Love the extra brush wash and vacuuming the interior before it even hits the auto wash. If you have all weather mats they pull them out and spray them down beforehand too.

They did a great job cleaning the inside and outside of our SUV. Looks brand new! Staff was very polite and friendly.

It all depends who has vacuuming detail, its a hit or miss. I pay for full service and that is what I expect. Today and two weeks ago my car had to be vacuumed again. Manager gave me a poor excuse. Like I said its hit or miss.

I dont usually use a car wash vying to wash it myself. However, I was very happy about the attitude of the attendants along with the quality of their work. Will I use Mt. Vernon car wash again? Absolutely!

I took my white Kia Soul in for a detail job after it had sat for a while and I found mold in it. For a better price than a competitor down the street, not only did they shampoo the carpets and everything inside, they made the white exterior shine. I am more than happy with the job and would recommend it to anyone and I would go back myself no question.

Best to go when they are not too busy. Then they do a thorough job. When really busy the quality of service suffers. Ive had cars detailed here a few times and was very satisfied.

I think that you have to check your vehicle twice before you leave the premises, because some of the guy are very lazy and they dont care about your vehicle 🤔 so pay attention to your car, the owner is nice, but he need better people to do this work otherwise he will lose his costumers .

Stay away From this fraud Wash :Sunday Morning 8AM, my wife took Honda CRV to this car wash location to Detailing wash inside out, they wash pretty well from outside but left bunch of sports, did not clean front grill, under tires, & roof, head lights, same thing inside they clean carpet pretty well but not seats, left seat belt, dash board, and bunch of sports, paid $200 and got $50 wash, total waste $150 and hassle too, picture attached, not recommended .my recommendation : wake up early morning, hire 14/Hr Labor and tell him to clean his car and to be honest they will clean much better then this fraud car wash services on Rout 1 ( Richmond Hwy), stay away and do not waste money ..

I was not satisfied with the service here. My SUV was not cleaned good on the inside. There was still things underneath the drivers seat. They did not vacuum the cupholders or the doors.

Totally disappointed with their service.Please check your car before you leave, in my case they even didn’t vacuum it properly.

I came here on yesterday and when I got back to DC, I noticed the back of my car on the exterior was still not cleaned, still had dirt and materials that come from the trees in my backyard. The drying towels left a lot lint on my car and my rear view mirror was not cleaned at all. My car was still wet as I pulled off to head home, so car wasn’t fully dry at all. The next time that I am in that area, I will definitely pass on this car wash. The customer service is horrible as well. The staff doesn’t even speak to you and look miserable like they don’t want to be there at all. Don’t take it out on me as the customer! It is not my fault. $27 for all services and $5 tip, all wasted money. I’m never returning back to support this business.

Horrible wash, never washed wheels, slipped tire shine on way to heavy. When I drove away it through tire shine all over my vehicle. Window wash was a joke. I Will never go back.

I had a great experience here. My car was a hot mess and they were so friendly about it, telling me, Dont you worry, well make it clean for you. And they did. Waiting room is comfortable, if not sparkling clean. People are friendly here too, which is more than I can say for other car washes. Wait was a bit long but it is a couple of days before Thanksgiving, so everyone is off and getting their car clean

Very quick in and out. The guys worked efficiently and did a great job. The bad reviews of spots on cars and silly stuff are from people who need to wash their own cars if they are going to complain about small spots on cars. Guys did great job.

Drove by this place the line was not too long.. paid 22 bucks for a car wash my car still looks great.. Tires still shine. Dont know what they put on the tires but they look great. Inside was vaccumed and cleaned like the tech really wanted to do a good job.. Hard to find that on a busy day at a car wash...

I love it but the price of food is too high

They just dont do a good job! Some of those guys are too old to be out there drying cars. I had to remind them of what package I had paid for. When I got home, noticed that half my door wasnt wiped down/clean (hard to notice at the car wash, as, the lighting was messing with my eyes, and they had taken so long to remember that they hadnt done my tires that I probably was rushing to leave)

A very lackadaisical crew with matching results. I paid for the mid level wash and they didnt even wipe off my wheels. My windows were streaked and dirty, as well.

