I have used Silkwood many times over the years, and have always been able to count on them for positive results, with prompt and courteous responsiveness. A true gem in the industry!

Very poor working culture. Incalculable results after items were serviced.Overall, after seeing their work, I would hire a different company or do it yourself--it will look the same if not better and will save you a lot of time and money.

Silkwood is a terrible company Do Not Use Them!! I repeat Do Not Use Them!!! Worst decision of my life Doesnt honor anything they say over the phone. Scheduled a appointment for them they came the wrong day and they blamed the issue on the client. Unorganized business will never work with them again zero stars should be a option.

Twi interior designers recommended Silkwood to me and they were right. Silkwood performed magic on a pair of 14 year-old expensive ultrasuede chairs and matching ottomans, restoring them to like-new condition. The chairs had years of human and doggie wear and the ottomans needed repair where the fabric had pulled away from the base. We had a small bump in the process and Silkwood went far, far beyond normal customer service in getting everything perfect. They stand behind their work to the max. If you have good furniture or rugs that have seen better days, it is less expensive than replacing them and more satisfying to see them restored to their former beauty by using Silkwood.

The absolute worst. Avoid at all costs! (This is not for an apartment complex, I have first hand knowledge of your *bad* service.)
