though sometimes they dont have what I need but I believe theres a challenge with importing things in general everywhere.

This Sams Club is well organized and clean. The associates ( at least the ones I interacted with) were friendly and helpful. I liked that the associates were all wearing masks. Always a great selection of merchandise. Ibalwaus leave with more than I had on my list.

First time ever ordering food online. Its great & so convenient. The problem is I ordered 6 lbs of bacon. When I got home 1 pkg was brown, spoiled, & expired!! So needless to say my pups had a great meal!! I definitely will not shop for food online, unless of course its cereal, non pershiable, etc. You must check meats, etc before you leave. I was trusting & checked to late. I feel safer getting my own food, so no more online food shopping for me!! First & last time!!!

Sam keeps a decent inventory. Clean store with decent selection. Its almost always busy in the afternoon.

Update: Love to shop here. Cleaner environment and they also have the oxtail. Which was hard for me to find when I first arrived here from Florida.

This club is 3 stars,they dont have alot of variety like other clubs ive shopped at.

It is a great place to build up stock for your personal residence and a quick pick up for your business.

Optical department is a nightmare. Ordered 2 pair of glasses, after a waiting a month I called and found out the frames were on back order. No one called and said anything. I could have waited forever. And if you call them on the phone.... dont expect them to pick the phone up. Two people working there are overwhelmed and everything seems disorganized. I recommend going somewhere else for glasses unless you like chaos.

Went in today to exchange something that was given to my son as a gift Was that a challenge.So young lady at CS was really nice I explained to her that I don’t have a membership since it was a gift she needed authorization from her manager.Here is where it starts. Gale the manager I believe was her name came and said she couldn’t exchange it because I wasn’t a member. Which I explained it was a gift I didn’t want the money I just an even exchange. She refused to do but was ok with given me the money back.I then explained again I would like just to get the bigger size and go on my way. She said no they would give me a gift card. But for what if I can’t use it since I’m not a member. Then I explained her way to fix it. Which she said just give him the money.Which still makes no sense cause she could just have let me exchange the item.

This shop has been my first official, Im usually a BJs member but wanted to try somewhere different. It wasnt a bad experience but I love my Bjs prices and shop better. Sams is more expensive and they didnt have everything I usually buy in bulk

I didnt get anything because they had large packs of items I was interested but not in the flavors I wanted. I went to Redners and got what I really wanted.

If there’s 0 star, I’ll give them 0 star. I purchased membership online from the Groupon. I received a confirmation email from both Groupon and Sams. However at the time I picked up my card. It spent me half hour to check the security issues. And at the end I was told I had to wait for the refund and purchase again in store. Come on!!! Remember, THERE’S NOTHING WRONG WITH CUSTOMER!

They need to take classes from Wendys or Chick-fil-A regarding line management. They should have one line with the person at the front of the line going to the next available register. They had 3 registers open, all with long lines and people trying to jump line- to- line depending on which they perceived was moving faster.

Lots of products changing. Vitamins, link sausage, beggin strips, feta cheese. Very disappointed. Employee are not customer freindly. Went back to Easton Store. Nicer people but still many changed items and location of items

Better to buy bulk now before the restricted weather arrives.Great deal on bulk. You will save in the long run even if you are one person, two family member, three family members. Its worth it. Take a walk and see the GREAT SAMS DEALS.

Not too busy at this time, lots of shelf restocking going on so I got almost everything I came for. The best part is checking out as I signed up for scan an go, just scan its as you place them in the cart, so as I walk by the line of people waiting for a register I just slide my finger over check out and I am out of here. I will top off my ⛽ as I save about $12.00 monthly .

I usually shop at the easton store, which is good, but when im in the mood i come to this one. it is fantastic. employees are so helpful and nice. they stock more items and i can always get what i want when i go. i like sams. someone talked me into getting a costco membership in addition to my sams. i hated it. i cancelled that right away and am happy staying here at sams. i dont get curbside pickup at any store. i order and pick up inside. ive never had a problem at either store. i figure if im so lazy i cant walk inside the store i should be at the gym, not sams. these workers try as hard as they can. i applaud them. i see the way some customers treat them. they respond better than i would. the way i figure it im priviledged to have these workers, they dont owe me anything. they work hard. anytime ive had to deal with a manger in either store they have been excellent. i treat them with respect and they certainly return it. theyve gone out of their way to help me. be nice to them. you might be surprised how they act in return. im a sams member for life.

I would give them more stars but they recently changed the entire layout of the store and there is nothing that tells you where anything is. At the begining of Covid they moved the customer service desk and it makes no sense. Finally, they cannot decide if Sunday from 8-10 AM is for Plus Members or for First Responders/Medical Personal. They forget about the rest of the essential employees out there.

