I love getting my nails done here! Andy, Jimmy, and Helen are absolutely amazing and take care of me every time I come in. If I show them a photo of how I want my acrylics to be done, they do an even better job than how the photo looks. Annnd they offer discounts on your birthday via text message reminders. I’m a big fan and have found my nail place!

Very attentive customer service. Efficient staff and inexpensive for the excellent work they do. Only drawback is their limited English speaking ability. But otherwise a great place to go to!

Very friendly but i paid $70 plus $12 tip for a pedicure and gel manicure, only to wake up THE NEXT DAY to the gel on 3 of my nails lifting. I go back and the man actually tells me he will repair for free. At that point he shudve been offerin a partial refund.

I got an ombré style coffin set. Just white and pink and the nails were extremely crooked, the white did not look nice at all. Also the guy was rushing through. He had the same three nail files that looked like they have been used on at least 50 other customers. I will never come back to this place. Very poor work.

I’ve found my holy grail of nails salon. I totally recommend this place. I’ve never been so pleased with my nails, they always last and have never have broken off. Makes everything I do with my hands look pretty and done with grace. Although, I do recommend bringing earbuds for your music. This is my biweekly Sunday special to get prepared for whatever the workweek may bring and to treat myself. Plus whatabuger is close by for a double greenchili cheese burger and a apple pie then I drive through Mister Car Wash lol Treat yourselves ladies be tough out there but stay sweet.

I discovered this place about 5 years ago and I have been coming ever since. I started bringing my 13 year old daughter and I have always been happy with our pedicures and full sets. My daughter gets her eyebrows waxed and they do a really good job. They have protective glass between the tech and clients, and are doing a good job with protecting themselves and their clients.

She actually listened to me and took into account the history of my hair. We had a great conversation too. My hair came out so much softer! Thank you!

Im grateful to have a full service nail salon with spa services so centrally located. The staff is prompt and courteous. I trust their cleanliness and professionalism.

I went to get a new set and they messed up the color even though I gave specific instructions on what I wanted, so I went back and asked them to fix it and was still charged for an entire new set at a “discounted rate” even though I already paid for the first set where they messed up the color so in total I spent over $70 on a nail set that had to drive back for. I’m disappointed at the quality of the nails and the service. I love when a nail technician takes care of their customers and I didn’t get that quality service here...

The pedicure and full set I got were over priced. The price listed on their sign was not what they charged me. I was never told of any changes until at the register. An argument broke out because i guess the lady did not understand that I just wanted black and silver in a design on my toes. It was weird.

I was manhandled upon waking in the door. I told the man that he had hurt me and to be more delicate with a lady. He was amazed I have real nails and was wrenching them to see if they are real. ! I asked for an apology and instead I got yelled at and told to leave. I was floored at how they treat their customers. Being hurt, yelled at, and not believed

My mother is a nail tech, and really loves this place, even agreeing that the prices are pretty reasonable. She usually gets her eyebrows waxed, and says you need to be a little specific for what you want them to do, or they will do it how they see fit, which is understandable. Dont be afraid to speak up, even though they do not speak perfect English, they will make an effort to understand you! Every time I come here for a pedicure, everything is clean, the tools that are used on my feet are sterile and disinfected, and I watch them disinfect and thoroughly clean the bath where your feet soak after your pedicure. They will even have you wait for the bath to disinfect if there are many customers in line, which shows they arent just trying to get people in and out quickly. I happened to have two ingrown toenails this time around, which my nail technician effortlessly removed with minimal pain. She quickly sterilized all tools and my foot was even disinfected and cleaned properly. My nail technician checked up on me and asked about any pain while removing them and after she finished, even after she finished painting my nails as well. I took minimal care of my foot days after, with no infection or anything upsetting. These people know how to do their jobs, and know how to do them well!!! I strongly recommend this place. Relaxing atmosphere and one of the women even helped me through my first time getting my legs waxed.

The place was fine. Staff was friendly. Only problem for me was the length of my nails. The man who did my nails tried measuring them and once I got home I saw how some of my nails where longer and thicker than the others. The man was nice but rough on my nails too. I recommend but if you are really picky with your nails (like me) make sure to pay close attention.

