Not one for reviews, in fact this may be my first, but after my experience w/ this establishment last week I felt one was warranted. I by design have an extremely particular “OCD” type personality and take pride in the exceptional care and maintenance I devote to my belongings especially my vehicles. My stance on car detailing has always been “no one cares more about my vehicle than me thus no one despite compensation, could ever take the time and attention tht I would take to clean my car.”A busy work schedule following a vacation left me w/ absolutely no time and subsequently led to an apprehensive decision to pay someone for tht service. I can now say tht I stand corrected. I was pleasantly surprised at the phenomenal job tht was done on my vehicle. Having received front window tints (perfect match to rear) full interior/exterior detail, including a clay bar treatment, buffing, wax, top coat sealant and a paint touch up, my 3y/o black luxury SUV w/ very light cream interior looked better than it had since I drove it off the show room floor. No abrasive or harsh smelling chemicals were used on/in my vehicle, it had the coveted “brand new car” smell as if all the leather was replaced w/ new. The crevices within the center control area and between the seats tht I normally struggle to remove debris from w/ my homemade vacuum attachments were cleaned thoroughly and entirely. It got to a point where I was intentionally looking in the deepest darkest corners of the interior of my vehicle to find a crumb or anything to indicate tht these guys missed a spot, I couldn’t find one. So to make a long story longer, these guys are the real deal, they clearly care about the quality of their work which is evident in the work itself. Very reasonably priced, in fact I was willing and felt I should have paid much more for the services I received. Not to mention the turnaround time was especially impressive seeing as when I brought my vehicle in tht morning there where already a slew of other vehicles in the garage and outside, presumably in queue for service. My car was completed by tht afternoon. Simply put, the detailing for all my vehicles will be exclusively handled by Mr.Eds from this point moving forward. Highly highly highly recommend.

Took my car for tints at another place and had car covered with hard water spots. They referred me to Mr Eds and I must say the customer service is awesome. Greeted by George who was pleasant and spoke to owner Andrew while waiting for exterior detailing, who advised ways to keep my 2019 Optima looking new. I am so pleased with the results!! I recommend them highly and will be going back for waxing and interior detailing when she needs it!! I only had my car 3 weeks when I got tints and I expected my car to look same as I dropped off which I did not get but after being serviced by Mr Eds she looks better than when I drove off car lot!! Now it was a drive for me coming from northern nj but it was worth it. The price was right and I felt at ease after talking with him that my vehicle was in good hands. Not only did I get my ford f150 undercoated but he also detailed for me. He sent me pics of the progress and kept me up to date during the work. I will defiantly be using him again for future work. Very nice guy and great work. You won’t be disappointed at all

I just had my Subaru Forester detailed here and I feel like I have a brand new car! We have a dog that sheds profusely and we do a lot of hauling plants and rocks so the inside was looking pretty rough. It is remarkable what magic Mr. Eds performed. And, they are very nice people to deal with.

Excellence is the best way to describe this business! I was in the Allentown area after my wifes attempt at cleaning her SUV windshield! I couldnt see a thing except he wipe marks in the bright sun... Haha. That led me to Mr. Eds. I called and explained the situation and Andrew saw me with no hesitation! He cleaned my windshield and two front windows so well that my nine year old had to touch because he thought windows were gone! I will definitely be coming back and telling all my family and friends! Since I have analysis paralysis, I spent way too much time evaluating places to have my car detailed. I was searching for a place that did a great job, and for a reasonable price. Car dealers overcharge and the result is just O.K. I must say that I am absolutely shocked with the result of the detailing with the cost for the service. I do not know how they do it, but in about 1.5 hrs, my car was impeccably cleaned inside and out and all for a ridiculously low price. When Andrew called to tell me the car was ready, I asked him if they were able to get the dog hair out, clean the mats, carpets, windows, etc. He sort of chuckled and told me that of course, that was part of the package. My car now looks like it was just driven off a new car lot!!!! No kidding. And the cost for this service was very low.You can book an appointment, bring a book, read for 60-90 minutes and drive away with a pristine, cleaned car!I think the only other review I have ever written on here was about my dentist. I rarely, if ever, take the time to review businesses.I found the service from Mr. Eds to be so exceptional that I am taking the time to let you all know what a great job Mr. Eds does with car detailing. Why on earth would I ever think to waste a day off of work to do this myself, when there is no way the result would look anything like this?!Mr. Eds is a very small family business. I am so happy to support them and I hope anyone who reads this takes their business to Andrew and his family. You will not be disappointed.

