Although the wait can be long of you’re a walk-in, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Susan is so sweet and always delivers on designs when I show her a picture. They truly take care of you.

Julie for nails, Dalen for pedicure! Get the *GOOD* pedicure. It’s like $70 bucks or so but completely worth it in every way. My nails and toes always look AMAZING when I leave and the nails last forever! Love this salon 🤍

OMG! Best Nextgen nail service I’ve ever received! My nails weren’t too thick they were perfect and looked very natural. Also my sides of my nails were filed perfectly! Amy did an Amazing job! I also had the Sunkissed pedicure! Best pedicure I’ve had in a long time. She didn’t rush. She took her time and cleaned up my cuticles! Amanda did an Amazing job! All the ladies are very friendly. The place is clean and nice! I highly recommend this shop!

Walked in and was looked up and down by the man I the front. When I asked for services he huffed and asked the technicians if they WANTED to help me. He then said no sorry were booked you need to make an appointment. I will not ever return here.

12/29/20 3:35pm .. This was my first visit to the salon and upon entering I was not greeted by any of the techs. After standing at the front desk for nearly 10 mins a nail tech asked, Can I help you ? I responded by stating the services needed and she said, We cant help you. We are busy. Mind you, there were only 5 clients in the salon and approximately 6 nail techs. Awful experience .... A.W.F.U.L

This is the best place I have ever gotten my nails done at! They make you feel comfortable and not weird or out of place. Their work is immaculate and well worth the money. Very clean establishment! Call in before even as a walk-in and they will squeeze you in!

Walked in for a manicure at 7:20 PM to get a basic manicure, and was told No come back tomorrow! Very unprofessional and the business hours are 10-8pm.

Suzanne did my nails today and they are beautiful also everyone in the nail salon is very friendly and welcoming most definitely will come back if I’m visiting this area. The selection of nail colors are endless. Thanks for the awesome job today.

This salon is the best I’ve been to in Allen. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The manicurists are focused and great at what they do. I highly recommend them.

The nail service was terrible they told me 20 minutes and they took 40 minutes to start doing my nails. The lady she was working on before me took forever and when service finally came to me she did not wash her hands after working on feet which who knows what kind of germs i have now, very unsanitary place, also they had 20% off all services but when they took it off it was still expensive for my price range this was my first time coming here and the other place i went to was only $25 for acrylic, but this place was around $30-35 which is not in my price range and i will not be coming back for these reasons and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I would NEVER come back here, again!!! These people cannot do nails!! The first time I went there, they said, hey...you try new nail, its better for you. So, I did. I was convinced that it was better for my nails, and it was only about $5 more. So, I tried the A.C.N. nails. 4 days later, my nails started popping off. I went back, and they fixed it for free, after me pleading with them that it WASNT MY fault. So, days went on. Yup, another 4 days, they started popping off, again!! I went back and they took the remaining 3 nails that I did have on, off. I decided to begin the process of the shellac nails that I love so much because that is the best thing for your nails, in my opinion. (Granted, this whole process is for my moms wedding in 3 more days, so I now have to find another nail salon)I called them just a few moments ago to tell them that my shellac gel is peeling off and I wasnt happy at ALL and I wanted either them to fix it or refund my money because this is ridiculous. He started yelling at me in Vietnamese and told me that it was MY fault and told me that I was playing a game with him. I told him that I was simply wanting my nails to stay on and I would assume that the products that you use will WORK and I dont have to come back every 4-5 days!!! I mean, any other nail salon that I have been to, my nails have lasted me at LEAST TWO WEEKS!!!! This is so ridiculous!!!! I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!! My friends and family will know that this place completely sucks and they dont know how to use their own products!! If they did, my nails would have stayed on!!!!!

Best place ever! Ive been w Amy for almost 2 years now when they were at another nail place and I love them can’t complain at all ! Service is awesome, the staff & owners are super nice, very clean environment !

They got me right in and did my nails while I was getting my pedicure without me asking. Will return soon. Nail color selection quite slim though.

The new owner (guy) is great! But the ladies that work there were talking about everyone there and thought I was not able to understand! The she asked about my nationality of course I replied. When she realized that I heard those ladies talking about how ugly my hand was she got really uncomfortable and quiet. Not only was it me but they were making fun of the customer (who was slightly over weight) drinking the XL large Starbucks cup! 😠And she talked about the ladies toes and how her nail was not nice etc!!!!Another lady walked in and my lady said some mean things.Don’t think I would go back here the owner is nice but the ladies there are pretty bad.

They did really good the first time I went. The 2nd time, they didn’t last long at all. Started popping off randomly.

Only place I’ll go to. Julie is great as usual. I refer all my coworkers and friends to her.

The technician I received didnt take all my nail polish off from the previous pedicure. I had to tell him to finish removing (and of course they started talking about me in their mother tongue, then told me to relax in English). Service was super slow and did the pedicure like he was working on glass. Also paid for callus removal and was not completely removed.

So loved our visit to Perfect Ten. My daughter had NextGen nails done by Julie and I had the most fabulous pedi by Kim. The best pedi I’ve ever had!!! Highly recommend!

My last experience was great, Amy did my nails and the results came out how i wanted them to be. my nails also lasted for a long time, i wouldn’t definitely come back!!
