I have a larger SUV and this place gets it totally clean every time plus the free vacuums are a very good as well!

I love it when you sign up for them monthly wash you can go as many times as you want you can go five times through if you want the same time you go or as many times as you want and its pretty convenient I havent had no problems yet

I did the $14 wash and my car had tiny scratches all over the hood by the end of it and it wasnt completely clean either. The reason Im giving 2 stars is because the vacuum was great.

It did not get my car clean the first time. I paid for the $14 wash and wax. The attendant was very cordial and had me take the car through a second time for Fred which still did not get all dirt off the car but it was 90% clean. Great free vacuuming!

Love the basic $8 wash. Just enough to keep me sane while transporting 4 kids. Free vacuums mean the goldfish crumbs dont stand a chance.

This car wash was a little pricey but very good. I was very satisfied when my car came out nice and clean. The free vacuum is also a major plus! I will be returning and recommend giving this place a try!

I just used this car wash for the first time. I usually wash my car myself however I thought i would go to the car wash down the street from my work. Well the whole driver side of my hood is scratched up and looks horrendous. I will definitely be updating this review once I am able to see how they handle this situation.

Great service for the price

This is my 3rd time coming here and always have a pleasant experience. The greatest part about this automatic touch car wash ($8 basic) is the free vacuum at the end. Two on one side and more towards the entrance.I would definitely recommend coming here if you dont mind the touch car wash.

Very impressed! Im from Georgia and this is the best car wash I have found up here! Left my car spotless! Didnt even have any bugs to wipe off the front which is pretty common.

Not only does the carwash do a great job cleaning my vehicle, the price is under a dollar a wash. I purchased the monthly plan and visit daily. The free vacuums work great and is a nice bonus. The staff is friendly and seem to genuinely care for my vehicle.

Manager at this location is not a very pleasant person. My car got the rear wiper arm and blade broken from having it washed at the automatic service. Manager told me he is going to replace the part but it has to be OEM not an original one because my car is 11 years old. This due is unbelievable. Not even gave me an incident report or some type of receipt showing that the part has been ordered. I guess I’ll have to trust his words of they are going to fix this matter.

Excellent wash for a very fair rate. If you remember the old car wash that was here before, block it out, this is a totally new wash with the exception of the building that houses it.

Got my car washed here today, recent snow/salt made for long lines but it moved quickly. However when I got home, my car was COVERED in dried soap. Ive been to this Shammy Shine before and never had it look so bad. Perhaps they speed up the wash to get cars through when theres a line? Ended up having to spend another $2.25 to go rinse off my car in a self-wash bay. Waste of $13!

Dont go here customer services trash and they are very misleading all over their website its posted that they have free vacuums but when you drive up to the place they have it locked down tighter than fort Knox, and its only free vacuums if you purchase a wash. The cheapest wash is $10. Misleading and a rip-off. Steer clear of this establishment!!

Was excited to try a brand new Shammy Shine. Sadly I wasnt impressed. The vacuums dont reach the back of the cars (I had to use the vacuum in the spot next to my car) and the wash (I get the highest one) left a lot of dirt still on my car and wheels. The one on Airport Road washes much better.

Good Car Wash very fast service because they provide two lanes but, I really appreciated the friendliness of the attendance prior to the entering area. A little bit of soap left on my mirrors. I got the $16 wash which includes a wax shine at the end, and it left little white spots all over my car and my windows. I bought them off of the paper towel but I was a little disappointed.

I met the most amazing employee named Ricky who noticed I was struggling vacuuming. I had surgery and was on crutches He took the vacuum from me and vacuumed my whole car.He was such a gentleman never asked for anything and when I offered a tip He said I cant take it.

I signed up for their monthly deal and I absolutely love it! I drive for Uber and being able to go there to wash my car, even 10 times a day if need be, is a wonderful thing. Their vacuums are free and the car gets really clean. :)

Not what I expected

I went through the car wash and the winter door at the end never opened, causing my car to go into it. The door pulled up the front of my grill and caused damage to my Mercedes. Youre probably wondering why I am giving them 5 stars.I am giving them 5 stars because they owned up to the mistake, gave me no issues, and paid for the damage in full. They were accountable for the issue, owned up to it, and provided great customer service.The employees at the car wash apologized, and immediately led me to fill out a incident report. Tricia and Tammy were great to work with, and issued a check to cover the damages.I only wish I would of got a few free months for the hassle ;)Great car wash, and even better customer service!!!

Do not like their vacuum.

I received a gift card for my birthday so I gave this place a try, I selected the $16 wash because I wanted to see what they considered to be the best wash. And I left pretty disappointed, after the wash all 4 rims are still dirty, the tire shine is splotchy at best and some parts of my Jeep are still dirty. And what ever they spray on the undercarage turned my fender liners gray, I’m hoping that it will eventually wash off. I wash my Jeep every other week so it wasent all that dirty to begin with. Definitely not worth the $16.

The monthly plan is great. Having a service vehicle being on the road a lot allows me to keep my vehicle clean at a reasonable cost.

I belong to the wash club. Does a good job. Can was as much as I want. Can be frustrating because my pass doesnt always work to open gate.

This is one of the better car washes Ive ever used I actually purchased a monthly membership because I like it so much it cleans my car and rinses all the soap off and leaves a nice shine the staff are friendly attentive and only once have I ever had to wait to enter the car wash its easily located off of Lehigh Street and easy to get in and out of

I drive a Ram 1500 and for whatever reason it did not wash my tailgate

Went here and got a $13 car wash. I must say my car never looked so good as it did after the wash. It looked great and shined. Also it dried my car about 90% wich is the best drying I ever got. Also for some reason the next day my car still looked clean and didn’t have the rock salt dusting all over the car wich I usually get. I find this place to be pricy but it’s worth it. I’m going here from now on.

Nice car wash

Wash sprayed black icky gunk, looked like used motor oil on my wheels.Attendants watched me clean up the mess then refused when I asked for a future free wash. Wont go back there in this lifetime. Too many car washes to choose from out there.
