I’ve came here multiple times, it’s been a year since I’ve came due to the pandemic but I finally came back! I requested Van because she is who used to do my nails. She seemed bothered and had an attitude when I was explaining what I wanted. $91 later my nails are lifting from the tip of where the nail extension was glued, hasn’t even been a full 24 hours very unsanitary. I requested a French tip pedi and it takes up half of my nails, very unsatisfied! Will never be a supportive customer here again. You would think after being shut down due to COVID they’d have a better environment!

After looking at Magic Spa & Nails BEAUTIFUL nail art online, I decided to give them a visit to see if they could do the design that I had wanted. They did! It was just a brown French tip, but the shape, base color, and tip color were perfect! My toes came out cute too! A week had passed, and 2 of my nails popped off, and I noticed them lifting, so I went back to the salon, and got the 2 nails fixed. My nail tech (Vicky) told me to visit her in 3 days and she would fill in the others. Not only did she NOT charge me to fix the 2 nails that popped off, she didn’t charge me either to fix the other 8 (I changed the color). That has NEVER happened. I’m usually charged about 5$ to get one nail fixed. It’s nuts! Vicky is such a sweet lady, and was incredibly willing to help a girl out! My nails look stunning. I’ve been to A LOT of nail salons, and I’ve never been to one that is so friendly, willing, and talented. Magic Spa & Nails is worth the 40 minute drive. ❤️ The prices are incredible for the work they do! 🙂

Wonderful job on my nails. Interesting conversation with the nail tech there!!! He pays special attention not to scrap the skin around your nails and actually scraps his own instead which I thought was extremely thoughtful. Thank you just simply thank you. ☺️ also thank you for the pedicure tech for allowing me a few extra minutes to gather myself. ☺️

He ripped up my nails and did the worst gel nails I’ve ever had. Now they’re super short, bumpy and flaky.

Did an awful job. He didnt even try. Paid for super deluxe pedi. He left mask on my leg which was the first step before scrub and massage lotion. So it should have been rinsed off. Then every single toe smeared and he even left polish on my toes. So disappointed!!!

They were great with my daughter whose 4. Super kid friendly and kind. Most importantly they were respectful. They even asked me first if it was ok if a male did her nails. I really enjoy the way my toes came out too !

Ive gone here for two years always to Tyler. he is amazing but the girls here who make appointments absolutely suck. ive been called back 3 times to confirm my appointment weeks away from now and each time she set it for the wrong day no matter how many times i repeated! and she spoke perfect english (sounded caucasian, new girl) and then called me one last time to tell me Tyler wouldn’t be there to do them so i just cancelled my appointment. sucks that i loved my nail tech but the girls he work for are making him lose business. would give a 0/5 stars for the new people there.

Clean, a lil unorganized but my biggest this is my nails were for my sisters weddings everyones getting the same set so the glitter on mine being pink and not white and the glitter just looks messy for close ups it was more supposed to be crystal than lil pearl ones

I ordered an Indian Taco and had a hard time finding any beef! It was alllll beans. Disappointed and wont ever order again! Wheres the beef??

This was my first time going here for a girls day with my coworkers. “magic”? more like tragic.. my nails basically look like pink raisins. the acrylic is so bumpy and the nail polish isn’t completely covering the nails. the nails are all uneven and they just look plain bad. and for $50? one of my friends nails turned out awful as well. i am very disappointed and will not be returning.

Very nice business. They were so nice when we got there. I brought my uncles friends daughter to have girl time getting our nails done. They helped get us the colors we wanted and took excellent care of us. It was her first time gettting her nails done professionally and she was just so happy they did great work very clean and just beautiful. I will always come back here to get my nails done, as well as referring them for anyone who is looking to get their nails done. 10/10 from us for sure. Thank you for making this a great girls day and a great going away gift. The employees definitely make you comfortable and feel at home. 💯

I went in for a pedicure on 5-5-2021 the tech didn’t use any type of cuticle oil she didn’t even clip my cuticles. When I asked about it she said that the reason she didn’t use cuticle oil was because the polish wouldn’t stay on !! Then after she was done I examined my toes some were shorter than others and the tips of the big toes weren’t even polished. Very disappointed I will not be recommending or going back here again!!! Especially since I hadn’t been out for a pedicure in close to a year because of covid. I did mention to the lady collecting the money how dissatisfied I was, she just looked at me like I was crazy.

Great Covid-19 response! I walked in and they took my temperature, 6ft distancing was clearly marked on the floor. Everyone was wearing a mask (patrons and staff) as well as a plastic divider between staff and patron at all stations. It is nice to see a business taking safety so seriously, I will be back!

