Cristopher and Oscar do fantastic work. I took my black Camry to his shop for a ceramic coating consultation. The owner, Cristopher, walked me through the ceramic coating process, asked questions to assess my typical care routine, and explained the pros and cons of ceramic coatings. He never pushed me to make a decision, as he understood that it is not a cheap service. I felt confident leaving my car at his shop, and he sent me pictures throughout the process. He used a three-step paint correction process to remove lots of swirls, orange peel, and paint defects. I was blown away when I picked it up. It looked better than the day it rolled off the lot! I’m thrilled to drive what feels like a brand new car, and I would recommend Platinum Auto Detail to anyone who wants the job done right.

The quality of service here was excellent. I took my Mercedes C300 in for a wax, which included a hand wash, a clay decontamination and extra paint protection. The owner Chris has 15 years of experience detailing cars. He took his time and did a great job, his pricing is also very competitive for the area. The car came out looking top notch and with most of its fine scratches removed. I will definitely be back.

So I had been researching getting Ceramic Pro coating for about two months. I only had my car for about two years and to the naked eye it still looked really good, but I was able to see what the weekly machine washes (subscription) had done to my paint. I found Platnum Auto Detail LLC on a Sunday, sent the online request for a quote, and called the number not expecting to hear back until the following week as i know the business was an appointment only that day. Within a few minutes I received a response, was able to send pictures to get a quote. I worked with Chris and went with paint correction and the five-year silver package of Ceramic Pro. To say he exceeded my expectations is a huge understatement. He sent me pictures during the paint correction process and I could instantly see the difference when I got my car back IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS the FIRST DAY OFF THE DEALERSHIP LOT. Platinum is professional they pay attention to the details (i had a ton of imperfections that they were able to fix a no additional charge) and very transparent in the whole process. Pro-Tip spring for the Ceramic Pro Interior, my leather seats look brand new with the original mat finish and not the shinny armoral look. It gets 5 stars for very competitive pricing, Amazing customer service, and pride & attention to detail in completing the project, and lastly taking the time to educate me on my purchase and making sure that I understood how to maintain the look. I had met with Cristopher Mendes of Platinum Auto Detail to get a quote to have my 1967 Sunbeam Tiger ceramic coated. He applied four coats of Ceramic Coating and a Top Coat after hours of paint correction to remove any blemishes.I highly recommend Cristopher and Platinum Auto Detail for their attention to detail on my Concours Award Winning car.

All I can say is...WOW! Chris did an AMAZING job on my 2017 Tahoe with a full body paint correction (the dealer I bought it from had damaged the paint with scuffs so i did not want to take it back to them)--he fixed all their mistakes and MORE. It looks flawless now. He also did a deep clean of the inside and its basically a brand new truck. I highly recommend him and his company.
