I will not be back. I requested dipped manicure and regular polish pedicure with matching colors. I was told I only needed to pick one color number from the samples. I am new to dipped nails so didn’t know that was wrong. When the work was almost done I had two completely different colors. Again… new to dipped so I didn’t realize they were doing it wrong. The solution proposed was to paint over my fingernails with a different color in gel, then “come back in a week when it chips.” That makes no sense. Ultimately, the technician filed a little more and changed the color on my fingernails. However, she was clearly annoyed so she kept hitting the skin on my fingers with the filing drill. I pointed out that my fingers were bleeding multiple times and she kept saying, “you have very thin skin.” So, I left with correct nail color and 6 fingers with broken skin. Several days later, my fingers still hurt. Not the relaxing service I expected and I paid a lot of money to leave with damaged skin. I feel like this was also very unsanitary. I hope she cleaned my blood off the drill before using on the next customer. I posted a pic of one hand with cuts circled. One finger is starting to look infected.

My tech, Tammy, was so nice and a perfectionist, which I appreciate! I had a regular manicure. Then I had my brows and lip waxed. They did my five year old’s nails for $7! They were so kind and understanding of a young child having to wait for mommy to finish her nails. Long was a gem! He redid a nail that was smeared during waxing with no problem. I highly recommend Glee Nail Bar. We will be returning!

Ive been going here for over 4 months now. And Ive never been disappointed.. I always book my appointments in advance and even if I need a last min appointment or Im late to my appointment because of traffic they are very understandable. I highly recommend this salon. I wouldnt go anywhere else

I love going to Glee. My dip powder nails always look fantastic. I also get a pedicure. Always pleased with the pedicure as well. Havent been disappointed so far. Never have to wait either.

DO NOT GO TO GLEE FOR DIP POWDER, only come here for basic manicure and pedicure polish. I was having a tough time trying to figure out what nail salon I should go to in Allen and I finally decided Glee would be my go-to, but my latest experience was horrible. I walked to my car and started crying, because of how BAD my nails look. I got tips + a multicolor dip powder and they came out LUMPY and with foreign objects stuck in my nail, so now I have to go pay another $60+ somewhere else to get them fixed. Seriously, go somewhere else if youre getting nexgen/dip powder. The workers are nice, the nails are bad. I wont be returning to Glee.

Not going to glee anymore. This makes me so sad. I have been going to glee nails since they opened. They were always super friendly, professional, fast and did an amazing job. Something happened. The management changed and all the great regular girls left.I was there for 2 hours for a mani pedi.They charged me incorrectly. And hunted me down to my car to get charged again!My sweet daughter asked for a simple flower design and ended up with what looks like a fried egg. Not happy.Have to look for a new place.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The manager here is awful. Absolutely awful. I wanted a basic pink to white ombré and the owner tried to charge $75 for this simple set of nails (not long, no special shape) because THEY messed up and didn’t understand what I wanted and had to fix it. I left with my nails not done, because they wanted to overcharge me to FIX my nails that THEY messed up. My friend got a very similar set, but longer and a special coffin shape and they only charged her $60. Get a new manager, they’re costing you business.

They are the best! I come here every 2 weeks and my nails are always amazing. The service is great and I cant say enough about these two. They are so sweet and do amazing jobs. I will continue to come here as long as they are here :)

Took my girl here to get her nails done and she loved the final product. The associates were not only extremely kind to her, but they were sweet to me as well. They were patient with her choices and listened to her personal preferences. Shes really looking forward to coming back again.

I go here at least once a month and always recommend this salon to my friends. Usually I asked for whoever is the best and the front desk always places me with the right person. They also have an app where you can earn points for your service. Highly recommend that! I am always offered something to drink as well, which I appreciate. I love how the owner always comes by and greets me and all the other customers. The customer service is great.

Super cute nail salon! The nail techs are really sweet too. I got a regular pedi and a gel mani with flakes and chrome design. I super love my nails!! What I liked the most is that the nail samples actually have designs on them so you can just pick a design or go with the classic solid color. They have lots of designs and colors to pick from. I was also able to get a same day appointment on a Friday evening!!!!!!! You can book through online and get a response pretty quickly. Im definitely coming back!

I recently took my little sister there, I have bubbles under the finish I didn’t want glitter and I told him specifically I wanted to try a new shape and he didn’t listen and went with my normal shape. I let that go because maybe for all I know I would have not liked the new shape anyway my sister got a pedicure and they looked fine till I got home and her big toe paint came off, she wasn’t picking at it or scrapped it against anything. I have had 60 dollar nails and been fine with that price when they look worth it. These are not worth 60, especially when I said I didn’t want certain things.