I usually dont post reviews but my experience here has by far been the worst I have ever had at any business. I found this salon from a Google search and decided to give it a try. I went in on a Monday and got a dip powder manicure. During my manicure I felt uneasy and as if the nail techs were talking about me. I ignored those feelings thinking I was just paranoid because of all the stories you hear about foreign nail techs talking about their clients in a different language. That same week on Wednesday I noticed a chip in the acrylic on the bottom corner of my thumb. I went back to the salon and explained that my manicure was just two days prior and was wondering if they could fix it. The initial tech I saw on Monday was with another customer so I had a different lady attend to me on Wednesday. The two techs began to talk to each other. The lady was signaling in a pinching motion how small the chip was, then they began laughing. Then to fix the chip, she just cut the piece of my nail where the acrylic fell off. She applied another clear coat and I asked to make sure it was gel, to match the rest of my nails. She said yes, then turned around and spoke to my initial tech. I didnt understand much but I did hear gel and a lot of laughter. I was then instructed to place my hand under the UV light, less than one minute later I was told to leave.

First time here, and I’ll definitely be back. I usually have to wear a mask when I get my nails done because of the fumes. This spot is well-ventilated with no overwhelming odors. Service was fast, everyone was friendly and helpful, and my nails look great!

My nails look nice but beware the price. Their sign says manicure 13.95 and gel Polish 4.95. I picked a sparkly color. Looked great but when I went to pay he said I owed $39!! He said gel manicure was $22 and the color I picked was $17 extra! Dishonest. I will never go back.

I was disappointed, Im not from Albuquerque, Im here on business for a week and wanted to get my nails done, but unfortunately I didnt like my nails, pedicure was ok, I showed them a photo of what I wanted which was a natural looking nail but instead just got the acrylic and used french manicure pink polish base for my nails to make it look natural.... They were friendly but just didnt get what I asked for. As you see the collage below, the pics on the right are what I was wanting versus what I got on the left.

Very clean! Ladies bathroom is a great place to look when considering a new place. Clean well stocked and in good repair. I got a gel pedicure $28.00!!The chairs are old but in good shape. The pedicure was excellent. She was very careful trimming my cuticles and the massage was good. I will save this place for a treat when I am in town. Do t let the outside of the building send you away

I dont usually review businesses. This was the worst pedicure Ive ever had. I usually love the way I feel after a pedicure so relaxed. The guy instead of massaging I think just applied lotion to my legs and feet. Seemed to be in a hurry. Ill never come back. Waste of money I could have did what he did to myself at home

I went to try this place because I always see it when I drive by. So when I walked in & someone who I didnt understand me asked what I wanted. I showed her with the little hands that they have displayed, she said yea I can do it.... while I was getting my nails cut & shaped I showed her the length I wanted & the shape again.. she got the shape wrong & the length after I showed her a few times. Then the design that I wanted was wrong too. I asked for black nails with a matte tip, something pretty simple. Im not going back to this place for anything, this was the worst nail salon Ive ever been to.

The reason I stopped going to this nail salon a few years ago was because I noticed the staff was using rusty tools (nail clippers) I decided to give them another chance but was disappointed once again. The girl who did my pedicure snipped my toe and didn’t even acknowledge she did it or apologize. I ended up with a small infection on that toe that I had to have drained a few days later. Also, I have never had an issue with ingrown toenails before this pedicure. The girl cut my nails shorter than asked and both corners on both of my big toes are now ingrown. Don’t waste your time coming here. If you do chose to come, make sure the staff isn’t using rusty tools on your nails!!

They were pretty good, but I feel like I didn’t get a top coat after which I was unsure of, it was hard to tell but I didn’t get gel nails but just a regular pedicure and it felt like there was no shine coat but overall pretty good and friendly.

