A+What sets this State Farm franchise apart from the others, its the people! We have used Lisas franchise for all of our needs for about 10 years I believe, (or close to it) and its always a pleasure to interact with them even though it usually cost me more money :-).As mentioned, the staff is top notch and they seem to be a close nit group, thats rare in corporate America today so kudos to whoever is doing the hiring however I do need to single out one of them.........Regina W, you are nothing short of a pleasure to work with!!! You are super helpful, super kind and patient with us, (especially me) and, as you know, I always have a lot of questions but like a gracious host, you answer every one of them or send me to the proper person when needed. Thank you for all of the wonderful interactions weve had with you over the many years. I was with SF for many years, and when we closed on a new home 5 years ago, changed to Allstate due to them being much lower on homeowners. I ended up going back to SF (thank goodness) as they lowered rates. When coupled with my auto at SF, I am saving and in a much better place!The entire staff at Lisa Johnson, notably Guillermo and Regina have been awesome to work with. Prompt replies back, outstanding customer service and knowledge about our policy makes us feel appreciated. BTW, in the few years I was with Allstate, I never felt they even knew us or anything about us.Keep up the great work for the entire team at Lisa Johnsons agency!!!

Had a perfectly satisfactory experience purchasing my first policy here from Guillermo (although he did try to push other policies). The second time, I did not have a good customer experience with Guillermo. I felt like he wasnt listening to me about what I needed or wanted. He seemed more concerned with me moving a different policy to his office than selling me the policy I was asking for. I took my business elsewhere. I have not had any interaction with Lisa Johnson herself and cannot comment on working with her.Response: I did not want the discount the underwriting rules didnt allow. I just wanted a regular policy. This is why I said I wasnt being heard about what I wanted.

I been with Lisa for a longtime but I guess things are changing. Watch out when they tell you how much money that will be deducted out of your account. I was told they were going to take out so much out of my checking account for that month and the following month which was incorrect it was more then I was told. The office needs to communicate with there customers alot more!

Met Lisa when she came to the ground breaking of our company site 10 years ago when she was on the Allen Chamber of Commerce. She is always available for consultation and knows her insurance. Importantly she is a people person and addresses your issues as if they were her issues.

When our son died in an auto accident, Lisa went out of her way to help my wife and myself. She even volunteered to clean out his vehicle. We could have not ask for more from anyone. As long as Lisa Johnson has a State Farm agency, I am a customer.
