Tyler completed interior detailing for one of my employers fleet vehicles back in February. It was very messy due to driving around young clients. Tyler was able to clean up the majority of the mess that was left in the vehicle after I did some trash clean up the first time. I say first time because what we thought was only going to take a few hours to clean, actually took about 8 hours (a full office day). Tyler was gracious enough to come back out and finish the job and make it look as close to brand new as was possible.

I had a great experience getting my car detailed at Upscale Auto Spa! I got the Upscale Detail package and it definitely made my car look showroom ready. They even managed to remove a scuff on the side of my car from when someone hit it, and now you cant even tell that it was ever there. I will definitely be taking my car back to Upscale to get another detail in the future.

I texted about service and received a response asking me for more information. After I provided information on what services I would like, never heard back from this place. I guess, if you only require a few services and not a full detailing, it is not worth their time. So rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend it.

Tyler’s work is phenomenal! He renewed the life in our 2014 Honda Accord with 118,000 miles that is known in our family as the “barn car”. From frequent trips to the stables or running errands, it was in need of a good cleaning. It would be an understatement to say Tyler did just a good cleaning. He gave life to the old dirty car and when he brought it back the car was so shiny and clean it looked brand new! We even took it to the BMW dealership to sell it and two of the gentlemen who worked there were amazed at how new the car looked. One of them even thought it was a 2017 Honda with only 60,000 miles! They were so amazed at how that car was so nicely taken care of and clean. I have to give all those credits to Tyler! Would recommend his services to anyone with a car! Tyler did a wonderful job cleaning the interior of my Sienna. We originally contacted him because my son had become sick in the car and it needed to be thoroughly cleaned. In addition to getting the smell out and doing the vacuuming he shampooed the carpets and managed to get old stains out. With the car being quite old the light colored leather was stained and worn looking. He cleaned and conditioned the leather and restored the original coloring. It was very easy and convenient to work with Tyler. If you are looking for someone to clean your car Tyler is response and truly cares about the work that he does. He will make sure you are happy with his work!

Tyler has detailed 2 cars for us and we couldnt be happier with the results. The first we had taken on a long road trip and it was covered it bugs. Tyler worked for hours to make sure every last bug was gone and it looked incredible when he was done. The 2nd is our van that we are getting ready to sell. We have 2 young kids who are hard on the car. The inside was full of crumbs and dirt. Tyler was here for almost 6 hours making sure the car looked perfect and ready to sell. I was referred to Upscale by my daughter. I did my Subaru and I was amazed by the detailing and effort which was put to clean my car. I also had my wifes Mazda CX9 detailed right after that. Tyler made my white 2014 Chevy Cruze look brand new inside and out. He was prompt picking the car up, kept me updated via text throughout the process and returned it in perfect condition. Price was very reasonable for the task. Next up will be my 2015 Dodge Journey that we use to drive the dogs around, it will be a challenge, but Im sure that Tyler is up to the task.
