My wife, Lori, has gone to Classy Nails for years. She has found them to be professional, courteous, and friendly. We talked about going somewhere else closer to where we live, but she always goes back. It’s worth the drive. Now I go in for manicures and pedicures. It’s healthy for my hands and feet. We recommend Classy Nails.

I love Classy Nails and have been coming here since 2006. I shopped around for a great nail place when I moved to Allen and picked this one. There is never a chemical odor like so many nail places have. Always clean and service is great.

Amy helped me today and I really was able to relax and also enjoy her company. My toes and fingers look great! The stone massage was awesome 👌

Nice salon. Small, prices are okay, though cheaper across town. Cant beat it for convenience and friendliness though! I get my nails done around once a month here.

My nails look nice, but I’m not sure I’ll ever come back. I asked for a manicure, but I basically only got the nail color and tips (I have very short nails)She started putting the tips on, and I asked if she was going to do my cuticles. “I do that after.”So she completely finished my nails with the nexgen, and then used the GRINDER on my cuticles. So the cuticles still look REALLY bad. But the nails are on and done already, so they can’t be fixed.I have NEVER been to a nail salon where they don’t cut and push your cuticles back FIRST.So my nails look nice from far away. But up close? Nope.

I had high hopes for the service here. My nails began chipping 2 days after I got them done. By the time I had time to get back to the salon, the technician says that it will cost $35 for them to fix their own sloppy work.If you can go anywhere else, you should!

My pedi was awesome and much needed. My only complaint was that the tech I had needs to learn to polish nails better. Everything else was amazing especially the hot stone massage!UPDATE!!!The next day after getting my pedi I got a better look at my polish and it was horrible. It was splotchy and it wasnt fully covered nail wall to nail wall! While the actual pedi was good I dont really trust them with the polish which is a pretty important part to me! This is why my rating dropped to 3 stars.

One of the best place I have been to. I cant believe I have been missing the place the whole time while it not very far away from where I live. Everything went perfectly today. Came in and left with the result that I can not ask for more. Techs are very nice and professional. The lady was vocal enough that I felt very comfortable and relaxed and I had no problem explaining to her what I wanted to be done. They use good quality products and beautiful colors. Price is very reasonable. I will be coming here for many more times, and you should too !!

One of a few businesses that I actually appreciate. They care about their customers experience and they go the distance to accommodate their customers need. Sanitation is a big plus as I could see them clean up and sanitize their tools and equipment after every use. Their techs are nice and knowledgeable. They took their time to take care of every tiny detail and did not try to skip any steps. My nails turned out perfect with an awesome design, beautiful coat and perfect shaping and length. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended !!!

These ladies are so awesome!! They remember me every time I come in, and they do a great job on any service provided. Their customer service is unmatched! Can’t beat that!

One of my favorite nails salon. Came here a lot whenever i need to get my nails done and they never fails me. Customer service is just top knot, all of them are so nice and friendly to us customers. Techs are well trained and they work diligently as well. Also creative because i really satisfy with the designs every time. A place to keep in mind guys

Visited Classy Nails today  for a pedicure and shellac manicure. Terrific experience! Very friendly, experienced staff. The salon has a very relaxing atmosphere. A clean interior as well as fair prices. Would highly recommend!

I can not believe they do such an amazing job for such a great steal!! I love their color selections. Their nudes colors are just amazing selection to choose from. I think that the salon itself is very clean and spacious. I like the atmosphere very nice, and the amazing tech who did my pedicure. was TERRIFIC! Recommend

Wow I can not believe they took me in still after coming in so late or close to their closing time. I am very impressed with their service. Still taking taking their time with me and not trying to rush me out the salon. They were so helpful and so kind. I really like the staff here they are amazing. Highly recommend if you are around the area to come here.

The young lady did a great job on my shellac very careful and precise! The prices are good too.Great massages! Nails look fabulous. Nice ladies and they dont keep up a lot of noise. Prices are decent. Will definitely be going back.

I love my visits to Classy Nails & Spa. Everyone is so nice and the place is always clean. Ann does my nails and Julie does my toes. They do a great job, so friendly. Very sweet ladies. They treat you like family. I have never had a bad or negative experience there.

Ive been going to Classy Nails since I moved to this area in 2006 and have never had a bad experience. They are very busy toward the end of the week and on weekends, but still take the time to provide a relaxing experience and a good outcome. Most of the people who come in while Im there are clearly regulars, so I think they have a large group of regular clients. It is always scrupulously clean and there are never chemical odors, which are so prevalent in some of the other area salons.

They offer a range selection of colors to choose freely, and often update new trend, new color. The products are from famous brand. Staff is incredible. I appreciate what they do for my nails. Highly recommend!

My older sister told me about this place the other day and I decided to give this place a try. My first impression is just amazing! Best salon Ive been to in awhile. Its very clean and the ladys here are very nice and friendly. So, I got a manicure and when it was my time one of the ladys came for me. I sat at her station and she started working on my nails. Not once did she pierce my skin while removing my cuticles and she did a very good job reshaping my nails. After she was done, I was very pleased with her services! My nails came out looking very good and pretty. My sister was totally right about this place, like always. Ill definitely be coming back here again in the future!

