Mani Pedi couldnt have been better. Very professional and they know what they are doing. Also, I got regular polish and then did heavy yard work the next day and the paint didnt chip or scratch! Pretty impressed.

Best pedicures ever! Prices are great especially if you pay cash and staff is wonderful.

Worst experience at a nail salon that I’ve ever had. My nails were very crooked and they refused to fix them. Plus I tried to ask them if they could do a design and they barely looked at what I was asking for but proceeded to say they could. I had to go to a completely different salon to have them fixed.

I’ve gone to VIP a few times, including once to fix a set I get someplace else (lesson learned!), and they never disappoint! I’ve gotten a new tech each time, and no matter who is taking care of you, they are all talented and friendly and listen to exactly what you want! Plus it’s super affordable for the quality!

I came here after leaving in the middle of a manicure at another salon due to horrible treatment by the nail tech. The people here helped me RIGHT AWAY! And were just LOVELY. I didn’t get the woman’s name who fixed my nails but she was great! I will definitely be back. The salon is clean, and the prices are very affordable. Great job!! Thank you so much for making a terrible experience into a great one!!!!

Fast well done nails. This is the first time Ive gotten my nails done without being cut. Amazing place. Definitely recommend. Ill be going to Jennifer at VIP from now on

This is the best place in town. They always get me in even if its last minute. Their prices are the best in town. And they do an AMAZING job on my nails every time. Highly recommend.

Unprofessional abrupt treatment, and inconvenienced when asking for a specific polish color. The atmosphere was very chaotic. I tipped generously despite the bad experience and not so much as a thank you from the tech.

Andy did an amazing job on my pedicure and manicure! He pays attention to detail and is passionate about his work. He is exceptional and deserves 10 stars!! Establishment is clean and staff is friendly!!! Fabulous job!!!

Jennifer has been caring for my nails and making them beautiful for several years. The salon and station are clean. Jennifer is skilled, efficient and there is never an up sell. I highly recommend Jennifer and VIP Nails!

Mai provides consistent work! She is amazing at what she does and I appreciate their great customer service!

Super clean shop. Several working massage pedicure chairs. They keep up with all the new trends. And, the owners are very accommodating to walk-ins. The minute a pedicure chair opens, they allow you to wait while sitting in the massaging pedicure chair & soak. Bring cash...they discount the prices if they dont have to pay fees associated with debit/credit cards. It helps me to be sure I can tip decently!

Not a bad pedicure at all for 22 dollars but won’t go back again... didn’t remove the dead skin on my heals correctly and my feet were very greasy after—yuck—- they also don’t use disposable covers for the foot bath and when it was don’t the lady just left me there and started helping a new customer... had to wait at the register for a while.. customer service not great.

Every once in a while I try out other places just to see how they compare, but I always leave disappointed and come right back to VIP. I get treated so well and my manicures and pedicures are exactly how I like, want, and need them to be.They have regular, gel, dip powder, and acrylic - all of which I have tried, and all have been amazing! They also offer waxing.My regular go-to order is a gel mani/pedi with Jennifer. - GO! You won’t be disappointed.

Best place ever and does the best pedicure I ever had done. Went to lantern nails on San Mateo and they cut me, out my nails on crooked and wrecked my nail bed on one finger by drilling through it so I walked out with half done messed up nails and place was filthy and used dirty tools and manager was absolutely rude and bad customer service. Today I stopped in this place and they fixed everything and were very gentle. Staff is so nice and the services were fantastic. Place is super clean as well. Found my permanent nail salon and would highly recommend them in every way. Just amazing.

Went in for an acrylic fill and was highly disappointed in the job done. Im not sure if the technician is not used to doing acrylic nails but the sides were not smooth and they got caught in everything. Was also not interested in listening to how I wanted my nails done and instead did them their way.

I love this place, everyone is so nice and they do a great job on my feet every time. Ive been coming here for about 2 years now.They have great prices also! Plus they play football on Sundays!

Gave me two completely different eyebrows when i specified all i wanted was her to make them as even as possible, even if it meant that we had to go thinner. Instead i have two compeltely different eyebrows that arent even sisters theyre 3rd cousins twice removed. The lady who did my eyebrows was so nice though... I wish she had better listening skills.

So the people there were really nice but the acrylics were really crooked and they left paint on my hands and they didnt take care of my cuticles properly.
