This place is amazing. Beautiful decor, great drinks and music, SUPER clean, friendly staff, and amazing selection of colors. I love that their products don’t have a lot of chemicals a lot of places have. Technicians are always very thorough and really want to make sure I’m happy.

The nail tech was nice and spent a lot of time on my pedicure which came out great. When she asked for toe nail color I told her I wanted it to closely match my gel manicure and she was surprised as she didn’t know I was getting the gel manicure. The gel manicure I feel was kind of rushed through. My cuticles weren’t pushed back, they looked dry. I assumed when I got the mint pedicure it would also be a mint manicure, which I did not receive. And only 3 days after the gel polish started to streak and looked blotchy. If I weren’t on vacation I would’ve gone back immediately. I haven’t had this gel polish for a week yet and it is already ruined. Extremely disappointed in the quality.

Came in and decided to try nail boutique in Allen with my sister and they did not disappoint! First off very clean and chill vibe, nothings rushed and the front lady Jackie very helpful and very nice she will even help you find a nail color with you. Jackie is also very hospitable and for my nail tech Olivia thank you so much!!! I was nervous and she was very detailed and calm no rush and made sure I loved my nails with nail art thank you oliva ♥️Definitely a return customer and bringing my mom next time as well! This place is okay. We did the regular manicure and pedicure. It is fairly good quality, our nail tech was very sweet! But the other reviews are right, they take a very long time to get started. We came in and they started my appointment promptly, but my daughter had to wait 45 minutes before anyone started her nails. They started other customers nails before ours even though we came in first. The waiting is absurd, and it is not okay to start other customers nails even though we had an appointment and came in earlier. Don’t go if you are on a tight schedule. The quality was good, but a little sloppy. I was a fan of the pedicure. All in all an okay experience. Great nail techs bad management, we won’t be coming back!

My toes (regular polish) turn out fantastic, but my dipped nails, not so much. It’s so thick and shaped terribly. My fingers look like I glued chiclets on them. So embarrassing! Haha!

I travel a lot and love getting my nails done, i’ve been to many nail salons in texas and this is by far the best ! the atmosphere in the nail salon is great, the ladies are very nice and welcoming, and the girl who did my nails did them exactly how i wanted! i had an appointment at 2:30 and waited about 20 mins for someone to see me but the lady at the front desk did apologize for the wait and let me know it was because of the services i wanted so i didn’t mind the wait :) their prices are good and their staff does a very good job, if you’re looking for a place to get your nails done this is the one !

I have always had great experiences here!! I love Justin he’s the best at pedicures, and he is very accommodating. Hugh recently did my dip manicure and I love it!! Looking forward to coming back:)

Love Nail Boutique! Clean, modern aesthetics, managed the pandemic very well, alway fast to offer drinks and never pushy about extra services. They can also do any nail art you come up with. Jackie, the owner, is a doll. The reviews of people complaining about late starts I understand but they have worked hard to keep this place going with high quality work throughout a pandemic and being short staffed at times. I’m definitely a regular and will continue to be!

THIS NAIL SALON DOES NOT HONOR APPOINTMENTS OR BASIC SERVICES.I called ahead for a basic manicure and booked an appointment for 6:30pm. I arrived at 6:25pm and was greeted by a young woman at the counter who checked me in, confirmed they were expecting me, and showed me where the polishes were. By 6:30pm I had selected my polish and was told to take a seat as my manicure would begin shortly. 15 minutes later, the young woman informed me that someone would be with me in 10 minutes. She then came back a few minutes later and told me that they dont typically take reservations for basic manicures and that because I booked an appointment for a basic manicure (since they only take ~15 minutes) that they were running behind. She was quite rude about it and implied that it was my fault for booking an appointment for a basic manicure.At 7:05pm, my manicure still hadnt started. I could tell that the employees were avoiding eye contact with me. After waiting for over 30 minutes (and watching someone who walked-in after me get seated around 6:45pm), I left. I could tell that the employees decided it wasnt worth their time to service me.The customer service here is HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO.

Great welcoming and hospitality when you arrive. However, even with an appointment scheduled, I still had to wait a good 30 minutes before they had an available tech to start with my nails. I have learned to just schedule my appointments on days where I have a ton of flexibility so that I am not rushed for my next thing to do.