I looked them up on google and saw they give a military discount. I got an interior detailing done. When we picked it up the car looked brand new! Not a sign of dirt, crumbs or stains anywhere. They even get in all the hard to reach areas that are almost impossible to get to. They did a really great job and were very friendly and courteous. Will definitely be using them again.

This is the place to go if you want your vehicle to look brand new even if it isnt anymore. And do you want to be treated as part of the family? Then dont go to a big name corporate place where you get charged outrageously and for so-so work. This is the mom-n-pop shop that treats you the way you want. They do such a good job. Andrew is the man. And his dad Mr Adnan is awesome too. Had a food-oil stain in a cloth seat that was over 6 months old. And I mean bad. It was spilled taco meat oil all over in the seat. Andrew and the team got it ALL out after working on it. Has also done detailing for me and dropped off the car for me when he was done. Dont waste time going to a place that doesnt treat you with the personal touch. Andrew and Mr Ed are the BEST place to go!!!!

I had a great experience at Mr Eds auto care! I brought them a car that had been heavily smoked in for years. It smelled terrible and had heavy staining on the fabric interior. The interior looks great now- they removed more than I thought was possible! And the smell is gone after the ozone treatment. They also removed two dents from my bumper. I am so grateful- Not only did they do a great job with the detailing but they are genuinely kind people who went above and beyond. Its hard to find great customer service these days. I am so pleased and I will definitely be going back. The whole experience was positive.

My car had mice living in it for... Quite a while Id imagine. It had been sitting outside for months when I bought it, and it needed to be cleaned. Thoroughly, and soon. Mr Eds auto Care was exactly what I needed.They scheduled my car to be cleaned within 5-7 days notice and were exceptionally accommodating for my busy schedule. I dropped my car off after hours and Andrew came in to take it into the garage. When I came back the next day, it was like a new car, theyd even completely cleaned the metal bottom of the inside of the trunk which was coated with a ghastly grime, and the inside of my headliner assembly (Id dropped it myself for them to clean).When I had discovered later that there was still a smell in my ventilation ducts and that theyd missed the underside of my backseats, they got my car back in the very next day to remedy their error, and ran the ozone generator through my ducts a second time, for no charge. Then Andrew came in again after they had closed so I could pick up my keys.The smell hasnt been completely banished, but the vehicle might need to be incinerated to fully eliminate the odor at this point; for how much better it smells now, I wouldnt hold it against them.I dont know how $175 compares to other detailers, but for that price, the interior detailing services are very thorough and I felt they were worth the cost. Andrew was incredibly accommodating, understanding, and flexible. Despite how far it is away from my apartment in Breinigsville, Id prefer to come here for future detailing work if I need it.

Mr Eds was recommended to me by a coworker who showed me some of the work Andrew and his team has done on various vehicles. I was really impressed with the pictures I saw. I had been in the market for tints for a little while, so when I saw Mr Eds deal for tints, I eagerly jumped on it. I began texting Andrew to learn about the details of the deal. He was extremely pleasant and clear/concise. I had an appointment within the week. Upon dropping my car off, I met Andrew and we talked about what level tints to put on my car. The deal was originally for 30%, but after talking with Andrew, we decided that 20% would look better and he said he would still honor the same price. I came back to his shop a few hours later, and Ive got to say, my car looked amazing. Im very glad I went with the 20% tints. Andrew informed me that when doing the rear window, he had some difficulty because of pet hair (previous owner must have had pets in the car). He said he had to remove a portion of the tint he began to apply and vacuumed the back, under the window. I was impressed with his extra effort and commitment to performing a quality job. I attempted to tip him for his efforts, but he refused it. All around, Andrew and his team did a great job, Andrew was extremely professional and amiable and I could not be happier with my tinting experience.

