I love it here! Everyone is so friendly and professional. I see Le and she does an amazing job. She’s quick, but her work is high quality and she can do designs well. The environment is very relaxing as well. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Whenever I am in Albuquerque I make it a point to come to Relax. I have tried many nail salons in ABQ and I don’t like any of them as much as here. I got pink and white ombré nails for my wedding with my husbands brands on them and they came out perfect! This set lasted for a month which is a long time for me as I work outside with animals and am very rough on my hands.

When I walked in I was asked multiple times if I had an appointment, which I had answered, yes I had called before and they had told me to come in at 1:15. The gentleman they had put me with was very nice, however did not do a good job at all with a simple rebase. He favored filing the left side of my nails, which I then asked him to go through and do the same thing to the right side. And he did not, he left the right side a bit rigged and un smooth. When I asked him to shorten my nails filing them down a bit, again he did not, also did not make sure all of my nails were the same length. When it came down to finishing them he wanted to put a pink coat on top, I told him I was looking for a natural nude and he came back with another sheer pink. I was also a bit upset with having to pay $58 dollars for a rebase that was far from the quality I received.

Very good, I never get my nails done but Nick did a good job with both manicure and pedicure. My feet are ticklish though so the sand-paper thing to take down calluses was torture. Other than that it was awesome. Nice color recommendation too.

Really sad with the service I got. It was rough and uncomfortable. The guy left my feet rough and left nail polish underneath. He didn’t clean up my feet at all. So I came home to re-do a pedicure I paid $30 for. :( This place used to be great but every time I go in they look at me like they don’t want to help me. Definitely going to find a better nail salon because this was completely disappointing!!

I asked for cheetah print and the guy gave me black spots on my nails. Then when I asked him if he could take it off and just leave the base color he then proceeded to be rough and started filing my skin with the machine. I have cuts on my fingers now and I will not be going back to this place. Very unprofessional and lacking ability to do nail art.

Vicki was my nail tech and she did a full acrylic set of nails and they came out HORRIBLE👎🏻My nails were filed to short and they were to thick. Did not look natural at all. Also there was a ton of dry hard nail product underneath my nails. She should of cleaned that up, but she didnt. I had to come home and clean it myself. I myself am a nail tech and this set of nails was not worth the money I paid. She also put on decals and they did not cover the full nail. Very sloppy job. I paid way to much for my nails and am not happy with them😩 I will never go back to this nail salon.They are way to expensive for what you get. So my review of this nail salon on a scale of 1 to 10 is a 0👎🏻

Absolutely the BEST place to get your nails done! I drive across town to go because its always clean and they are so good at their job! Annie is amazing with my natural nails and can do anything I show her a picture of. Rose is my pedi gal and she is also amazing!! Make an appointment and be patient if you still have to wait a little! The best things are worth waiting for! They stay busy for a reason.

Good service and clean space. They take reservations by phone or online, I suggest making one as things got quite busy late afternoon/early evening. The prices were very fair, I spent under $30 for a pedicure.

Absolutely amazing place to get your nails done!!! Christine, Annie, and Rose are the best in my opinion and they are all so nice and such sweethearts. Everyone is super nice and friendly and fun you end up airing for a while they check on you to make sure you’re doing alright and if you’ve been helped. I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails and Rose (she is my go-to nail tech because she’s absolutely amazing) is always able to amaze me! She can do anything I show her and she makes sure that the nails look the way I want them to in terms of shape, thickness, and length which I love. I won’t go to another nail salon because this one is just perfect.I recommend making an appointment just so you don’t have to wait too long, but even that isn’t an issue to me because it’s worth the wait, it’s also more on the expensive side I think but still worth it. I’ve only ever gotten one pedicure but their tools are always cleaned before hand and you get your own bag of stuff after to bring with you next time, also the girl who did mine didn’t seem to complain about my gross feet and she did a stunning job. 10/10 would definitely recommend and I can’t wait to go back soon if/when the corona stuff dies down.

Sara Rose was absolutely wonderful! All employees seem to produce quality work, it looked clean and there were a some additional measures in place because of Covid- it was reassuring to know they are taking steps to be preventative and take care of their clients.Could not recommend highly enough

I have been here before and service is different. I’m not sure if they are too busy to accommodate or what. I had a scheduled appointment and after 15-20 minutes of being put in a chair to wait-several others who came in after me got services, I left. There were techs walking around and the one they said would be helping me was not close to being done with previous client. I was essentially ignored until I decided to leave. During my time in the chair no one gave me anything to choose my colors or designs. I was there to get deluxe pedicure and new set.

Such a nice place! I’ve tried many nail salons in many states and all over ABQ and this nail salon is my favorite because it is upbeat, well-maintained, friendly and personal. I appreciate their dedication to their customers. I really like my nail technician Larry. He takes the best care of me and his peppermint essential oil pedicures are the best.

Fair warning, they are over charging new customers, even made my pay extra to get them taken off. Quality is pretty good but a rip off

Ive been to Relax Nails three times, this service included gel nails and toes. I went in on a Monday by Wednesday the gel was chipping. I returned and the original technician repaired them by filing the chipped section and added another coat of gel to all my nails. The result is thick and fake looking, and one nail us bumpy. Larry was the tech both times, he was very nice and courteous but the results are unsatisfactory. This happened once before at another salon and they removed everything and started over, I even got to select a different color. Also, I didnt feel welcomed by the skinny tall guy in charge (not Larry) after l asked for a redo. Disappointed in the results.