My friend and I came on a Friday with an appointment. I got my toes done 25 minutes after my appointment time, but my friend didn’t get hers toes done for over an hour. The manager gave my friend an insulting $5 discount with lukewarm water ( that barely covered her feet) and her tech made her toenails crooked. They completely forgot my nail appointment. Never have I ever spent over 2 hours in a nail salon.It was honestly disappointing! This place could be so much better with the atmosphere.

I love this nail salon. I dont know her name but I believe shes the owner....she is the nicest person. She makes sure you are comfortable and ready for your service. The salon is very clean and does the best to keep clients away from others. They are very clean and you can tell. I love that this spot is really close to my house. Its always a nice time to relax myself while getting a pedicure.

Nail Boutique did an amazing job on my nails for my wedding. Kelly is very talented, professional and cares about her clients. T gives an excellent pedicure! The reviews have these beautiful designs and my friend wanted flowers on her nails for her birthday. After the guy tried a few times, a lady came over to try. End result was that it looked nothing like the picture she showed them. The other two of us just got regular gel manicures but the color is really inconsistent. I got a neutral color and there are parts of my nail that look almost translucent, like the skipped a coat or something. They also left a lot of paint on my cuticles which usually means they won’t last as long. My other friend got a salmon color but a couple of her nails turned out looking almost matte and had some fuzzys in them. Overall we were expecting a 4.5 experience, and got more of a 2 experience. It’s pretty rare for a nail salon to have above a 4 so we were just expecting better. The girls at the front were also very very confused about how to go about splitting the check for my friends birthday.

The guy who did my nail did a good job but just not how I wanted it. Honestly, I can get this done anywhere else too. I’m usually not the picky kind but I wish he would have communicated better so I didn’t have to ask the same thing a hundred times only to get a nod each time.What ticked me off was the way the lady at the reception treated me. She was super rude and not welcoming at all. I don’t think I’ll go there again!

This is an awesome nail salon. Though you go there for a want service, the owner Jackie and her talented and helpful nail techs Mei and Mark all provide what you need. They are dedicated to excellent customer service.

Mail Boutique in Allen is one of the best nail spots I’ve been to and I’ve been to a few. First of all Jackie the manager has the best customer service, today she reminded me that I had 20% off for my birthday and I had forgotten I was About to pay full price. Jackie also helps my pick my colors and she is so personable. My technician Kevin was amazing he worked on my nails with care and didn’t rush he also gave me exactly what I wanted Ombré pink and white very natural with the ring finger being marble. It’s my favorite excellent job, oh and while I was there I asked Jackie for a massage and she made it happen definitely a one stop shop for all your needs ladies. Great customer service all around!

This is the first time I visited this nail boutique. I found them online and read the Yelp reviews which were great so I made an appointment for a Pedicure at 3:45pm. I arrived at 3:30pm and was asked twice if I had appointment which I said yes, and was seated in a chair and was told a nail tech was coming. Im sitting in the chair and 33 mins have past and additional 10 mins on top of that goes by because the nail tech has to get setup as well. I dont think I have ever given a bad review to any nail salon in my life and this is the first time Im doing it and its breaking my heart to write this cuz it became my favorite place after my first appointment...It was my 3rd visit......Nail boutique front staff is obnoxiously unprofessional...I had an appointment at 5pm today for dip powder, pedicure and gel polish. First they made me wait for 30 min about which Im still ok but they made me wait for more than an hour and their hand nail technician didnt turn up..Had to check with them 3-4 times to know whats going on and every time they would say that somone is wrapping up and coming to do the the service!!Finally, at 6:10, I asked again and they gave me another excuse that they have more clients and less technicians,eh! My point is why do you take more clients if you dont have enoughtechnicians?Im so furious right now...Its my bday weekend and have to say that they have completely spoilt my evening....NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!

Pretty good new set. He tried to make sure I liked them which was very nice. They are pretty. But, I dont like getting cuts on my toes during a pedicure and came out with two They were painful for a couple days. I plan on returning and hoping my experience is slightly better.

