I received a set of custom wheels I had waited 8 months for, and was told by a handful of friends that I should only take them to JJs and to have Chris install them. The shop was very fast, professional, friendly, and did an exceptional job at handling the wheels. Chris installed the tires I provided, and made sure to handle them with care. I will only be using JJs from now on for all of my wheel and tire needs. Highly recommend their business!

Excellent service! Some of the best Ive seen. We pull up and were looking at the car were there to drop off and JJ himself comes out and ask if everything is ok. You can drop the car off when its convenient for you and they will do a full diagnostic and tell you how much everything is going to be BEFORE they touch the car. I got all 4 wheels changed, oil changed, boot fixed, cabin filter changed and axil alignment for just $630. Definitely going to come here for all of my services.

One day I had one low tire so I went to Discount Tire to fill it (since its right near my bank. They said all my tires were showing too much wear, so I needed 4 new tires. I said Id think about it (because my tires are less than 3 years old & I get regular checks, keep them at proper air levels & do regular schedule of rotation & balance.) My intuition was telling me he was trying to scam me! Next morning, I woke up with the same tire completely flat, so I aired it with our small compressor and headed to JJS PREMIER TIRE SERVICES and they checked it, found a screw in the tire, patched it, checked all my tires and breaks and said they were in excellent shape (except for that screw -which they handed me - which the one tire had in it.) They assured me my tires should last me a long time yet. I can always count on them for their honesty, efficiency, and excellent work. And I was only charged for the tire repair - about $17! Thumbs up AGAIN, JJS!

Did business here for years with the original owner who was a Veteran. Quality of customer service has slipped since his retirement. They way over blew the completion time given and were aware I had an appointment. No apology offered or courtesy discount and I couldnt reschedule the appointment later.Also discovered a tool left stuck into my center console, apparently from previous electrical work, which was very expensive.Usually a satisfied and loyal custimer but very, very disappointed today.

AWFUL!!! JJs had my vehicle for over a month and my check engine light is still on, leaking fluid when it originally wasnt and overheating when it originally wasnt. I was told that the mechanic couldnt figure out the issue and to take it to the Chevy dealership instead AFTER paying over $1000 (additionally paying for a rental car during this time). They barely communicate and getting any information was just a game of phone tag, in a months span I only spoke with the mechanic once. If you actually want your car repaired I definitely recommend taking it anywhere but here. If they actually wanted to make this right they would refund my money because they didnt fix ANYTHING and my vehicle is worse than when I first took it to them. Despicable way to run a business.

The first time I came here everyone was nice the service took a bit longer than I would have liked but it was fine. They even offered to give me a discount on my brakes for buying all 4 tires. I tried multiple times to come back and was told it would be two weeks before my car could be serviced. Due to the pleasant experience I said I would wait. My name was written down on a piece of yellow legal pad with no information exchanged and no appointment set. I called today to see if I could get serviced and was told now I would have to wait until the 18th. There was no call no communication. I don’t think that’s a great business model or way of handling appointments. I personally will never spend money or send my friends here ever again.

Chris Sanchez and his guys are the best. Theyre honest and never overcharge. Twice Ive gone to them when other repair shops were jacking me around and claiming I needed really expensive work done. Chris gave me an honest evaluation and showed me exactly what the real problems were so I could see it myself, and he got it fixed it for half the price. They also got it done sooner than promised. The last time I bought tires at Discount Tire, I could tell the tires were out of balance when I left, and after fixing it, I still had vibration in the steering wheel. I took my car to JJs and they actually fixed what Discount Tire did. After that Ive bought full sets of tires twice at JJs, and both times I drove off and the tires were perfect the first time. I thought that kind of honesty and quality work was a thing of the past, but these guys really have it.

They got me in even though they were very busy, did a wonderful job fixing my car, and I was in need of an emissions test as well, and even though they werent doing emissions testing that day, they said sure, they could do it as well, and when I was checking out, they were even so kind as to take my car next door to Jiffy Lube for the test as a courtesy!!! I am DEFINITELY giving them my repeat business! Thank you soooo much for taking such good care of me! You guys are the best!

Overpriced, the 3,000 plus worth of repairs they did broke a different part within a week and then I was charged nearly 500 to fix that. We have been coming to JJs for a while now, but we will not be returning again

I had my AC worked on at JJs in my opinion they did a really good job, just wanted to thank you guys for the cool matco tool I found when I was changing the oil on my truck. I assume its your guyss since before I took it to you guys when the guy who did the diagnostics at jiffy lube and I looked over the same area where I found it It wasnt there. Cant seem to figure out how to post the photo of it but its pretty cool looks like an extra long pinching tool of some kind.

Now I know why so many vehicles are waiting to be serviced here. The attention to detail and solid service in my first experience here was excellent. Every person I came across had a level of service that is hard to find.

While buying tires, I also agreed to a diagnostics report that costs $70.00. They refused to disclose the report unless I paid an additional $322. for the repair. I had the repair completed elsewhere for only $150 total. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Dropped off car in morning for an inspection of suspension and noise in rear. . They called in the afternoon and they found just panel by rear bumper loose. They fixed and charged me nothing. Wow, i was impressed with their honesty and integrity as they could have done many things and i would have bought it.

They helped my 94 Accord to fix and pass the emission test. This place is best to do emission test!

