A locally owned family business that cares about their customers. They were very accommodating in scheduling the installation of a new mechanism, motor and cover (which works great). We were busy traveling to see grandchildren and Roybal worked around our plans to meet our needs.

Technician came out to give me a bid on a new electric cover for my pool. He said Id get the bid in an email the next day. I didnt get bid so I called the office they said it would be in my email by eo day. Never got it. I called next day left voicemail. Never got a call back.I guess they dont need business!

What a pleasure it is doing business with this company!!...we have always enjoyed the personal approach from Cathy and Mike and Mikes Dad for the last 14 years and we were very pleased that we received that same trademark treatment from the 2 gentleman..and I do mean gentleman..that serviced our pool cover yesterday..they were prompt,efficient and professional and took the time to talk to me about the condition of the pool and cover, gave me maintenance tips and tips on how to keep my pool cover rails in good repair. If you live in New Mexico and have a pool with an automatic pool cover, this is the only place you will ever need to call. Helpful, prompt, quality work. Mr. Roybal and his whole crew are amazing. They are invested in making sure the pool owner knows everything involved in keeping the automatic cover in great working condition. They have done two cover replacements in the last five years for us (our fault ripping the cover) and a couple of rope repairs. Mrs. Roybal in the office is a pleasure to work with also! The best!

My pool cover from Cover Pool started to delaminate. I purchased the cover from Mossman pool covers and they are now out of business. Cover Pool directed me to Roybal. Roybal came out and looked at the cover and took care of it. They were very professional and followed up with Cover Pool for the warranty. I have a new cover and a new warranty.I highly recommend these guys for all your pool cover needs.