From my first interaction I ever had with Nail Boutique in Allen, I’ve still remained impressed and excited for the next visit. The salon is exceptionally kept, decor is very modern but classy, they are very thorough with sanitation, all staff wears masks, require you to wash your hands immediately upon entry of the salon, prior to exit and more. Out all of the staff that I have interacted with over my multiple visits, their work and skill remain consistent. That is reflected well with the help of a great salon owner. As for their actual work, the nails, the pedicures, the eyebrow waxing, I have never left disappointed. They listen to special requests and remember them at future visits. I’m not as rough on my hands as some, but I do bang my hands into things often and my nails have always held up. My last set, I was actually able to go a week longer than I usually do because of scheduling conflicts on my end, and they still looked great when I finally got to the salon. I’ve always wanted to try designs on my nails but have not found a salon that really did a design that I loved. Twice in a row, I have gotten themed designs and both times I left the salon in awe and excitement. I know life can be difficult and unpredictable, but with how the world is right now, making an appointment is the way to go for just about anything. Their consistent quality work is definitely worth making that happen. I left today with excitement for my next visit because we already planned out what designs I would do next. Very happy I found this place.

I moved from NY to Allen. Ive tried 7 different salons before finding Nail boutique (NB). Ive been to NB about 6 or 7 times ha I have yet been disappointed! The entire staff is extremely friendly and the salon is super clean! Highly highly recommend.

Saw really good reviews but my experience was INCREDIBLY disappointing. The guy seemed totally uninterested in what he was doing & just flying through. Here I am, less than a week later, and 5 of my fingers no longer have SHELLAC on them - so the quality is so NOT worth the price. Not coming here again.

They started off hot, but the service has greatly declined as theyve gotten busier. I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time in a chair. Meanwhile multiple people who came in afterwards received services. After 30 minutes I asked when they might start on my nails and they assured me my technician was coming straight away. But she came out to help two others and didnt even look in my direction! Horrible customer service. I will not be back.

I should have written this review months ago. I LOVE NAIL BOUTIQUE!!! Can you hear me in the back?!?! Lol This place is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!The first time I came to NB was their grand opening in February. Jackie met me at the door and helped me find the exact color I wanted. She was so so sweet! I explained to her that I’ve had bad luck with Dip powder in the past. My pointer fingers always pop off :( She put me with Stacy. My set lasted 3+ weeks! They were great! No broken nails. Then covid hit and I couldn’t return. I let my nails grow out and waited for them to reopen.I came back in May when they reopened. I was so happy to see Jackie. She remembered me from February. I couldn’t believe it. She really is the gold standard for customer service!Kelly did my nails which were amazing! The next time I came, Kevin did my nails and OMG y’all! Kevin is the man! He doesn’t drill too much on my real nails which I really appreciate. He takes his time and I never feel rushed when I visit. My nails are all even and never too thick. Kevin is so meticulous and I love him for it! He has done my last 4 sets and not a single nail has lifted or cracked.I brought my mom to NB a few weeks ago. T did her pedicure and Kevin did her nails. Both were absolutely perfect! I’ll attach a pic of her bright orange nails. We had a wonderful time! Jackie checked on us like always. She made sure my mom had an wonderful experience. This made me so happy because my mom rarely treats herself to a mani/pedi. I wanted her to love NB as much as I do. She told me she had a great time and loves her nails.I’ve been coming here since they opened. The salon is beautiful, luxurious and ALWAYS clean! I absolutely adore the owner Jackie! She is an AWESOME chick! She makes you feel right at home. She truly cares about her clients. I love coming to see her and my man Kevin. Basic manicure felt rushed; nail polish only coated two times which became bubbly and streaky. One finger nail was cut off too short.

Very disappointing experience. I was excited to go because their instagram was full of nice designs. I went showed the tech what I wanted and what he did did not look like the photo I showed him at all. Its weird because the design I wanted was something they had already done and was posted on their Instagram page. I guess you have to ask for a specific nail tech.

My son & I went to this nail salon bc we saw many great reviews. The nail art on our nails is a 5 definitely but the nexgen powder makes my nails look so thick.They charged me full price for my son & he only did one foot bc in a boot. Also on my foot she said couldn’t do nail art. Usually when I get a pedicure my feet feel great, this they actually looked worse.I will say loved the environment & customers & the drink.