I made numerous calls on the spare of the moment on a Saturday morning back in late August to see if I could get my sons Jeep detailed before he left to go back to college. I didnt let a message for Mr. Eds because I figured that they were closed for the day but to my surprise a very nice young man whose name was Andrew called me back and said that he would do it that SAME day! My son and I got there later than anticipated because of traffic and he still waited for us. Andrew did an EXCELLENT job on both cleaning the exterior and shampooing the interior as well! Everything sparkled and looked brand new! This young man went out of his way to please a customer that he never met before that day. I tried to give him a tip and he would NOT accept it! He was very courteous and conscientious and I would definitely recommend his business to anyone that wanted to get their vehicle detailed. The price was extremely reasonable and the service was beyond EXCELLENT! I will definitely be a returning customer thanks to Andrew!

Recently bought a used car previously owned by a smoker. I tried everything from air fresheners to chlorine bombing the car to changing the cabin filter, but nothing could get the smoke smell out completely. Mr. Eds process worked like a charm and now the smell is completely gone. In addition, they gave me a very fair price and gave me a ride to and from work. Customer service is top notch and they stand behind their work, highly recommend.

Andrew and the techs could not have been nicer. In and out in 90 mins. The interior of my car is spotless and looks great. (Only needed interior done.) Andrew made a point of asking for my approval on the job they had done on some tire Marks in the back seat, which were caused by having a spare in the back seat for a few weeks. Looked fine to me and was better than I expected. Everyone here was friendly and sociable. Car is immaculate. I would give you 6 stars if I could.

Fantastic job done on my car. The car was taken by someone who I lived with and apparently he was living in it for 3 weeks. The car smelled atrocious, of cigarette smoke and body funk. I’ve received my car back and it smells like a brand new car. It looks like a brand new car. Amazing job, and I appreciate it wholeheartedly!

My husband and I wanted to get the interior of my vehicle detailed before installing a car seat. Being very pregnant, it was so convenient that Andrew picked up my car and dropped it off free of charge (as our home fell within the 5 mile radius). He picked up my car around 9:30am and dropped it off around 1:30pm. The interior looked brand new when he returned it -- I have two dogs and had a TON of pet hair that had accumulated over the past 2.5 years since I bought the vehicle and did not see one piece of hair in sight. Andrew made sure to mention that they didnt use any chemicals in the vehicle that would be harmful to the dogs, which was so nice that he had my dogs in mind and I had never even inquired about that. The price was very reasonable, service excellent, and I will definitely use Mr Eds again !

Service was excellent! Andrew had me in within an hour of calling him. Had road paint on my Jeep. He took care of it by steam pressure washing it without even charging me. My Jeep was back to new in no time. Will definitely return for detail services

I just bought my car about 2 weeks ago. And yes it was detailed before I picked it up. But nowhere near as perfect as it is now after Andrew got done with it! It looks absolutely amazing! And the paint sealant he added onto it makes the paint feel and look incredible! Its crazy all the little things he does to make it perfect that I had no idea were even dirty!

Andrew took great care of me and my car. He was very prompt in returning my voicemail. When I stopped by his shop, he took the time to come out to my vehicle and inspect my trunk with me since I had some concerns about adhesive left by velcro strips. After looking over the trunk, he walked me through how he would remove the adhesive, how long it would take, and when he would have availability. I was referred by another detailer and I am very impressed by his quality and professionalism.

