Love how she did my eyebrows, thanks

I love this place! Mani pedi eyebrows every time Im in town. Very personable and so sweet. Prices are phenomenal and her work is awesome. Even on short, soft, natural nails like mine. The atmosphere is relaxing. I dont know how she does it but my eyebrows always look amazing!

The ladies are so so friendly. The woman who did my wifes pedicure, full set and eyebrows was super nice. I usually take my wife here for her eyebrows only because she doesnt do her nails often but this time they were running a special. A full set and pedicure for $45. Honestly we shouldnt have went through with with full set..the nail polish is mostly from dollar store and is YEARS old. Should have been thrown out a long time ago. And the place..well...it needs to be cleaned. It is a very dirty place with visible dust and dirt on nail polish and around the shop. If it had a really good scrub from top to bottom and some nail polish that wasnt cheap and old I believe this place would be top notch.

I would never spend my money at this place again. I went in for a acrylic nails with a coffin shape. When the tips were glued on to my nails I did not like that the nail tech rushed and did not properly line up the nails with my own finger nails. I asked if it will be noticeable after my nails were done and she assured me multiple times it would not. After my nails were done that was not the case . To try to correct her mess up she my acrylics very thick and had to overly apply the acrylic to fill in for the places where the glued on nail was missing. This resulted in my nails being thicker and lumpy on some sides. It also gives the appearance that my nails are crooked . I complained multiple times and after awhile finally gave up. Even though she did a horrible job and rushed, her attitude remained very respectful and neutral. She remained friendly and continued to try to engage and speak with me to show she was professional. I do commend her for her positive attitude, even when my attitude did not remain calm.

I went in on a Friday due to the place I go to being packed, this place...no people, that should have warned me from the beginning. The women who greeted me were polite in a small outdated shop, but I didn’t want to be rude so figured how bad Could it be ? It was bad lol. As the younger woman did my nails the older woman did my toes, I was delighted! No wait and twice as fast service, but boy was I wrong. When it came to choosing a color, ( I came in for a gel pedicure and refill on my nails) the selection was so limited I just settled w the closest thing I could find to my preference of a maroon, but whatever, I didn’t mind. My pedicure was done and it was time to finish my hands, I was happy with my pedicure, Why I am giving this review one star. The younger woman then finished my nails rushing because multiple ladies came in to do their eyebrows. When my “coffin” nails where done, they looked like almonds, and crooked ones at that! I asked her to please fix the two I knew I couldn’t deal with and then figured whatever don’t be upset w a small business who is probably just getting started. It’s time to pay my bill my gel pedicure was 50$ lol and my gel refill came out to 40$? I usually go to a bigger more modern location and for a deluxe pedicure, hot towels and rocks, it’s 45, this pedicure was not deluxe, but whatever I paid $100 for this, I tipped the pedicure woman $10, then waited to ask the woman who did my nails to fix them. She was busy with eyebrow ladies so i left, I presumed to call and let her know about how unhappy I was, her exact response was well it’s the best she could do, if I didn’t like it, don’t come back. I asked to speak to a manager whom I now believe doesn’t exist as it’s been a month and every time I call she is still on vacation. I called the better business bureau as I went back to the location and completely forgot to file the paperwork til today, which is why I’m writing this review. The older woman who did my pedicure and did an actual good job doesn’t even have a license, as I asked for it the younger woman yelled at me that she didn’t have to show me anything and if I hated my nails she would have fixed them that day, I told her I called from the car and her response. Now in the store she proceeded to yell the same thing. I told her it’s not her lack of skill but her terrible customer service as to why her salon is empty every day and has a one star on yelp, she said oh well I don’t care don’t come back. I think it’s a shame I was giving her the opportunity to fix her mistakes and she didn’t acknowledge them because I had already paid. Buyer beware, for $90 I expect an amazing pedicure as well as nails w designs, or at least the color I want. She also said she couldn’t do the design I wanted that day. What’s also frustrating is the blatant lie posted outside of their shop stating 45 for a pedicure and refil, grant it I know I’d pay extra for gel but $45 extra? No. When I asked her about pricing she said it was additional also because my finger nails were long, which they’re not too long. Terrible terrible experience.

Wow, I should have really read the reviews on this place, the woman who did my toes def does not have a license, the woman who did my hand nails, I believe is the owner, because she told me her manager is not “in” completely ruined my nails. I asked for a coffin shape and left with idk what, they are overpriced and also the place looks dirty. BUYER BEWARE!

The way they do eyebrows is phenomenal. Only place I go to and trust with my eyebrows. I get compliments at work all the time on my eyebrows lol

Eyebrows the owner who always does them does a great job. Dont like that much how they do nails. Also all of there nail polish are super old and dont paint properly because they should be thrown away. This makes it hard to pick a color.

Very disappointed. I did a walk-in and asked for my acrylics to be removed. They said $10 and after basically ripping off my nails without soaking them at all, they charged me $15 and some kind of $2 fee. I will never go back.

Worst place ever. The women who started my nails had to be like 100. Her hands were shaking the whole time. My nails came out crooked and they all were different lengths and loose. I got them done on Saturday and by Wednesday they were already falling off

The do amazing with eyebrows. They never mess up!

Me and my daughter were there for three hours I got 2full sets and pedicure the older lady washed my feet and filed my nails also cut my daughters nails crocked I don’t recommend this place at all

I just got ma nails done on thursday do u see how they look just go rite to da back round of there info they are horrible and when dis snow go by Ill will be coming for ma money n they only got a star so I can leave a comment but they get no stars

I used to go get pedicures all the time then the last time I went a week past and my feet started to itch and two weeks past and it just kept getting worse and worse until this day my feet is still so messed up they got me on antibiotics they need to clean and disinfect everything and use nail files for each different person just watch out if anybody has gotten any athletes foot in this place reply please.
