Good gas prices

Skip this case wash. The employees employees are rude and smoke/swear amongst themselves while operating the car wash. The car wash itself is filthy. Half the nozzles dont spray anymore and the brushes were very dirty, and only a few of them operated (moved) as they were supposed to. Id have gotten a better rinse job by parking next to a lawn sprinkler. Left the car wash with lots of soap bubbles still on the car. Not what I expect for a top tier wash ($15).

Got a car wash, I saw that they do spot dry with the basic. So I asked where would the spot fry spot is. He said at the end if the tunnel but no one was there. The wash scratch my car and I had to spot dry it at the end myself. Dont spend your money here.

None of the vacuums worked

Don’t get your car washed here!! Not only was the wash itself grossly below average but I accidentally got my wash before my gas and they wouldn’t give me the 20 cents off per gallon even though I just spent $15 on a horrible wash. The cashier was rude. I will never go here again!!!!

Well just wasted my time and money on a car wash here TODAY. I had to come home and redo it myself. I CANT EVER GIVE THEM ONE STAR BUT HAD TOO, TO MAKE THIS POST. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Poor wash, even poorer drying. Left grit on my car that wasnt previously there. Small and always dirty, parking lot full of trash. The one in Easton is a thousand times better.

Young lady with curly blonde hair was very rude. Terrible customer service.

Out of the Rudys Car Washes in the Lehigh Valley this is the one I call the Ghetto wash. the employees are rude as hell and the equipment has seen its better days. One set of mitters is completely missing and havent been replaced in months.I avoid this wash at all costs, check You tube for a video I shot of how horrible the wash process is at this location.the best Rudys location for performance of the wash and cleanliness of the car is Stefko Blvd. However if your tires are wider than 9 you cant go through that wash as the conveyor is so old and has been repaired so many times it just wont accommodate wider tires, which is a shame because it is the Best of the Rudys Washes.If you respect yourself and your car, avoid the Rudys Car Wash on South 4th Street.

Absolutely terrible customer service from two supposed managers, one called Amber and the other Jessica. Besides being rude and extremely unpleasant to interact with, these individuals will make it a point to offer the absolute worst customer service possible. They become argumentative and verbally aggressive if you mention that the services they provided were horrible. Amber closed off the car wash even after we paid for it. It was supposed to close at 2:00, we were there at 1:50 and she had the gate down and refused to let us wash our car. She ignored our presence when we were waiting for the car wash and then said we were too late that it was closed and that wed have to come back another day. On another occasion weve had very unpleasant encounters with a girl called Jessica who also claims to be the manager. AVOID this place unless you want to be aggravated by these two individuals who have no clue what customer service is.

Ive experience horrible service here more than once! First the manager Jessica has horrible customer service, she speaks down to the customers. Then on a separate occassion 8/31/2014 I had the pleasure of encountering Amber. whom rather than servicing me for a They (Rudys car wash)got a message from corporate (at 0730) to close at 2pm, (which as a customer i was unaware of) i arrived at the pump at 1350 (1:50pm) i paid for a wash and pumped $40 gas. Went around to a closed car wash door by 1354 (roughly) honked my horn and waited for an attendant (as a HUGE sign says!) When i got TIRED of waiting (about 2 min) stepped inside and requested my car be washed, i was told the car wash was closed (i was surprised) stepped out honked my horn, came back in and requested a manager... Amber speaks up and says the carwash is closed w attitude for days.... I requested the number to corporate I was told they cant provide that, I requested an email or website that I may place a complaint and was given a business card which has a website (with NOWHERE to place a complaint) the manager Amber (whos just an employee) is rude, short and even her body language is aggressive and derogatory! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

Paid for a 10 dollar deluxe wash, got a 7 dollar basic wash. Never going again.

Good price for automatic

Charged 15$ but no cloth wash after machine wash, my car has water droplets till we reach home and few soap spots after it gets dry. Terrible experience