I recently purchased a pre-owned car that had an awful cigarette smoke odor coming from the A/C vents, headliner and back seats. The dealer I purchased it from masked the smell of the smoke in order to sell the car, but after a few days of driving it, the smell was more than noticeable; it was undeniable to anyone that got into the car. That being said, I researched different ways to get rid of the smell and decided to go with a ozone deodorizing treatment. Upon explaining the situation to Mr. Ed, he advised that in order to ensure the treatment would work we would need to include an interior detail prior to the ozone. Full disclosure, he wasnt trying to upsell me, but rather he had worked with other customers with the same issue and his past experience was that doing the interior detail prior to the ozone was the much more effective route. After speaking to Mr. Ed multiple times, I decided to go with his advice, and I couldnt be happier with the decision. When I picked up the car, I saw that he had washed it for me as a courtesy and the car was shining inside and out! It looked better than it did in the showroom of the dealer I bought it at, and, most importantly, it smelled fantastic. I wanted to wait a few days before writing the review, to make sure the smell was truly gone, and I am glad to say that it still smells brand new. No cigarette smell!I will be bringing my other car in for the full inside and out detail, which is really well priced especially when considering the quality of the work. No doubt that I will be a lifelong customer for Mr. Ed and will recommend any person I know or meet that is looking for a car detail.

This guy is really rude on the phone not a friendly budget person I will tell you that so don’t expect to save money there. He’s not gonna work out with you. I was about to get my car tinted he say I’m not interested.

We took 2 cars here, one of which we bought used. It looked like the previous owner hadnt cleaned it in the 10 years he owned it. I tried myself at home with my shop vac. But it didnt look like I did anything. We picked it up after they were done with it and were amazed that it was clean. We will be getting the exterior done next. The owner was very friendly and gave me a ride to and from work. The car looked great till I opened the trunk when I got home to place my rubber floor mats back into the car. I discovered them to be dirty not even touched. The sons owner called me to apologize but when talking to him he hung up the phone on me. This place will never get my business again. I was referred by Bethlehem Ford dealership and the manager said they do excellent work. But I dont believe so, beware when leaving and inspect everything. I guess there is a reason why the last positive reviews are 4 years or older

I do not recommend this place after a recent experience in which chrome inserts were damaged on my vehicle. A chemical was used on them that damaged the finish. The owner disputes the claim and I am sure a rebuttal will be posted soon, but proceed at your own risk. I went to another detail shop as well as my dealer and both have told me without a doubt something too acidic or abrasive was used on the wheels and caused the damage. It would cost me over $1400 to have the inserts replaced.Aside from the $1400 in damaged inserts it was pointed out that the backside/barrel of the wheels were never touched by the shop that gave me a second opinion.I do give two stars because Andrew was very polite and accommodating to my schedule, but in the end I have damaged inserts on a vehicle not even a year old.

Took my brand new Acura TLX to Andrew after speaking with him about the paint sealant and its benefits. My paint feels like silk, much better than when I even got it from the dealer. The dealer quoted me a much higher price than what Andrew quoted me. I highly recommend this place. Give them a call and ask for Andrew.

Unfortunately, had a horrible experience getting my car tinted. Andrew (owner) and I have been friends for a few years now and had posted a special for tints. My girlfriend had driven from easton to Allentown to get these done because I wanted to support andrews business rather than go elsewhere. I wasnt in the market to get her car done but it seemed like good timing. I had said I wanted 15%, all around. I recoeved confirmation via social media. When I saw the updated progress shots, I noticed 35% tint was applied. My feedback was it was a misunderstanding and that he thought I wanted my personal car at 15%. Im not sure how considering my personal car is already tinted 20%, all around. When I stressed to Andrew how upset I was and that i could have taken my car elsewhere much closer or to the same shop (which also charged less) I was told I could come get my car and take it there then, thanks. I had no availability the following day and had no interest returning after wasting 2hrs round trip driving to and from Allentown from easton and wasting my time. I didnt recieve an apology either. Apparently, requesting a service and receiving the WRONG treatment is a misunderstanding. I guess when the other 5 cars (his words) booked were all for 35% so apparently the assumption our car was too. Word of advice coming from someone also in a service based business...Take a business ethics class and improve your customer service. A client should never be treated in that manner especially a friend whose is giving you business you apparently appreciate.
