Im very picky about cleanliness, especially now with COVID. First time I had pedi in months! I was super impressed by how clean this place was. Happy to see all the sanitizing & precautions they are taking. Relaxing music. Nice, clean employees. Their nails werent disgusting & long like some places, or they might have been but they had to wear gloves lol I will be coming back! 🙂

I cant express how much i love this salon! for starters, the facility itself is very clean and theyre very hygienic--employees wear gloves, use an autoclave to sterilize instruments, etc. not to mention, my acrylics have lasted upwards of 6 weeks each time ive gotten them done. the family who owns this salon is so friendly as well!

I went here with my three girlfriends on a weekend getaway. We used Google reviews to pick this business. We were excited to find it was just as awesome as the reviews said! It was indeed very clean, the service very friendly and not rushed though we came in without an appointment close to closing time, and the chairs good quality. The staff seemed to enjoy their work and spent more time on each of is than we are used to at other nail salons. The price was very reasonable especially for the amount of time they spent with us.

Ive never had a problem with these awesome people! Went in today and didnt make an appointment, but they still got a pedicure and gel mani done for me. Ill definitely make an appointment next time so Im not the one cutting into other peoples time, but they do great work and are very nice.

I’ve been going to Venus for almost 3 years and If you’re looking for good prices this is the place to go! I love going to Bao. He is thorough but also fast with his work AND you can’t beat the price. Highly recommend.

This is my favorite nail salon for gel manicures and pedicures. The prices are reasonable and my nails last me forever. I dont have any chipping or lifting, the staff is great and welcoming and its clean and sterilized. Tina is fantastic and is so sweet. I will be a client here for a long time!

This was my third time giving this salon a chance. I had gone in for a regular manicure and the salon had about two people already in it (one getting a manicure and the other getting a pedicure). I was sat down at a table and was given a bowl to soak my fingers in. I waited for about 20-30 minutes until the lady actually started the manicure. Plus, two days later the polish had chipped. The lady was nice but the service was slow, especially for only having two customers before me. I feel like there are better quality salons in Albuquerque.

I tried this place on a colleagues recommendation. I went here three times. The first time, the gentleman did my pedi, which came out beautiful with no issues afterward. The second time I went, the lady was very rough and cut my toe, making me scream. She slowed down and finished the work, but I got a bad infection after that. I went back a third time, and asked not to have the lady who cut me. Another lady did my pedi. It came out great, but I got a infected toe following that session. I wont be back.

I am most disappointed in having to give 2 stars! I have been going to Venus for years but in the last year, year and a half the customer service has gone down tremendously. I would make an appointment for a certain time and Id finally get seen 45 min later, that would put her behind for the next person and that resulted on her rushing me at the most important part of the appointment....the color! Most times I was accommodating as I know they are busy but after a while I felt my kindness was being taken advantage of. Yes she always apologized and thanked me for understanding but my time is just as important as theirs and I pay good money for their services....I expect a good outcome especially after sitting for a total of 2 hours, for a pedicure! I hope things change for the next person but I think Im finally done.

They are very caring and gentle. Gel Napolish stays on upto 1 month..I referred to one of my friends and she loves the experience she had with Venus Nails

The nail salon by my house cut my cuticles pretty badly so I was in search of a new salon. I was in the area and saw the good reviews so I thought Id give them a try. Bao was so great! He did the rebase last week and I set an appointment for today for a polish change before Thanksgiving. Bao was great and let me change my mind a few times. Its a hidden treasure and Im SO happy I found it. Great nails, great price and friendly staff.

They give a good foot massage, but they dont sterilize their equipment. The wait is always between 30-60 minutes. And they talk about you to their sister in Vietnamese.

Absolutely LOVE Venus Nails. My family has been coming to Venus for about 13 years and cant say enough good things about them! Always friendly and accommodating and the salon is clean and welcoming. We highly recommend Venus Nails!

Had a manicure and pedicure there yesterday. A wonderful and professional business. They were very pleasant and did an excellent job. I had designs painted on my nails and they are beautiful.

My favorite nail place so far. Prices are stardard for what I get (gel manicure), quality work, nice staff and never horribly busy. Its right by work and home for me. No plans on finding a new place any time soon

Called from out of state and spoke with Tina and she was able to fit myself and daughter for a mother/daughter outing. When I walked in, VERY impressed at how clean their business was. This business in owned by sisters and while there, Tina knew all of her customers by name and even called one of her clients to let her know to come 20 minutes later than her appointment as Tina was a behind schedule. Wish Tina owned a nail salon where I live. :) Will go back to this salon next time Im in Albq. (I advise to make an appointment ahead of time)

Very professional!!!!! I love coming here every time I need my waxing done. They fit me in very fast and it only took them 5-7 minutes to do my waxing! Ever since they waxed my hair Ive always come back!!! Very kind as well and prices are very good! :)

I would not recommend this place I recently moved in the area so I was looking for a new place to get my nails done near me I walked in and they immediately had me turn around and walk out they didn’t ask me what I need and all they told me was they didn’t have time for me. I know there is usually a wait at the nail salons so I didn’t mind having to wait but they didn’t even want to give me the opportunity to just told me they didn’t have time for me in general!

Very clean, the staff is really friendly! I had my eyebrows waxed and the lady did exactly what I asked for and did a great job! Very pleased with how easy everything went.

Best nail experience I have had in Albuquerque. It was my first time in and they took me without an appointment. The entire staff is extremely friendly!!! I experienced excellent care from Tina, Kim and Bao! My nail session stretched out longer than anticipated and they were very accommodating even though they were closing up shop. They made sure to do an excellent job on my nails and did not rush through it AT ALL. I cant stress enough what a great first time experience I had and I will be going back and telling all my friends about this gem of a salon that I have discovered. Thanks again Tina, Kim and Bao!!!!

Amazing detail. Love my nails!

My gel French manicure lasted a week. My nails were not symmetrically shaped, there were bubbles in the polish, and it started peeling after seven days. It took at least two hours for a manicure and pedicure. Ill probably try a different place next time.

I rate this place 4 stars in terms of the quality of their facility. However I write this review on my 4th hour of sitting and waiting for them to be finished with my mani pedi appointment. I’d recommend this salon if you’ve got literally absolutely nothing to do that day.