Good shopping experience. I got everything on my shopping list except for one thing. It wasnt packed with people. The checkout lines were not long, I only waited about 5 minutes in line. Waited about 7 minutes in the line to show the receipt.

I enjoy the scan and go app. No more lines for me.

There should be have more Human Employees Checking people out. The waiting for check out is too long even with the self-serve check out kiosks. And if you do use a self serve kiosk you stillHave to go through a screener at the doorBefore you can get out out the place.

Havent had to stand in line... Thank goodness. Later in the afternoon seems to be a good time to go. In and out. Well stocked for the most part. I find the prices to be reasonable for the most part. When you have a larger family as I do it pays to buy in bulk.

They have some products cheaper than other stores sometimes. The gas prices are excellent 👌

I use their pharmacy for great prices! Service is awesome at the pharmacy, too!! I also enjoy the food and book section. I also like their jeans!!

I ordered online pick up orders several times due to covid and having a newborn. I now have experienced on 3 separate occasions waiting for my pick up order for 15-30 min when no one else is even waiting for an order. I had to wait for one person then to finally come out only after they got 3 other people’s orders who were waiting after I was the first car there.In the amount of time waiting for my order I could of personally went into the store and did my own shopping. That process would of been faster but since I have a newborn and don’t wish to expose him during a pandemic I have no choice. My order took so long yesterday that I had to leave without my order. This is terrible costumer service especially when you are paying for a membership. This participial site has been really run down over the past few months and the costumer service lacking! It’s become overrun and isn’t nearly as clean as it use to be. I find this upsetting due to being so close to my house however, I’m at the point of switching to Costco where they value their costumers and it’s not trashy.

Big corporation taking advantage of the little guy. Paid with cash and they owed me change but shorted me claiming a change shortage. How is that my fault? If you dont have pennies then give me a nickel. Dont have a nickel then give me a dime. Dont have a dime then give me a quarter. Round down and absorb the difference. 1,000s of stores, 1,000s of customers everyday and cheating pennies eventually adds up to big money for them. If you think this is petty, this is how it starts. Fight now or lose it forever.

This place has many bulky items for a cheap price. My parents buy sodas from this place because we own a restaurant.

I was just in the Allentown Rd Sam’s club and its a busy days because it weekends, while I’m checking in self check out, I’ll find out that I need to renew my card and it was expired Aug 18 of this month, so I called help if it can do something, so the associate helps me and said it can’t proceed the transaction in that register because of my card situation so she told us that we can go check out on the regular register and can finished our transaction, because it’s busy so I have to all the to go all the way to the end of of the line so I can checkout to a different register, I wasn’t thinking renewing it right away because my husband is the primary card holder and I want him to do that, I’m trying to call him but his busy, when we’re about to checkout the other associate told me that I can’t purchased my item because my renewal is expired, just to be consolation we’re been a Sam’s club member for 25 yrs just a 4 days that I expired our card won’t let us go through and pay our stuff for the day till my husband straight it up, which I call him after and he said he never knew that and never receive letter or email for our annual renewal. Its just embarrassing the situation especially we re not a delinquent customer that doesn’t pay our bills which they can help me out for that day.

Sams Club trip. Gas still under$2/gal.Had to buy a whole case of quarter lb burgers. 40 total. Our usual members mark brand. All in all got some really great buys.Love this place

This was my first visit to Sams club. Theres a large selection of everything from diamonds to motor oil. ( I bought some diamond studs) It was very busy but there were a lot of self checkout aisles open. Great place if you buy in bulk.

When you can just check out using your phone while on the Sams Club App is a true blessing. Store super organized.

I went today and no body check for membership. No body was cleaning or sanitizing the shoping cars. The girl in the entrance was busy talking with the security girl. I ask if the cars was clean and the security girl say yes,when i check,you can see the hands prints in the handler. And the shopping car was full of trash,that mean no body was cleaning the cars. The management need to pay more attention to this matter.

Needed a battery and the assistant was very friendly and helpful, installed new battery for around $100 and I was on my way in about 30 minutes.

Even late Sunday the was clean and well stocked.

Not a bad experience, but they moved everything around and things area hard to find.

Not very happy with a portion of my customer service at Sams. The service desk was helpful. But the gentleman at the door was of no assistance at all. I was told he would page someone outside in the lot help me. All he did was say they were outside I would have to find them. And motioned me out like you would dismiss a child. I looked outside for a few minutes and saw 1 person outside getting carts and helping someone. I went back inside to CS I told them what happened, they paged someone. He came right away. Turns out he was the only person working the parking lot. He was very helpful and courteous. This is not the first time I have experienced poor customer service at Sams. The bakery and the floor needs a bit of additional CS training.

The best thing Sams club got correct is their APP specifically the scan and go option which makes shopping more convenient and hassle free. If you have a membership GET THE APP!
