All of my nails came out different sizes. They are really thick. I am not satisfied. Definitely not worth $70.

We called ahead of time and made an Appointment but somehow we didnt make an appointment and got attutide about it. They were able to squeeze us in and it was a rush job and it cost over $50 for a fill and a polish gel change. Giving it three stars bcuz they were able to get us in.

It was very rushed, i went with my three sisters to get pedicures and myself and one of my sisters were done in 15 mins, the one lady didn’t wear gloves when she did my sister’s pedicure, and her nails were uneven and she didn’t file them correctly and one of my other sister’s lady gave her a hard time doing what she wanted with her color. It honestly was a bad pedicure …I definitely won’t come back or recommend it.

Always do a nice job. Sometimes wait a little long but really seem to care about customers.

I have been going here for over 2 years now and I will say I have never walked our disappointed. I dont ever do anything crazy other than a gel manicure because these are my nails but I love how they always are food with color matching gel with regular nail polish. They are very clean, everything is perfectly sanitized (Ive watched how they clean after every client and also again as they are closing). The ladies Ive worked with are Kelly, Cassidy, Christie, Lyn, and Jennifer and not one will disappoint you!

Only place in ALL of Allentown that offers powder dip nails! Just moved to the area from Florida where powder dip is pretty popular, and I had to call SEVEN nail salons in Allentown before I found one that did the powder! And, I had a fantastic experience at Alexia’s! Staff were all so friendly and seem to know every customer by first name, they give shoulder massages as an added bonus when you get a manicure, and they did a great job on my nails! I will definitely be back!

Best family-owned business in town! I have been a loyal customer for seven years. My nails look fantastic and I love the free shoulder massage thats included in the nail service. Whenever my daughter comes along, she is treated like royalty; theyre fantastic with kids. Another selling point: the owners of this business are truly good human beings. Some of the staff at Alexias have experienced tragedies, and management went out of their way to ensure that these techs had the time off they needed to heal. Just an overall great business.

My nails look uneven and like garbage, I informed the tech and she let me know she put on the two coats and she was done. They rush and clearly don’t care about their product. They will charge you $10 to take off powder even if you are getting gel which is the same procedure. My total bill was more than I’ve ever paid when I’ve gotten the full works at other places. I am not one to complain but they will get no further business from me and I am a repeat customer. There are places on every corner.

This was my first time trying out Alexia’s Nails as I am new to the Lehigh Valley. My nail tech Cassady did such an AMAZING job!! I am never going to anywhere else or anyone else! She was so polite and did everything I had asked since I am normally picky with how I like my nails. Def recommend going here and requesting Cassady!

TERRIBLE!! When I arrived I showed a picture to make sure they could do what I wanted...which was nothing to difficult, matte nails with a simple cross on one nail.. I was there for 2+ hours and what I got looked absolutely NOTHING like I had wanted and payed $85 (pedi too). So EXPENSIVE for a subpar job.. my nails look “lumpy”, they are unevenly filed, same with the pedicure...and after being there for 2+hrs, I no longer had the patience to let them try to fix it!The ladies were nice..I just wish they would have been honest and had let me known that they could not accommodate what I wanted!I will never go back, OVER priced and sloppy job!!!

I used to really like it here, but the last couple of times everything feels rushed. I had a gel mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax today and was out in under an hour. Thats not what Im looking for, Im looking for time to be spent on each service and for care to be taken when the items are performed. Previously the pedis took 45mins themselves and thats what I expect, not 20 minutes. The ladies are all so nice but I just dont feel like my services the last couple of times Ive been in have been worth what Ive paid.

I was put aside over and over again because I turned down a nail tech that had butchered my nails prior. Every other customer that came in was helped prior to me, maybe I wasnt the correct skin color for them. THIS PLACE IS RACIST AND RUDE! I WILL NEVER RETURN. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Never have I wasted $80-$100 dollars on nails I always get a pedi n fullset or refill but I feel like they rip you off. I asked what was the price for pedi and fullset and they told me that $30 not including design and 40 for the fullset coffin includes length and style of nail. I got regular color nothing special. When I had to pay she changed the prices $35 for pedi and $50 for fullset. She rushed last minute and didnt paint my nails properly. The majority of their cliental is older ladies. I feel like the flower I got doesnt even look like what I asked for. *sunflower*