I have been here a few times now and Im really crazy with my nails and generally have to settle on a design with most places. The lady I worked with today was okay but I am very disappointed because I asked her to clean it up and make the design match and she told me she wasnt able to get everything even because designs are hard I just dont understand why you would tell a customer you cant do your job because its too difficult after we had already settled on a simpler design. Paid $140 to just be disappointed in the end.

Ive gotten my nails done three times in the past two months by Patrick, who is incredibly patient, gentle, and kind despite my problematic nails and particular taste. Parking is easy and free despite its busy surroundings, and a free bottle of water is provided when you walk in the door. Ive been to many nail techs around town - this is among the best and I consider myself very lucky!

Beautiful spa. The lady that did my nails (gel) was soooo harsh when removing them. She scrape my nail completely low and they are so weak they are completely chipping now.

The manager was incredible! Go see my girl and get your feet lookin right! Okay? She took her time with my pedicure and took extra time for my special requests I had for her. I appreciated her energy and her attention to detail with my pedicure to the cut, the amount of pressure she used on my feet. Ugh bless her soul. She gives a bomb massage too, lemme tell you!!! The place is clean, and so nicely decorated. Staff was efficient, friendly, and very professional. Down the street from my crib too, I couldnt beat that!

Been going to the owner for about 4 months now her work never fails to impress me! Shes super passionate with her work and does any design you want plus shes fast! Ive always been very specific and picky with my nails and she SLAYS every time. I always did acrylic nails but she introduced me to Dipping nails which is healthier and lasts 10x longer! My sister and I came here to get our nails done as I have wedding to go to this weekend. The girls at the salon were so sweet and helpful picking out colors and styles. I went for gilded in gold and my sister got the cat eye gels - both came out so well but the cat eye gel is just so cool. Ill definitely be coming back and getting the cat eye gel in the future!

Been here twice and Ive enjoyed it both times! Its hard for me to find a place thats consistently good so Im hoping this is my new go-to place. I was coming in town for a business trip and desperately needed my nails done on a Saturday evening. I called on Friday and unfortunately they could only squeeze me in for one service (hands or feet) because they were booked. I arrived and didnt have to wait, despite the place being busy. Had a wonderful experience getting a new full set of tips, acrylic and gel paint by Loan at Glee!The space was clean and inviting, service people and techs all were friendly. They offered a wide selection of nail services at reasonable prices.Loan was fabulous. I asked her to be extremely gentle for the removal of my acrylics - and she was; old acrylic expertly soaked/filed off! No painful peeling... (my natural nails are thin to nonexistent)She also is quite fast and accurate!She consulted with me on techniques and answered my questions as I am doing my own nails now, typically. She was pleasant to speak with- and her work speaks for itself! She made beautiful coffin shaped, color: Funny Bunny nails. No cuts/scratches around my cuticles. :)The acrylics are thin and strong!She did say nex gen is the thing to do but wasnt pushy and took pride in her work and techniques!It felt REALLY GOOD for the nail technician to LISTEN and ACCOMMODATE the client. This place will definitely be my new go to! My 4 year old and I came today for our first time! Her nail tech Amanda was sooo sweet and patient with her. She has trouble remembering to keep her fingers straight. Amanda had no problem touching her nails up every time. My techs were awesome as well. They did a fabulous job and were super sweet! I also really like the wax job I got! Even the receptionist was super sweet! Also Id like to note that they opened brand new tools for both of us. Which spoke measures on the cleanliness of the place. This place is incredible and I would definitely give more than 5 stars if I was able.

My favorite place in town for nails almost for a year. They have incredible massage while you are having your nails done. Its amazing!

Such a nice place. I love how they accommodate you with two technicians (for example: when I go for a mani/pedi they give you two techs at the same time, one for your hands and one for your feet.) I love this! It honestly makes things quicker in a way. Sometimes I want to get my nails done and a pedicure but Im limited on time, this works perfectly for me. Everyone is very friendly as well.

Kayla did an incredible job with my Nexgen! She took a great deal of care trimming my cuticles and listened to what I wanted before starting. My previous manicurist had filed my nails down to tiny nubs but Kayla made sure to preserve the elongated shape. She was so patient with me, even when I brushed my hair aside and she had to re-coat two of my nails.

I was in the area and needed to get my nails done. I went on a Thursday weekday and roughly around 3pm. I called the salon first to see what the wait time would be and the manager said there would be no wait. She was right. As soon as we had checked in, she already had three chairs ready for my sister, her boyfriend and I. I would go back again just to do my feet again.

I decided to try this nail salon because I was dissatisfied with my old regular place. When I went there it was clean stylish and Emily took great care of me and my nails look awesome. She was fast and it did not hurt at all.

When I moved to town last year I was in search of a new nail shop since the one I used to visit wasnt convenient for me anymore and my regular nail tech wasnt available. After trying about 4-5 different nail shops I ran across this place when I did a search on Google. They are very attentive and even though they stay busy they make sure that you are accommodated while you wait. Would even give this establishment 6 stars if I could!!!!