First the technicians are great! But the girls managing the customers & technicians are not cutting it. I had a 9:30 apt for my daughter & I, 2 pedis, one powder & one gel manicure. They started my pedi at 10:00. Started my daughter’s nails shortly after. The tech doing my pedi finished & then did my daughter’s. The nail tech was sent to another customer. I had to remind them I still needed my nails done. At 11:20 someone finally started my nails. The lady across from me told me she had to call to remind them she was waiting! Terrible service. They claim techs didn’t show up - while that is an issue - there is absolutely no reason I had to wait almost 2 hours to get my nails done! So many came in after me & left well before me! This is the 2nd time this has happened to me & this was the 2nd time (and last) I have been to this place. What is the point of making an apt??? Yes they gave me a discount but the girls managing the salon are really hurting them! Too bad - the techs are great!

I LOVE this place! The salon is clean and their staff is super knowledgeable, meticulous, and patient. Im pretty particular about my nails but theyre on top of it! Jackie has been great to work with for scheduling and general questions. New favorite nail spot. My favorite pedicure so far has been the aloe & oat I think its called - FANTASTIC.

Overall my experience was very pleasant. The customer service provided by Jackie the owner is amazing and she’s super understanding. However this is my third set that have been unhappy with. When I originally went in I asked for chrome and when it was done and I went home I realize they were bubbles and all of my nails. I went back to have the bubbles fixed and Jackie was super understanding and had the girl fix it but they still had bubbles. So I had the chrome taken off and left them with the regular nail. Today when I was at work one of my kids was holding my hand and when they pulled their hand out of my hand my nails snapped off. I don’t know how my nail could be so weak that it just snaps off when someone pulls their hand out of my hand. However just due to this experience I don’t think I will come back. If you still go here there are plenty of great technicians I would just not go to Teresa. She is sweet but her nails Are scratchy, bubbly, and weak and not worth the price they charge.

I have been going to Nail Boutique since they opened back up post Covid shut down. Nail Boutique is the best. Online appointment booking, super clean, and a very peaceful atmosphere. I have fully enjoyed every experience. Nail Boutique is not intimidating, Jackie does a great job explaining everything and her staff are all above and beyond helpful. I love having Theresa do my nails, she is very gentle and always suggesting cute ideas for my nails. I actually enjoy getting out of the house to get my nails done here..which has not been my experience at other spots in the area.

Sat in a chair for 40 minutes after I was told to sit down and did not receive service. When the front lady asked what I was doing I asked when I would receive services, she pointed to the male tech and he said’” I’m not doing her nails”. Terrible service and rude customer service.

I have always had great pedicures here, but today was not good. Had a male in a red Aeropostale shirt. He set timers for everything, felt rushed, painful for filing and massage. Toenails look half painted. I arrived for a 4:00 appt and waited 30 minutes to be in a chair. After 10-15 minutes pedicure was started and I was in my car at 5:22 after waiting for nails to dry. I’ll go back but will make sure it’s not him!

I got my nails done here Aug 14 and loved it. The front desk was not only helpful but informative. After having my nails for about almost 3 weeks now the color is still vibrant. A few of the have cracked off but I have a hands on job so I am surprised they lasted as long as they did!! 4/5 stars because of my pedicure. The color is a little sheer but the massage was great! Will be back again!

My acrylic set is HORRIFIC. The tech used the wrong powder and my white color is yellow, the shape is horrible and the powder is thick. The manager or whoever she is, only offered me an additional 5% off with the option to come back later and fix it. But she only offered me the additional 5% off AFTER she swiped my card for the full amount. I will NEVER come back here and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone

I ended up at Nail Boutique after receiving recommendations on Facebook and let me just say they are so amazing! Jackie, the owner, was so meticulous and made sure everything went well!! The young man and lady who did my nails and pedicure were so so great and took their time on every step. The products were natural and safe which made everything that much better!!I highly recommend Nail Boutique and will definitely be back!!

The first time I went here I was very pleased with the service I received, it was amazing how tentative and nice they were. However the second time I was not treated well by the man who did my manicure, and I paid for the package the included an arm massage and I didn’t receive one. The whole experience made me so uncomfortable that I won’t go back, he was mean to me even though he cut me 3 times! . It’s a shame cause the place is beautiful and clean.