Great price and excellent customer service. They worked on my 2005 Ford Five Hundred AWD sedan. The vehicle has 193k miles. The car began to sputter. I emailed them initially to get a quote stating my catalytic converter was bad plus engine work. Based on that info, they quoted me $1700 which was reasonable based on the information I provided them. I towed the car to JJs to get their assessment. They called me and stated nothing was wrong with the catalytic converter. The engine needed a tune up plus a few other items that was found during their inspection. They quoted me a price of about $1200. They also accept a military discount, which bought the cost down to just over $1000. I recommend these guys (and gals) for your vehicle maintenance. Also, as a quick note, they also service my 2013 Mercedes E350. Only 70ish with my discount.

JJs has taken care of our vehicles since 2009 weve gone from owning jeep, Nissan and ford to a BMW 7 serious and Lexus. I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere including dealer over JJs. Proffesional, efficient, and prices more than fair. I have never felt I was sold anything we didnt need. They have always gone above and beyond including opening early to take my vehicle before work!

Im from out of town and needed a 16inch load range E tire, which is not a popular tire. I was also hauling a trailer which they helped me unhook so they could do the work. I call three shops and JJs was only ones able to get the tires and get me back on the road. Very nice people that really care. The price was also very reasonable.

I was stranded this morning with a dead battery and they totally saved the day! Gave me a jump and opened early so that I could purchase a new battery. The new battery was installed and I was on my way within 15 minutes! We will definitely be going to them for any future automotive needs.

Amazing tire shop. I have not yet to use them for any other services but my boss has brought her vehicle here and has always been satisfied with the outcome in the price. I had a nail in my tire and initially went to discount tire like I usually do. Once again their primary focus was to tell you how the tire cannot be patched or repaired and try to sell a new tire. My Nissan Versa is brand new and only has 1400 miles on it. They wanted to put a tire on there that was going to outlast the other three tires by double and then they try to upsell me to buy two so that it’s even. I called around in many places either put me on hold for way too long or we’re not able to get me seen. I needed my tire fixed today I called JJs and bought the guys up front are amazing veryKind and welcoming and just said bring it over will get it in will take a look at it and see what’s going on. They were super busy but we’re still willing to get me in and get me seen so I didn’t go the weekend with a flat tire. They fix my tire with a patch and sent me on my way. Amazing service guys up front are awesome to talk to and the mechanics in the back are amazing as well thank you guys so much. Got a flat tire repaired. Service was quick and done correctly. I was in and out in half hour - may be less. They put the spare back in the trunk properly secured and everything.They also filled air in my other tires as per my request for free. They also threw in something else extra for free.Has WiFi. Very professional. Very reasonable price.Couldnt ask for anything more.Well, I would have liked if they used handbrake when parking my car on a steep slope to prevent stress on the parking pawl. Upon leaving, when I moved the shift from Park to Drive, I noticed the hard shift and sound which is not usual. But Im picky like that.Overall, I recommend this place.

A few months back the transmission in my car went out. I was extremely disappointed because I know that’s not the cheapest repair. Took it to JJ’s and dropped it off at 9:00am. At 9:05am he calls me and informs me the particular make, model and year my car was had a transmission recall and that the dealer would do it for free. I took it to the nearest Ford dealership and sure enough, that was the case. Moral of the story: JJ’s could’ve kept that information under the rug or not even go out of their way to look it up, and charged me a lot of money for a new transmission, but they didn’t. His exact words were “why give us your money when it can be done free of charge”. Very honest people here, I highly recommend. 😊😊😊😊~Chris

If you are looking for a reputable car/tire shop like we were, we couldnt be happier with finding JJs. We have a mid 2003 Buick that developed a shaking problem that we assumed was a tire or alignment concern. After taking the car to a local tire shop and by their recommendation putting on new tires, then an alignment, absolutely not solving the problem. Then we went to the Buick dealer, and after $1200 in supposed repairs, absolutely no difference. This shaking problem continued for 1 1/2 years without any resolution as we were told that year Buick just had that problem. On an unrelated repair at JJs, Henry, one of the technicians, test drove the car and diagnosed the problem immediately, both front axles were defective. The repair was made quickly and the problem solved. We totally trust JJs and know they dont jerk you around with unfounded repairs. We have recommended them to our friends and in the last month have sent over $2000 in business to them. Thank you JJs (and Henry) for being honest, quick, and accurate. You have totally dedicated customers in us!!

But, a new crew at the dealer BSd me saying I needed a bunch of expensive work. I was suspicious. So, I went to JJs down for a second opinion. That one trip saved me $1,000. Been coming here ever since. JJs is reliable, ethical, professional, with excellent service, and talented mechanics. I have an old Honda Civic Id rather keep running for another 150,000 miles. I dont want the expense of a new car. So, I just had new struts and compliance bushings installed. JJs told me what it would cost and that theyd have to keep the car a couple days. They got it finished same day, and it came in a few dollars less. Car rides great once more. JJs underpromises, and over performs. The dealerships do the opposite.Oil changes, standard maintenance, preventative maintenance, major and minor repairs, and tomorrow we buy another set of tires for one of our other cars. Took my ford pickup to get it checked because something was draining my battery i knew it wasnt my alt or battery lmfao these guys told me pretty much the same thing an auto zone would tell me oh the battery is bad along with your alternator like really you guys are professionals and give me that answer. Took my car back very disatisfied took it to an actual electric mechanic shop and found out it was a fuse problem. Jjs quick to sell you something but wont inspect it correctly if i wanted a free inspection from anybody couldve took it to autozone to hear that answer wow jjs
