Went here back in August 2021 for a wedding nail trial (regular pedicure, gel manicure). I dont get my nails done regularly, but I had been here in the past (years ago).The good: they fitted me in as a walk-in without an appointment. Clean environment. Prices arent terrible.The bad: Chairs were ripping and the material left little black flecks on my skin and clothes from sitting in it. The communication was extremely poor. I could not get them on the same page as me for what I wanted, and I even brought pictures for refrences. They either didnt understand or ignored my requests. They messed up a nail and did not try to fix it or discount me. Asked for gel manicure and all they did was paint without the extra lotion/soaking/massage stuff. They applied the wrong color after me trying to corrected them multiple times. And they caused 2 cuts on my hands that kept reopening and bleeding around the nail.The filing they do for the gel to stay better was too sever bc after I removed the gel polish a few weeks later, my nails were braking/chipping like crazy. I just wanted to pay and get out of there by the end bc I was so frustrated. 😪Overall, I was very disappointed, and will not be returning here in the future.

I had an amazing experience at Coco Nails. I stopped in one day bc I wanted to treat myself. I got a full set and a pedicure. Both of my artists were nice and professional. The whole experience was relaxing and my nails lasted so long! Will definitely be going back. Prices are really affordable as well.

I’ve been a customer for over 6 months. No matter if you make an appointment they are always late to begin doing your nails. Had an appointment today at 4pm (one I had made in advance) and by 4:30 I was still sitting there waiting so I walked out. Had enough, won’t be going back 😕

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! MY ACYRLICS LASTED ONLY 1 WEEK AND THERE WERE CRACKS BY THE THIRD DAY. THE MATERIALS ARE SOO CHEAP AND THEY CHARGE SOO MUCH I PAID $40 FOR A WEEKS WORTH OF HIDEOUS NAILS. DO NOT GO HERE

Me and my friend went here to get manicures and had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and our nails look beautiful! I have horrible cuticles and they did an amazing job cleaning them up!

I thought this was a great honest legit businesses.ive been going there faithful at least 6 months.. I was always beyond pleased.. however today one of their employees thought it was hilarious to disrespect me.she not only overcharged me after clearly telling me another price than originally told to me, she laughed in my face as Im talking to her... I will find another salon that respects and appreciate their customer

Clean. Friendly, but quiet staff. Only offer a basic pedicure, but for $28 dollars its a good price. Paid close attention to detail and gave a wonderful foot massage.

Great service! Ive gone on my lunch twice now and Im so pleased with them! The first time I got a toe gel polish change and I was in and out in 45 mins. Today I got a full set acrylic with gel overlay and I was in and out in an hour. Job well done!

She did a nice job polishing my nails and filing them but for a manicure I would expect a hot towel and maybe some hand lotion and perhaps a hand massage at the end.

If I could give it 0 I would went there because I liked something from their Facebook page come to find out they dont have the color from what they posted from their page.

This was the worst eyebrow waxing Ive ever had. I asked 3 times very clearly I wanted my eyebrows just cleaned up not shaped or made smaller just CLEANED. She seemed to understand and she had nice thick brows so I trusted her. She then proceeded to slather wax all over my brows. I could feel her plucking and plucking in my brows. Mind you I asked to see after the first brow and my god I could have cried they are pencil thin...I had to have her do the other one because I had to even them out now....I told her to stop plucking and she still did then I just got up and she tried to have me cut them with scissors I said no paid the 10 bucks and walked out. Worst brows ever. DO NOT EVER WAX BROWS HERE!!

This was my first time there today and i really like how my nails came out i forgot the name of the lady that did them but she is really nice and i will b back soon so she can do them again.....nice and clean place

I had a gel manicure done. She really did a nice job and paid attention to everything! My polish lasted 3 weeks!

DO NOT GO HERE!! This was the worst gel main and regular pedi I have ever had! The pedicure was rushed. The woman scrubbed just to scrub and get it over with rather than checking to make sure the dry skin was being removed. When it came time to paint my toe nails, she wiped off my toenails with a dry towel. She did not used alcohol to ensure that the oils were removed from the surface of the nails. With the manicure, she moved onto to trying to cut the dry skin from around my nails without soaking my hands. I asked her twice why she was not soaking them, only to be ignored. I asked the 3rd time to which she got up got the water, and muttered something I could not understand. She looked annoyed. Why be annoyed to do a service you are being paid to do?! Why be annoyed that Im holding you to do a good job and do what you are supposed to do?! Im paying for a mani, not a color change! AND I was one of 2 people there!

Just not up to Par. The pedicure was lack luster. Didnf file nor push back the cuticle