They messed my nails up after providing a picture and honestly they deserve 0 stars I asked for LONG SKINNY COFFIN I got SHORT FAT COFFIN she never asked me if I like them. She got up constantly and when she was “ done “ she just got up and left i will NEVER go back not even for them to fix it. Biggest waste of 40 dollars ever

My experience here was pretty bad. I called ahead of time, even though they accept walk ins just to make sure I could get seen right away. When i got there i showed the girl a picture of the shape of nails I wanted. She glanced at it, and said she could do that. As she was starting on my nails a couple of other people came in, and thats when it started going down hill from there. The lady who originally started my nails got up and started helping the other customers out which I didnt mind, but the next lady who stepped in to finish my nails was just awful. She was really rude, and rough with my hands. She knipped my cutical on my ring finger, and she completely changed the shape on my nails that I had originally asked for. She had awful hygiene, I could smell her from my chair. It seemed to me like she has some sort of substance abuse problem because she kept making strange head movements, and was constantly making sniffling sounds. She had me get up and move not once or twice, but literally four times. At one point I was sitting in a chair that had already been occupied by another client, because the clients purse, and her companion were inches away from me. It was awkward for the both of us girls. Instead of making sure her work was good quality she basically rushed me out once they saw they were getting busy. I was without service for about ten minutes after the light thing went off to dry my nails as if they forgot all about me. I saw the finished product and I was definitely not happy. Not only was the shape messed up, but they were crooked as well! So noticeably crooked. When i went up to the counter to go pay I showed the lady who had originally started my nails the picture (again) and put my nails right beside it and told her Im very sorry I hate to complain, but I asked for this specific shape and and the outcome isnt even near that, and as you can see theyre massively crooked. I told her it wasnt her fault, but her co-workers, and I probably would have been happier if she stayed doing them, even if it meant I had to wait longer. In the end, she gave me $5 off which was nice, but as soon as I got home i had to fix the shape the best I could myself because it was just plain out ugly. I like going to get my nails done, because its one of the only times I get to feel pampered or relaxed, but this experience just made me feel rushed, and uncomfortable. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone as long as that other lady is working there.

Would not recommend!!!! Went here because the reviews made it out to be a nice place. I went for a pedicure and manicure. The lady who did my pedicure was very lazy and careless. It probably took her all of 10 mins to do everything-which included a weird feather touch massage and painting my nails. Meanwhile, another girl who was clearly sick (coughing, sneezing, blowing her nose) came over and started my manicure WHILE I was getting this weird pedicure...I asked both of them multiple times if I could do the manicure after the pedicure and neither of them spoke a word of English. I even pointed and said can I please do this over at the manicure table?! All I wanted was to be able to sit back and relax in the chair, but instead I had to hold my arms over to one side of the chair in order to have the sick girl paint my finger nails. Not sure mention, my finger nail polish was so all over the place, I went looking for the polish bottle to fix it myself! It was terrible. Needless to say, when I got home I immediately removed this polish job. Afterwards, they both left without saying a word and did not offer for me to go to the drying station. I tried to convey to them can I get flip-flops? do you have a dryer?? They said nothing. Instead they sat in chairs and looked at their phones and would gaze up at me as if it was strange that I was still sitting there trying to dry. The whole experience stressed me out so much. The reason I was going there in the first place was to relax after a stressful week. Thanks a lot. I will not be back.

Clean, prices are reasonable, love their massage chairs when you get your pedicure. Owner Andy is amazing, he does excellent nails & artwork, always has a smile on his face.

I got my nails done here on Thursday and when I got home I noticed product was on my skin on my thumb. That chipped my nail when I took it off and then a nail broke yesterday on day 2. Will not be going back

I came into LV nails not even 3 hours ago...I got a gift card for the holidays so I wanted to get a rebase done here. Big mistake. I asked for claw shapped nails, even provided a photo. When being shapped I requested more pointy shape and ended up with Almond shapped nails that ware way to short. Not to mention the nail tech who I was working with abruptly stood up and went to the back once a man walked in the salon and disappeared for about 5 min. Enough time for me to stand up and walk around and watch my mother get her nails worked on. My tech came back while the man left after her. Nail polish used was dry and empty but she wanted to make sure to try and use it...bad idea. Ugly result. Didnt even get a fan or light to dry my nails. I had to blow on them. Color was then messed up by me having to move to a random other table so she fixed the polish but then she scrapped the polish off another nail in the process. Ugh. She didnt tell me good bye or even thank you for coming in. My mother also didnt get the shape she requested (with photo) of coffin style. No tip was left and noticed all the dust and grime settled in the everywhere including the cash register area. No tip. Will never return and now have to go get these nails redone.
