This was my first time visiting here but the ladies that work here were great. They were nice and courteous, fast and did an awesome job.

I got gel nails here for the first time last week. I didn’t like how they turned out but I didn’t say anything cause I was in a rush. I went back 4 days later and a technician named Mimi came to me and I told her I want my nails redone. I was afraid they were gonna have an attitude and be rude which I had experienced at other salons. She was very nice, professional, and understanding. She immediately took care of me. The same technician did my nails but she did way better this time. My nails turned out really nice! Glad I found a nice nail salon with great customer service. I will be coming back soon and bring my sister and friends as well. Thank you! 😊

Made appointments for this past Sunday with my friend and had very nice relaxing and thorough spa pedicures. Everything from the moment we walked in was super punctual, very clean and ladies were just sweet and our pedicures looked great! Loved the salon it was super stylish as well!

I have been coming here for over a year now. I’ve tried other salons in the area, but Old Town is still my favorite! I recently expressed an issue I’d had, and the owner responded to me personally, making sure my concerns were all addressed. That’s the kind of customer care that keeps me coming back.

I really recommend! The beauty salon is beautiful and clean. My nail technician was Daisy and she did awesome. She really took her time and was detailed. She worked with me in making decisions on colors and designs and wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. She did an outstanding job and will come to her moving forward anytime Im in VA.

I have been here twice and both times they did a great job! The last time specially was an awesome experience, Kylee Ve Do did my nails and she did and excellent job I was very happy with my nails. They lasted for 4 weeks which is amazing for Gell. The price is better in comparison to other places. The only thing is that you have to make sure you have cash to tip or you can Venmo the tip.

Great experience. The social distancing needs a bit of work but they did a great job on my wifes nails. I would definitely go back! Friendly, and willing to make the customer happy! Great selection of nail colors.

Atmosphere and customer service were exceptional. I go there every 2 weeks. I left my bank card in the 7Eleven. Tracey waited until I got to take my payment. My nails were completed and a lot of trust was given. No fuss, no confusion, no hassle.

Quin was my girl this second time. Amazing job! I got there at 7pm, they close at 8pm. She stayed 30min past the closing time to finish the job! Tipped her very well.

Haha ha...Everyone there is incredibly personable and very professional. I no longer live here in Alexandria, but stop by to get my nails done every time I pass through on business.

Great Service.... quiet... clean..... pricey but you pay for what you get. I got a gel pedicure it’s was almost $60. But it was worth it ... my polish and bottom of feet look great for almost a month!

In town for a conference and I desperately needed a manicure. They took me as a walk-in and did a great job. Took time to remove the old powder, reshaped my nails, and fixed a couple that were broken. And they’re so nice! I highly recommend this nail salon!

Yo, this is by far my favorite nail spa.I followed them from a different location.The place is super cute.They have water and wine.A myriad of spa services.The staff is personable and professional.My only negative is dang they are expensive.What I learned is, you get what you pay for, which is great in this case.

I came for a gel manicure two days ago. The technician was very rough with my hands and cut me with the cuticle clippers a number of times. Then, during the manicure several ripples appeared on my nails and the technician kept wiping off the last layer and redoing it. In the end, three nails were so heavily caked with polish that they looked absolutely horrible. It wasnt surprising when the very next day the gel all peeled off. This place is obviously doing something wrong with gel application. B

The place is nice just what happened today upset me a lot, I called them at 6:57 to be exact and asked what time they close, a young lady answered me and said 8pm. Okay I had a special occasion tonight I really wanted to do my nails I drove out 20 minutes to old town since they said they close at 8. I arrived at 7:35 and there was two ladies there and one was with a guest..I even told them upon arrival that It was my first time there and I wanted a gel and the girl was like okay, do you need full set ? I said no gel.they seemed like they didn’t wanna see me so I asked well do you have time cause I called and they clearly said 8 I still had enough time. She said she couldn’t see me cause everyone had left but there was another girl there.. next time if Someone calls you guys asking what time you close MIGHT as well say 7:30 because you really wasted my time....the women clearly said they take walk ins too.

