This shop has repaired two radiators for me so far and each time I received excellent service. One of the radiators came back to me with a pinhole leak in one of the coils after their service, I returned it and they promptly rectified the issue under warranty. I recommend their service to anyone with a vintage radiator of any kind, or if your looking to salvage your old one and save some bucks

Very poor customer service. I was never called 5 days after I dropped off my radiator. When I called they said it was finished. My radiator was all dented and not painted as promised. I was told that all the middle would be straightened out and it was not. Christine lies to me and said it was painted. Big mistake to try this business.Very disappointed!

Two years ago they performed regeneration procedure on my 2016 Sprinter DPF filter. Generally, I was somehow sceptical about, but they did excellent job and cleaned by them DPF lasted 2 years (about 200k miles). Thank you.Fast Forward Freight Co. from Chicago.

I had a big loader radiator with a leak. Kristy got right on it and called in about an hour with a couple options for quick fix or permanent fix with quotes for both. No pressure for either. Very helpful and friendly. Fixed and even gave a better price than quoted. Highly recomend this place. Very reasonable prices, I thought.

I had an old radiator out of my project truck. It leaked so much that I couldnt tell how many holes it had. I leaked like sieve. They were able to seal it up. Saved me a heck of a lot of money. Honest people. Will definitely go here again... hope I dont have to though.

One Job!Took a fuel tank to be cleaned before Thanksgiving I knew I didnt need back that quick so I said the following week would be fine to get it back. The guy there said it wasnt that bad and would be easy to clean.I called the following week they said it wasnt ready and I guess they felt somehow rushed to get it done now so I could hear them discuss over the phone when they thought it could be done, I called on Wednesday and I said Friday would be ok, witch seem to take some pressure off of them you would think?Nope! They did not call me back because they supposedly lost my number and I could of done a better job cleaning my tank in my bath tub and thats exactly what I did so next time Ill save myself $85 and do that.I appreciate honesty that is exactly what I did not get. They apparently do not take pride in the work that they do.

They run fair prices and honest about the work. I had them repair and aluminium radiator. I wont report the price, but it would have cost me $550 (if available) for a new one and the charge to fix mine was far less and very fair. They used an epoxy to do the job and it looks pretty good. Talked to the main guy a while when I picked it up and I think I dealt with his daughter when I dropped it off. Both seems like great people and they run a real honest to god repair shop, not a shop where their goal is to sell you a new one; Not that there is anything wrong with that, but when you want a repair, you want a repair. Sometimes new is the best answer. Other times, when new is impossible to find or just too expensive get a hold of J&B.From talking to them it seems they also do sell new, so seeing to them before you go someplace else may be a good idea too. Im just saying they never pushed me towards new. They took my want of repair seriously because they knew they had the expertise to repair it.This place is a must to know about if you deal with old or rare cars.

June 2018 I was on a road trip on route 66 in a ´67 Chrysler and had a crack in the radiator.I pulled the radiator out of the car (around the corner) and went to J-B Radiator and had it welded/soldered. 2h later I had a radiator like new, repainted at the repair spot and at a fair low price!Great service, friendly people!Great to see that this kind of shops, doing real craftmanship still exists! Thanks for your help!Best regards, Norbert
