This firm doesnt return phone calls - EVER, and doesnt respond to email either. They never followed through on any request and didnt follow up with any issues in play. I had a parking lot fender bender and they gave me the wrong information. I ended up managing the claim myself. That isNOT what we pay an agent. If youre looking for an agent-keep looking.

They will be happy to sell you a policy but if you need anything after that then you are on your own.Someone there elected for additional coverage on a policy I had already paid in full. I got a bill asking for more premium. No one asked me if I wanted additional coverage or not. By the time we waived the coverage it had been in place long enough for the insurance company to demand I pay additional prorated premium. Texas Independent Insurance due to their mistake is now making me pay premium for a product I never authorized them to elect.To make things worse they will not call me back. I have called several times and always talked to someone different. They always say they will look into it and call me back and they have not followed through one time. They refuse to get in contact with me by phone and they ignore my emails. They will not take responsibility for their own incompetence.The icing on the cake was when they released my personal information to roofers after a storm. Disgusting.Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. You would get better customer service from a cinder block.

Wonderful insurance office. I went in to get an insurance quote in hopes of switching away from Allstate. I was greeted by Sabrina at the front desk who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Ryan assisted me with getting all the information in order for a quote. He was very transparent and throughly explained what he was doing. I wish I would have known about this agency sooner. They are honest and get the job done.

Broker allowed policy to lapse because they couldnt be bothered to secure new policy. Tough look when you get in your own way for an easy sale.

Buyer beware. This company overcharged us. When contacted, we were told someone would look into it, but no one ever returned our many calls. Their goal appears to be to make a profit at any cost and the customer will lose out.
