In 2013 they dont have any type of magical device that is capable of keeping track of the products that theyve sold or who they sold them to. Their lifetime warranty is entirely dependent on keeping that little receipt for the radiator for your entire lifetime. And since there are signs up saying keep your receipt they just shut down when you talk to them and stop listening.Aside from that, the 3-core radiator we purchased from them made the vehicle routinely overheat.Good luck!
