Do NOT go here to get waxed. Ive been getting waxed every month for the past 5 years, I have lived in 3 states since then, so I have been to a LOT of different salons. This was the worst wax I have ever received. SAVE YOU MONEY- this place is not worth it even though its a bit cheaper than other salons. They are now operating under ABQ Bronzed & Beauty.

DO NOT by any circumstances work for this company! They have no work ethic whatsoever. I was told I would he hired as an esthetician and that I start this week.. I quit my other job and everything. Was told I had an appointment for this week to perform an eyelash tint. When I had asked what days I come in this week I was told they found a different esthetician. Do you know how messed up that is? Im unemployed now and currently having to look for another job asap because of false information. I shouldve known by all of the bad reviews that this place wasnt for me. I know this place will go out of business sooner or later karmas a b.

This place is terrible. They are liars and have no morals. I would not recommend this place to any customers or employees.....Stay far away 💯

Very nice place and friendly staff . Esthetician’s are excellent and do quality work .

We had an appt scheduled and got a call from a nice gentleman and said the person that was supposed to do the waxing quit.That Should’ve been a red flag, I rescheduled went to the appt and there was a little bitty note that says issues with PNM. All other businesses around were operating just fine. No call nothing. This was from Groupon and when we went to cancel it, a notice popped and said Merchant can charge a fee pleaseeeee we called Groupon and got that handled. Two signs of poor Leadership and that’s all I need. I hope the employees are treated better than the customers

Terrible customer service. Doesn’t stay open for regular business hours. No phone number to call or contact. Ordered a Groupon and have went to the location four times / days in a row at different times during business hours and no one is there/ opens door. Want my money back. Business working next door to this location said the owner sucks.

I went to get a Brazilian here, it was the worst service I have ever received. Huge patches of hairs were left behind, so bad I had to go pay for someone else to clean it up.

Holy cow this place is bad. Minimal and inattentive staff and Ive shown up on multiple occasions when the door was locked during business hours, with no explanation. Dont give them your money!