I cannot recommend Classy Nails salon highly enough. The girls here are so lovely and make me feel so welcomed and really pampered. I would never go anywhere else again. The shop has such a nice atmosphere It is really amazing the things they do for such a great price!

I just found this wonderful place! Had the most relaxing pedicure with massage and hot rocks, beautiful serene music playing, quiet, laid back massaging chair...everything spotless and clean. Ask for Chi, she is great!

I called to make an appointment. They were very nice on the phone. Once I showed for my appointment they greeted me very friendly. They were very quick to help me out. I got my nails fill done by Cindy. She was sweet, quiet she try to up-sale me in to NEXGEN Product she explained the benefits of the product and the pros in relation with regular acrylic . I said next time and she say OK when you be ready I will do it for you. She wasnt upset neither too pushy I was impress. The ending result was great and price was excellent. I am relocating here to Allen,Tx from Florida. And I have to say that nails must be a great income here because Ive try 3 different places so far in the last 2 months and they were very pricey, pushy and the overall work not so good for what I paid. I recommend Classy Nails to everybody that wants a great job in peace and done in a professional & relaxing environment. Ill be back in 2 wk.

I just love my pedicure! I absolutely love the job they do and the atmosphere of the place. They are all very friendly. At other nail salons, I felt rushed and I do not feel that way here. And if you dont like something, they will fix it. They ask you before they do anything!

This place was horrible! I planned a mother daughter day to get a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was mediocre and the shellac manicure was terrible. Not only was I bleeding from the roughness of the manicure, the French tips were all different sizes and smeared. I advised the nail tech that I was not happy and I wanted her to fix my nails. She proceeded to tell me my nails looked fine to her. I was appalled at the lack of customer service, I gave her an opportunity to fix the problem instead I received an attitude. I had enough and gave her two options after she said I still had to pay for the manicure. I told her to redo my nails completely or I would not give her a dime for the manicure. Needless to say I left and went to Fairview Nail Spa to get my nails redone. If you care about quality and good customer service NEVER use Classy Nails. If I could give them 0 stars I would however it is not an option.

OMG THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!! I had a facial, eyebrows waxed & a pedicure & Id have to say this is one of the best places Ibe been to in a LONG time. Place is very clean & everyone that works there is VERY NICE & very attentive to what you are wanting. Cant say enough great things about my 2 hours hours I spent there being pampered!!

Ive been going here many years and today may be my last. Had gel mani and the salon lady filed my nails off in the quick, sides short or one side (of all of them), and then painted my skin and cuticles!! It looked like I painted them left-handed. My fingers are so sore and look horrible. They will have to grow out a couple of weeks before I can go elsewhere and get them fixed!! So disappointed because I have enjoyed this place!! (Seasoned tech too!!!)

The technician who did my nails was rude and made faces when I asked her to do my cuticles gently. What I was afraid of the same thing happened. She was buffing my nails so hard that she scratched my fingers on both hands. It was so painful and when I complained to the manager she said it will get better in 2 days. I wish they had better customer service. I won’t visit this place again.

Been going here for years and have tried many other places and I always keep coming back to Classy! Highly reccomend it to all of my friends and family! Everyone is like family and treat you the same!

Even though i had to correct the nail tech a few times. They fix the problem with out any hassle or extra charge like other salons. They did a wonderful job on my frech pedi. I didnt feel rushed. They took their time and efficiently took care of other customer at Classy Nails.

They are extremely nice buuuut they cant do nails at all. Took 3 ppl to do my nails and they still look a mess. Just a waste of time and money.

Puchased a manicure and facial as a surprise for my wife while she was out running erands. They cut her feet and the overall experience was not as relaxing as I hoped it would be for her. The lady also kept trying to pressure my wife to buy more services on my card. Gentlemen I do not suggest buying any services from there for your lady.

Horrible if you want destroy your nails go to this place a medium age lady was so rude they just trying to make money they careless about customer, I come in because I was around there but normally I have a place where I take care my nails, but I learned never go to any nice looking place, first I walked in behind me a mom and daughter they want both many and pedi, even when I go in first they try to put me behind, and I told them so they seat me, at the same time with the other 2 persons, and then took 35 minutes before they come but before thatBecause took so long other two left, the ladie who not even started with me saw them, run to the parking to convince them to comeBack inside and they will be first any way they say not she come back to me I ask for refill she said no you need full set, not even ask mePut the expensive one, I ask cut them small but no extra small, started working 2 of my fingers started bleeding on the top because how short she make the, she used so much polish my nails look fake like no way, I told her so she started for 1 1/2 hour trying to make them look more natural, when I cuticles time came she just rushed the machine so deep not care, not attention at all, she put to much glue so now nail are gone with my real nail, they completely destroyed my nail, now I can even go and redoing it, because some of the polish still I can take it off due to excessive material she put on my finger, soooooo painful on corner bleeding on the corner of my nails. Im very easygoing but this place just need go out business or change personal I dont think that lady even know how to do nails, they of course charge you expensive for such ugly experience, dont go to this place or you will be ending having to wait to redone you nails like me.

Needed a last minute manicure and they kept trying to sell me different services my bill was outrageous for just a mani pedi definently make sure you tell them what you do and dont want before they take it upon themselves to do it for you and charge you up!!! I honestly wont ever even go back again