I got my car wash and it was that one day I forgot to go to the ATM, and one of the guy that wash the cars got ( mad at me because I didn’t put a tip in the outside container. So I explained to this gentle first of all I do tip, 2nd of all a (TIP is a privilege ) I don’t not have to TiP if I don’t want to!!!! That really made me dislike this car wash!!!!👎🏽

They do not wash the car or dry the car good at all. Then on top of that my windshield wipers were stolen off my car. Windshield wipers really! I left the car wash and use my wipers because bird pop was still on the windshield so I sprayed and notice the wipers were stolen and I just pass inspection too. Do not come here as of July 16 2017.

I only visited this car wash because my usual spot had too long of a line on 12/21. My first issue with them is they do not have a big area to wipe down and treat the cars over once they come out the wash so everything is rushed when the cars roll out. After my car was finished I drove off about a mile away and made another stop but noticed that one of my windshield wipers wasnt on my car anymore! I drove back and it was taken some time during the assembly of the wash. I dont have a cheap car or cheap wipers (rain X) so I was pretty pissed when the guy came back with a bent up wiper. He tried to put it back on despite the fact that it wasnt possible. He gave me $ back but I was more displeased in his demeanor and how he rectified the situation. I knew he had some ownership in the wash because he is the one who took the $ out of the register. If I could type this w/o giving it a star I would. This was my first and last visit to this business.

Had a pair expensive headphones stolen. I had just left the gym and put them in my center console so I know for a fact they were there. The owner/manager refused to help out. He just kept telling me to check at home. Use this car wash at your own risk!

Var want cleaned and I paid for the best package they have. . . The workers were rude. . I dont like how they have all the black people working outside and the Asians working inside. . It looks like modern day slavery

As a previous auto-detailing business owner, this is the worst place to take your car. You are much more likely to get what you want at Mr. Kleen up the street. I arrived at 9am to get an interior only detail, and the owner/manager says he doesnt have the time to do it! At 9am in the morning! With NO OTHER CARS being detailed! This was the second time I tried to get my interior detailed and the Asian owner made excuses after telling me to come by early. This place should just be an automatic car wash and exterior wash only. ONE STAR SERVICE! ONE STAR OWNER! THREE STAR EMPLOYEES.

Went there this morning to get my Truck Degreased from a Fuel spill. The one doing the job sprayed the the cleaner on the motor and commenced to washing it off without letting the chemical to do its job. the Directions on the can said let stand 10 to 15 minutes then wash off. As soon as I pointed that out I was cursed and Threatened with Bodily harm and so I took it upon myself to cleaning my truck by myself and making sure the job was done the right way. I stand by what I done and did it the right way. I can understand why we get bad work from cheap labor, but dont force that crap on me. I paid good money for this to be done by Professionals.After I finished with what I paid for someone else to do for me I was asked by the Owner of this car wash to never return.

Is it possible to rate lower than 1 star?First and last time I will ever be taking our vehicle to this carwash. Not only did they do a poor job of washing the vehicle (after paying for the premium wash $22), they DAMAGED THE WINDSHIELD OF A BRAND NEW CAR, and then refused to take responsibility for the damage.Logged a complaint with Fairfax County Business Bureau and was forced to use our own insurance to repair the damage.To hell w this place...

Bad service. Some employees dont do their job well. I had to clean my car myself when I got home. Also, some employees were so careless that they put the wet mats on top of my new pillows, it was very bad and i paid 75 dollars. They didnt even clean the back or under the seats. Some employees were very disrespectful and I do not recommend this car wash.

Poorly cleaned my engine so not at all pleased with their work ethic.

I went to this shop on 4/25/2016 and later that night I realized they stole my jacket, coins out of my coin holder which is inside a console, and stole my food i keep in my back seat for lunch at work. Snack food. I just emailed the car wash want to see how they are going to handled this situation will give update later. Do not go here they will take every thing they find out of your car.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH THEYRE A RIPOFF!!!I paid $20 for their Gold Package with Triple Foam... which I did not get. They did a 2nd pass after I complained and the Chinese guy drove through with my Car. He did acknowledge the Triple Foam didnt work but ignored my requests to remedy the situation (to charge for a regular car instead) afterwards. I complained to his mom or wife or whoever it was who was on the register and she did not listen either (She claimed she could not do anything because I got undercarriage wash as part of the Package). POOR ENGLISH SPOKEN BOTH OF THEM!!! They are clearly defrauding customers by charging for a service they are not providing. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL.
