Ive been able to deal the same representative from the Hansen Agency for several years now. Its nice to be able to email the same person and get a timely response to any questions.Farmers Insurance hasnt always been the cheapest when I comparison shop, but they are generally competitive. For me, responsiveness and accuracy when dealing with the agent is key, as is the claims process. Handling a claim usually happens at a stressful time; I appreciate a company that makes the process as friction-free as possible.

Dean Hansen really does care about you and your family and their insurance needs. I also know that he cares about his customers because in 23 years of being a contractor, he is the only insurance agent I have ever seen that meets the Farmers Insurance Adjuster at the customers house during a claim for their home or auto damage.
