First staff is nice an d friendly, but quality and clean ing not good . Very unhappy . After rug cleaning I took vac and got alot of dirt out from it . Took a pic of one swipe of the rug, this tells me this could of not been clean proper, including that it only took twenty minutes to 30 at most of physical work for two bedroom and living room . Neighbor down road took over hour and small place then mine . Sorry very unhappy with way this was clean