After many Years Im not getting my nails done. I was looking on Google for reviews of nail salons, and I found nails and more. They had excellent reviews. Today was my first visit, and I brought my daughter along with me for her first visit. It was amazing doing a full set on me, and doing a gel French manicure. Other lady was excellent with my daughter getting her a gel manicure and doing a nail design on her nails. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and clean Salon. I play guitar so have to keep my fingernails trimmed close. I always did it myself until I went to glee. They now keep my nails looking great. Its the only place I’ll go - even drive there from Fort Worth. I enjoy the atmosphere and the people are all pleasant. Very clean and use the sanitation solutions. Absolutely enjoy and look forward to being pampered by the gals there.

I am truly impressed with Glee Nail Bar and Spa!! I had been going with the same lady for 10 years. However, she moved away,so that meant my daughters and I had to search for a new place. Also, we are new to Allen,so I basically started researching. I have to say, ratings alone,helped my decision to try Glee!! I am very happy we did,Ivy was the first impression, which she made it comfortable. Then Cindy worked on my daughters nails. Cindy did exactly what my daughter wanted, just by looking at the picture my daughter provided. I also set an appointment, and Cindy did exactly what I wanted as well. I live out of state and saw GLEE Nail Bar & Spa from the road. I stopped in to get my nails done for a wedding. No one comes close to what Emily did for me! She did the pink & white dip. My nails looked just as good 3 weeks later as the day she did them! What are the chances of finding the best salon when youre from out of town? If I could fly back every month, I would! I will definitely go back next time Im in Allen, TX! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and the salon was clean, neat, organized, relaxing and very professional.

I went here to get my nails done for a relatives wedding, and that was on Sept 25th. Im writing the review now because its nearly been a month and these nails have not budged (except new growth obvi). I am very satisfied with my nails; I got nexgen with acrylic tips and a pedicure. The only thing I might complain about is after about 3 days my white polish on my toes did start to crack and chip - never had that happen before. Other than that my experience was great; I got the over the moon pedi and it was AMAZING! The lady doing my toes opened a fresh package of cuticle cutters, callus remover, toe nail clippers, etc....that was new for me which I loved! I highly recommend this salon and I will be going back when I can.

Beverly did a fantastic job on my American and was very gentle but effective on fixing my damaged cuticles! The atmosphere is very upbeat and open in style, not at all stuffy like most nail salons I end up at. Worth every cent.

So I had my nails done here almost two weeks ago. Right before we went on lockdown I went to another nail shop and had my nails dipped for the first time. The nails lasted from March til the end of April no lifting or anything so as soon as we opened I went here to get my nails dipped a week a a couple days later one nail lifted almost two weeks later three other nails lifted so granted I’m confused if I go to one shop to get my nails dipped and it lasted a month and two weeks and here it doesn’t even make it to two weeks what is going on. It took me a hard tome to get the dip off during quarantine but these new nails are popping off like pop candy. I’m over it

I drive 35 minutes to come to this nail salon. I don’t have bad experiences at the other many nail spas that I pass to come to this one. The difference is that expectations are exceeded at this salon, the people are kind and the service is exceptional. Love this place!

I believe I have found my new go-to spot to get my hands and feet done. I was out running errands last week and decided to reward myself with a mani pedi. After doing some quick searching in google, I decided to drive a block away, I walked in on Saturday in the middle of the afternoon. they looked fairly busy but were able to get me taken care of. I only waited a few minutes before they showed me to a chair and offered me a drink. I didnt lose any pieces of skin in the process and at no point was was anything painful. I definitely coming back here again.

I loved my experience here! David did my nexgen and Han did my pedicure. David was very meticulous with my nexgen and always asked me if I liked the shape. I’m definitely going to ask for him next time. Han did great as well and was taking her time. Love this place and I will be back!!

Inside the nail bar is bright and clean and very modern. I immediately noticed the bar and drink menu. I mean I was really impressed with the list of complimentary drinks on the menu. I chose a diet coke but I would appreciate this bar on a long day :)

I am in love with this nail spa. Its is the perfect name to describe the experience. After one wreck of a manicure at other Nails salons, and two failed attempts to get a chair at a highly rated nearby nail shop, I am glad that my search brought me to this place.

I am so happy I found this place. I was referred by my cousin. I love how clean this place is. They have covers for the foot tub and throw away after each person. Also that they use sterilized everything- it comes in one of those medical wrap things. I am very picky when it comes to my feet and they do AMAZING job every time!! I recommend this place to everyone!

This nail salon was clean with a nice environment. However, the service rendered was not satisfactory. Pedicure wasn’t the right length of time and nail polish was smudged by the salon employee twice before finishing the service.