These ladies pay great attention to detail. Theyre polite & incredibly patient with you. Each one of them deserves a pay raise for the time & quality they put into their work. Tip these workers big!

I have been going to Kali for a few years now and she is excellent! I am an artist so extremely picky about my nail places and it took my at least 5 in the area until I found her! Their new studio as well is beautiful and in a great area! I do not mind driving to get a good job done with a friendly smile! I always leave Kali feeling positively wonderful and so you should when you are paying for a service! Thank you!!!

Unfortunately my gel manicure has peeled off on 3 nails, and it has been 3 days. I have not had this happen ever before. Seems like the person who did my nails was in a hurry...

Lovely staff clean salon. I love that they have the SNS nails so much healthier for ones natural nails. This power proses is still strong and keep your nails looking nice for weeks.

We are new to the area. My daughter and I were in desperate need of a mani-pedi and based on the reviews, chose this location. We were very pleased with the results that Sara & Daisy provided. I would definitely recommend this business!UPDATE: The first time we went, we were pleased. No so much the second time. Within 3 days my manicure was chipped on every finger! This was distressing as I was leaving for vacation. My daughters pedicure left much to be desired as well. I guess it all depends on who does your work, whether its well done or just plain I dont care done. Will not go back. Too many other salons in the area to try.

Please be careful going to this salon. They reuse toe separators and the pedicure slippers. I noticed the last time i was there the pedicure slippers were all bent up and stained. One of the ladies told me “we wash them” ummmm no ma’am. They are supposed to be thrown out after each use. That includes nail files and buffers(they reuse those on all clients) These shops are the reason why fungus and other bacteria are being spread around, they are cutting corners. I stopped going after i discovered this. If you don’t believe me the next time you go in there, ask to see the toe separators and slippers.

I left Old Town So excited! My nails looked good, and it seemed like I had finally found a place that could do my nails EXACTLY how I want them. That’s what earned the one star. Fast forward THREE DAYS and all my nails broke &/or fell off! EVERY. SINGLE. ONE!! So disappointed

This used to be a good nail salon. Not anymore. I used to come weekly but the last two times I have been here have been a disaster. Manicurist cut my finger and left a huge gash last time. Today my nails actually look worse after the manicure than they did when I arrived.

My name is Lola Crumity and all I can say is...DISGUSTING. I went just yesterday for a pedi and a fill, and ended up being dooped. My nail tech did a horrible job on my nails she suckered me into getting a removal and a brand new full set and the cut me on both my pinkies with a nail file! She even continued to file and dig her nails in my pinkies after I told her, thats not nail polish, that is blood. She did NOT shape my nails properly, and she did NOT edge my nails by my sides and cuticles so not only do my nails look chunky and horrible they will start to lift in a matter of days!! The store itself was Dusty and Dirty I had to ask my nail tech to stop the water in my foot bath because I could see dirt and dust floating in the water and would not put my feet in a dirty tub.The floor itself had hair all over it and I was there at 11:30 am on a MONDAY. I tired to remain calm through all of this I paid 113.00 dollars yesterday and even tipped my nail tech but I went home angry, so angry that I went back in hopes to speak with the store owner. I then spoke with Victoria who informed me that the owner of the salon doesnt come in and she could not give me their name or their contact information, plus she could not reimburse me even after I showed her my hands and the CUTS on them. This is NOT how you do business! To charge people this amount of money your salon should be clean, and you technicians should be competent and LISTEN to what their client wants, I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I have NEVER been cut, I know how to hold my hands and I KNOW what a nice and respectable shop looks like. Since they give crappy services at such high prices dont go to this salon unless you liked being robbed of your hard earned money.

I left very disappointed ! I went there to get a simple Gel pedicure . I didnt ask for anything special . After 15 min of service, she asked $60.I was shocked so she pulled out a brochure with the prices. Its also written free soft drinks & Wine . I was not offered anything! Matter fact its was too hot in the 90s, she didnt even ask if i needed water, No smile or conversation .I would of not mind, if it was worth that much . Do yourself a favor and go where you get good customer service for reasonable price .Never again !
