This Allstate office is the best insurance office I’ve ever encountered. I rave about my insurance with Allstate to anyone who will listen. They go over and above. A+++ to the entire team.

We were shopping for better Home insurance and Allstate was able to give us a better rate and better perks. We didnt have A Strong Home Insurance in the Past & Had Received Severe Hail Damage. We decided to be ready this Year with A Stronger Company. We are treated like Family every time we have A Question. We recommend Highly if you Bundle Insurance.

Someone always answers the phone and usually that same person is able to answer the questions I have. Good service in general

I have had a horrible experience with this company. A month after closing, they CHANGED my square footage amount with NO NOTIFICATION or confirmation by me or any sort of documentation. This is FRAUD. When asked who made this change and based on what legal documentation they had to support this, they couldnt answer me and stopped responding to emails. After hounding them by phone, they couldnt give me a straight answer and said the info they had was from Texas CAD. LIES! I sent them a screenshot of the correct sq ft I bought my home with at closing. They had no verifiable proof to make this change. When I asked if I would be refunded that amount, they said NO. I canceled my insurance 2 weeks ago, still have not received confirmation of a cancellation or a reimbursement of my escrow that already went out to them. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, they are weasels trying to SCAM their customers. I would not be this upset if they had dealt with this in the appropriate professional way by GETTING BACK TO ME and actually responding to their customers upsets. Instead they have avoided me. As a small business owner myself, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. I will be making a fraud complaint in regards to this.

Very happy with assistance for my insurance needs. I was able to increase my renters insurance with no problems. The service was great. Tammy Schriver was very helpful and knowledgeable. Wish all my contacts was this helpful.

The office staff is extremely weak when asked to correct or explain issues. They seem to operate with a corporate script that does not include actually listening to the comments or questions from a client. By speaking to an agent with a completely different carrier, I was able to obtain better coverage, while saving 20 percent and ensured I was not forced into accepting and being charged for insurance services that were completely unnecessary.

Has been a long time since I have encountered such great customer service and care.

I absolutely love allstate they have been completely honest, and my rate is amazing. I have home insurance through them and I love it. The agents have always treated me with respect and indivoduality, and they are the most helpful and polite people Ive ever felt with on the phone.

Tammy made a mistake on a change requested to my policy. Then they are making me jump through hoops to correct their mistake. The follow up on emails is extremely slow. I worked for Allstate in another state and I know how to do their job, and knowing they are not doing their job correct is even more frustrating. There are many agents to choose from within 5 miles of their location. Pick another agent.

Im very pleased with the results and customer service Ive been receiving from Ms.Tammy Schriver. She is an excellent employee and always returned phone calls/emails in a timely manner. Kudos to Ms. Schriver!

Please go to another agent AllState is a good company but this guy here is a bad agent! Arguably the worst customer service I have ever seen. Beware if this who your dealing with. They simply do not care about the customer! Tammy Schriver is the worst agent I have ever come across!
