Lisa has had a well deserved 5 star rating forever, so I when I noticed that someone gave her a bad review due to nothing but that persons own lateness, I had to comment. Lisa is always on time, which I greatly appreciate, and when you make your appt you sign an acknowledgement that she cant accommodate late arrivals. Arriving late has a snowball effect on other people. Ive been seeing Lisa for years and she does a fantastic job. I had previously tried several other waxers who didnt make me feel comfortable or do a good job, and I was so happy I found her. Cant recommend highly enough!

I drove 40 minutes from Rio Rancho to get waxed here and she wouldn’t wax me because I was a little late. I live off of Paseo Del Volcan and Broadmoor. Dodged traffic and construction in Bernalillo and on Paseo just to get told no. You would think she would be a little more empathetic.

She’s super efficient, professional, clean, affordable, friendly, and you can tell she loves what she does. She always gives me the result I want with a minimal amount of pain (probably because we always find something to chat about and distract me!).
