Would give a zero if I could. I was there for 4 1/2 hours it was ridiculous I would have left but she already started my nails and then she worked on 3 ppl at the same time. She charged me way too much for the service I got. I have no idea how she gets 5 stars they have to be fake. Never in my life have I gotten nails this bad. The last pic is what I asked for. She was very talkative and nice to me but that’s it charged me way too much for what I received because I had an expensive bag.

The lady was rude and doesnt do what you want. I asked her to cut down my nails instead she said she knows what shes doing and didnt cut them. Also over charged for a fill in because she said she did a better job than the previous person who did my nails

She better off retiring, charged my daughter 65$ for new set no color/clear. Didnt clean up under the nails and the shape around cuticle was off. Thankfully my daughter worked around it and fixed them more to her liking.

Horrible service! The lady didnt even know how to do nails! She was very rude and worked on about four people in between working on me. She talks too much is very ghetto and unprofessional. This picture was three days after getting my nails done. They were way too thick and not even shaped correctly,didnt clean the cuticles correctly or even apply acrylic evenly. Never going back!

I been going to see Lily since I was 17 years old. I am now 40. Lily is the best in Allentown and thats facts after Ive visited every nail salon in Allentown PA. She takes great care in her art. My nails last me in my field of employment and she has never given me a nail or foot fungus. Yes My Lily is ghetto fabulous but her attitude comes with the area she services. She is not ur typical Vietnamese. So dont think you gonna walk all over her and not get told about it.

She was really rude and worked on different people in between. I got my moms nails donr and mines and both came out thick and she applied to acrylic uneven. She even applied the nail polish weird. I brought in my own nail polish that was brand new and she made it loom chunky and lumpy 💯💯

I have been to multiple nails salons in the Allentown area. First there way to expensive for a job that last 2 weeks or less for acrylic and if your doing gel manicure is peeling within days. I met Lilly on a Sunday while searching for a place that was open, new and has good reviews. I must say even since Ive been going to her my nails last almost a month and her prices are reasonable. She very genuine and not afraid to speak her mind and what she feels, which I dont see anything wrong with that. I finally found someone that revived my nails, care about me as a person and provided good prices. Most of all I found a friend. The only thing I can say, she runs her business on her own and for that reason anyone that goes to her needs to have patients. I have no issue with that because I keep myself entertain with her or the other customers that see her.

I went to get my nails done and she was very rude and called me the n word . She also charged me $45 but when I pulled out all my money she quickly changed the price to $100 . In the end my nails came out horrible all different shapes and sizes and she didn’t even do what I told her to do, she did whatever she thought looked nice . Never again will I go here and you shouldn’t either .

Where do I begin???!! This was the WORST nail salon ever! The owner & nail technician uses foul language, racial slurs, & insults her customers when they leave while doing the next client. She refuses to have a credit card machine because too many customer cheat my money... you go get cash. Her hands & equipment were filthy, and she pushes her clients cuticles back with her dirty thumbnail. She has no air conditioner or fan, just has the front & back door open to let in air (and subsequently bugs). These 4 & 5 star reviews must be either really old (from 40-50yrs ago) or posted by people she paid. I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star!

Only gave a star because Its mandatory. Unprofessional, understaffed, high prices for what you get, horrible work. These pictures were right after doing my nails. I asked for gel polish. I think her gels are messed up because the same thing happened to another girl before me, I thought she was just complaining for the fun of it, but no. The same thing that happened to me is what she described and complained about. The lady charged me $ 45. Never stopped talking bad about her customers and worked with me while doing someone else’s nails simultaneously. Never again.I only gave it one star because it is mandatory. Zero professionalism, it does not have employees to serve customers, it pays a lot but the work is not worth it, what remains on your nails is horrible. I ordered gel paint and I think your gel paints are damaged. Since I washed my hands the paint has come off. Another girl complained about the same thing. I paid $ 45 for that and she kept complaining about her clients while working with me and another girl at the same time. I never come back.