First time visiting this location! And I absolutely fell in love! This is my new all time favorite place to get my nails done! I’ve never been to a salon that did an amazing coffin shape! I was stunned with the way my nails look. Very inexpensive prices, nice employees, and a clean well maintained location! I definitely recommend! ♥️

Wish I could leave zeros stars for how disappointed I was. Didn’t get what I paid for by any means. Pedicure was not satisfactory at all. My nail tech didn’t change her gloves after going to help ANOTHER CUSTOMER. Ummm ewwww!! Was rough with my feet even after I pulled my foot away. Definitely NEVER coming back here and I recommend you don’t come here either!

Definitely my go to place!!! I am very picky when it comes to my nails I have been here 3x’s the second time my nails started coming off faster then usual but with no hesitation they offered to fix it with no cost but I chose to get a new set and hands down they are amazing!!! I am not sure the name of the girl who does mine but she is the only young one I have seen so far since my visits, I will definitely refer anyone to them, they also have amazing prices!!! For what I get I used to pay $75 they charge me $45!!! Thank You!!!

I have been here twice and each time I was pleased with my nails. The atmosphere was relaxing and calm. I took a photo of the nails I wanted and the 2 gentlemen working today did their best to do exactly like the picture. I really like my nails!

I had a hard time finding a good nail salon. This place was recommended to me and now it’s my permanent location! The workers at this location are such good people! The new owner is also very friendly and he has great customer service. I’ve gotten a facial, gel pedicure, and gel nails done so far and they’ve turned out great! They’re also very clean! I highly recommend this nail salon.

Its my 1st time here and within 3 days my gel manicure started chipping. I had them redo it but was made to repay. The redo is a sloppy gel polish job, my niece could polish better. Not returning. Also the place isnt that clean nor is the tools sterlized, boxes all over the floor and the techs picking things off the floor from spilled boxes for supplies.....so bring your own files.

They did such a great job! Made it super comfortable and easy! I got a full set manicure and couldn’t be happier with the results. (: I’ll be back again!

After living in Albuquerque a year and a half and trying numerous nail salons, I finally found my salon and wont go anywhere else. Nice clean salon. All the staff is great. I absolutely love Tyler, he does my nails perfect every time.

I wasn’t very happy with my pedi, for how how much i paid i was expecting a little more, and my friend he nail tech didn’t change her gloves have she touched someone else feet uhhh eww!!! So not sanitary yuck we won’t be back we aren’t satisfied

Me and my friend have gone there for years. Up until the last 6 months, we have had constant issues and will not go back! They have never been too friendly with the exception of Kevin who was amazing and is no longer working there. Every time we get them done within a few days they break, they are not even and actually come off from back of nail, that’s the acrylic that used to last 6 weeks. I don’t know if they changed product or what. When I went in to show them it’s always come back later. People are busy, and shouldn’t have to go back to begin with. They’ve always talked among themselves and probably about us who knows but it makes people very uncomfortable! Very disappointed!

They are so unprofessional and Unsanitary. When I was there the woman doing my nails had me and the woman beside me switch places, and the woman next to me was dipping her nails in alcohol and when we switched, she wanted me to Soak my nails with the same alcohol the other woman was using.

Gone down hill used to be good my niece and I went in there the other day and they said can you come back were busy and there wasnt anybody but two people in there being having their nails done so like I said and the time before that we did go in there they treated us like they really didnt care and I left a $5 tip but anyway thats life so Im now Im going to Happy Nails I were happy there

We went for our appointments and jeannie (I believe that is her name) is regular nail tec for my wife did a great job as always. I only had brows done by my favorie tech, Trina. Place has serene atmosphere, relaxing music and is moderately busy. Recommend you call ahead but walk-ins are welcome.

Very horrible service. We went for appointment with a wedding party and there was something wrong with everyones nails either with feet or nails. They were rude and talking rude stuff about a child getting a color. I do not recommend this place at all very ruined and not worth the money

Could not take my nails off for 3 months.

I went in for manicure & pedicure Bebe helped me. They didnt even last 48 hours before they started to peel and chip. I have been to several nail salons in the area and this has never happened. BEWARE!!

I got my acrylic taken off here and had him paint my nails just with nail polish no gel nothing and when i left they werent even dry and they got messed up which wasnt my fault when i came back in to get them re painted he wouldnt re paint all of them he said it was my fault and i should of been more careful they should of been dry when i left even tho it wasnt my fault he said he would have to recharge me so i lost out of my money for something that wasnt my mistake never going back here again

I went in to get my eyebrows done about 12 hours ago. My eyebrows are still red inflamed and their sensitive. They pulled a complete layer of skin off of my eyebrows. Cant even go back and get my money cuz they never gave me a receipt to begin with.

They are very personal and dont talk about you behind your back. The autoclave is right in front of the customers. They also use fresh pumice for each customer.