Felt very disrespected I respect everyones time . No tech I schedule someone could of called me but there was tech for 3 girls who came after me humm pretty strange but ok. IThe issue is why was I not contacted no tech will not be available. I booked 2 days before I work overnight I got up early for this appointment . Just want to know why I didnt get a call but got a confirm text? I set and waited 30 mins she could of said that when I got there and I would gave reschedule. Just communication is key

First time going to this place it was very clean, the people that work there were so sweet! My friend brought me, he comes once a week and he breaks the employees arms when he comes because he’s feet need a lot of work. I feel bad for the people that work here. Overall this place is amazing!

We both had the same type of pedicure done but they didnt do the same work . We are going back to a place we have used before. Let me tell you what he didnt get. They used a tool for getting dead skin off my feet but not on him. They also let him sit just in water without the spa feeling. It was after he sat for 10 mins because I was done first. We did not finish at the same time. My person didnt even get the dead skin off around my toes. Also his person did a foot massage my did not. It was not worth the 100 we paid. We were not done at the same time

***LENGTHY REVIEW***I have been to this Nail Salon I want to say at least 4 times.Each time customer service was amazing and was definitely worth the price that you pay.As of today I will NOT be using this salon any longer.I set an appointment for 12:30 and was not seen until almost 2 p.m. and we were told that it would only be a 10 minute wait because they have people who arrived late to their appointment and they were short staff.Because the service has been phenomenal in the past we had no problem waiting but when 10 minutes turned to a hour my partner started to get very upset especially considering the fact that we were going to be spending well over $100 for the services.So when I started to receive my pedicure and my partner still was not being serviced she decided to leave the establishment and I could not blame her especially since we were told the person who was going to be working on her was almost done and when we looked over the person was starting on a different customer who had arrived in the pedicure chair after us.At this point I am very upset because this was supposed to be the start of a fun date day that turned into me getting my service alone because the salon wants to take on more customers than they can handle as of now.If they were properly staffed today would have not been an issue so until they have the right amount of staff I advise not coming to them unless you are willing to wait well over a hour and be given false expectations on timeframes.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Been looking for a good nail salon to go to since I moved to the area 2 years ago & hadn’t found one until Nail Boutique opened. My girls & I have been waiting for COVID restrictions to lift & have been so anxious to get our nails done, but weary of going out in public too much. NB eased our fear of being out in public. The salon is super clean and they take all the precautions when it comes to the health of their customers! I’m super picky about my nails and Kelly did an awesome job. We truly enjoyed our experience with Nail Boutique and everyone made us feel so genuinely welcome. We have definitely found our new go-to salon!

Absolutely fantastic! The owner, Jackie, is super sweet and is taking COIVD seriously. I really appreciated how she cared not only about the clients, but the staff too. The service was excellent 1.5 hours of pure bliss. Highly recommend this nail salon.

I wish I could say better things about the salon but as it was my second visit today I know I’m not coming back. The lady at the front is very informative and educated on nail design, unfortunately I left the salon today feeling like my $200 was a waste. My nail tech was very nice but messed up design and tried to fix it the best she could. Asked to cut my cuticles ( didn’t happen) nail color or whatever it is looks terrible and stuck to my fingers and around my nails. Would not recommend.

I went to nail boutique with my sister on the day before my wedding for manis and pedis. The salon is beautifully decorated and such a nice place. Cleaning and procedures were great. They were so quick and efficient while doing a beautiful job. We both walked out very pleased with our nails. My dip powder mani looks amazing more than a week later. Thank you for making it a special time for us!

They took their time and made sure that every detail was perfect! They are very welcoming and kind to everyone!

Its very clean, the staff is friendly and attentive. and the massage chairs are plush and make the whole experience even more relaxing. My new favorite nail salon.

I had an amazing pedicure here. I had an ingrown nail, it was hurting me. Theresa cut it out with minimum hurting. She is amazing. I will go back again and I will recommend her.

This place is great! My husband and I booked mani/pedis on Saturday and there were tons of couples there as well! I think there should be some sort of couples package since it seems like a popular place. The mani/pedis were great and the owner was very sweet and checked in on us frequently. Highly recommend.

Everyone is so friendly! I only had an hour to return back to work and Jerry did an amazing job on my pedicure! Very quick and gave a great foot massage.

Everyone was very nice but did not offer me anything to drink like water. Very clean It was loud in there.
