Shes so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about waxing and aftercare, and she makes me feel comfortable above all else!Another thing, I was going to another salon for my waxes and EWC is definitely better. The technique and type of wax used makes it virtually painless and super quick! Waxing can be a bit scary especially when you’re not sure who you’re about to walk in the door to meet. However Leighan made the whole experience so pleasant and chill and I’ll even say painless. The woman (I think her name is Arianna) did a great job on my legs and was very down to earth. However the people at the front desk were really robotic and cold and made me reschedule even though I was a minute past the late timing. I don’t really think one minute will mess up your schedule too much.

The business is open for appointments. Call to make an appointment. Then wait outside or in the car. The wax specialist will come get you and take you inside. It doesnt hurt after getting it done several times and the specialist is very knowledgeable for any questions I had. They always recommend products and try to book the next appointment.

I am a pass holder at EWC but this was my first visit to this location. It was easy to book a visit even with COVID restrictions. It was easy to check-in. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Faith was awesome. She made conversation easy and was quick, efficient and light handed. I wish this was my normal location.