The place is Covid friendly and if you call to make an appointment they are quick to seat you. The attention to detail for what you want pedicure or nails is really nice!

I go there often but they always mess up on my services, it’s always rushed. I feel afraid to speak up because they will get mad. I was just there to get my eyebrows done and it was really rushed. I didn’t like the outcome but they were rushing the process. My eyebrows came out very horrible, just a bad experience. Never want to come here again.

Always clean. Staff is friendly and they use new files and pumice when providing a pedi. Theyll give it to you to take home and bring back for next time. They have a good variety of gel polishes to choose from. Talented and careful nail techs.

Excellent massage chairs and the Detox Pedicure is a absolutely divine! The atmosphere was relaxing and classy. Nina has the BEST hands and her massage was super relaxing! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be a return customer!

I LOVE relax nails! They take pride in making sure the salon and all equipment is clean which I love. I have horrible nails that don’t take to any products. This is the only place that has ever taken such good care of them that I can keep them looking pretty. They’re also on the cutting edge of nail fashion and I get SO many compliments on my nails. Their pedicures are fabulous! There is nowhere else in Albuquerque I would go to get my nails done. I love the staff, they’re so friendly.

Finding a good nail salon in Albuquerque has been a struggle. Right now I’m satisfied with all the sets I’ve gotten at Relax, the staff are fairly friendly and do their best to give you what you want. My best set has been from Christine.

I got my nails done today by True, and she did an amazing job!!! I was so pleased with how my nails came out! She didn’t complain about them being complicated and a lot of work, she was excited about doing little mermaid themed nails! She was AMAZING!!! Definitely will go back to see her!

I have been having my fingers and toes taken care of at Relax Nails Spa for many, many years! I love the people and the facility. It is always friendly, clean and hopping with clients! I recommend an appointment if you have a preferred technician but you will always be taken care of, even if you show up, with a relatively short wait. They do a fantastic job and I have never left disappointed! I would highly recommend the to anyone looking for a clean, good and friendly nail salon!

Kim is efficient. Helps with picking out color or perfectly matching color. Listens to what you say and has cute photos of her precious dog.

Pros: 1. Use plastic bags in pedicure tubs, so dont need to share previous persons foot funk.2. Younger guy and ladies seem to actually do a conscientious job.Cons: 1. Avoid going on Friday or Saturday.2. Two out of three times asked to have sharp edges of toe nails to be rounded. Older lady said she did and when we got to check. Nope, so sharp my pinkie toenail cut the toe next to it.3. Made appointment and walk ins (came in after me) were seated before me.4. Higher prices than other nearby salons.Decided not to return.

Christine is amazing, I have been going to her regularly for about 7 years, before she opened this location. She makes sure that they provide TONS of options and color choices to fit everyones needs. I came in with my mother and we got pedicures and the ladies who were doing our pedicures were rushing and didn’t really do a good job:( my water was cold and they were very rough with me and my mothers feet. I couldn’t relax at all because she was rushing tryin to do my feet and she didn’t do everything that the package came with. I was so disappointed :(

This is the place to go!! They have a huge selection and its constantly getting bigger... They take pride in keeping it very clean and nice for their customers. Mandy, Christine, Annie, Freemon are all amazing! If they are booked up or busy they have several other amazing nail techs that do amazing jobs! My mom and me enjoy going together and we always have the best time!

I have been going to Relax Nails for years and I am super picky about my gel polish and design. Christine pushes me out of my comfort zone to go for new trends and I like to do that! I work in a conservative arena and just need a little sparkle. It is fantastic and clean! I would recommend!!

I love Relax Nails Spa! I had been trying different nail salons in Albuquerque until finally I found Relax Nails about a year ago. Christine and Mandy are awesome! The salon is very clean and has a great ambiance. The prices are fair and my nails have never looked better.

Relax Nails is by far my favorite place to get my nails done in Albuquerque. I have tried so many places over the years, and was never completely satisfied. I was referred to Christine from a friend, and needless to say, I will never go any where else. Christine and the rest of the staff are so talented, they are on top of all the latest trends, they can recreate any look you are hoping for. They do an impeccable job in an incredibly efficient manner. The spa is immaculate and has a beautiful atmosphere. I am constantly asked by people every day where I get my nails done, and I tell everyone to go to Relax Nails!

Last visit!!! I have been going since they opened and Im so disappointed. If go in without an appointment, they always give you their very newest person. They train on you and dont check or fix poor results. Need translator. So busy they dont take time to even do a decent massage.

I have been going to Relax Nails & Spa since Christine and the current staff opened it, and was a regular customer of theirs before then. The salon is very clean and friendly, and they offer an extensive list of services (gel, SNS, acrylic) at reasonable prices. All the technicians are happy and strive to make sure that you are too! Absolutely the only salon I go to and recommend in Albuquerque.

Majority of the staff was really nice and place was clean. Downside I got gel nails done there that lasted a total of 5 days. Additionally staff was really rough on mine and my friends cuticles. I recommend a different place for gel nails.

Relax Nails is like no other nail salon. I have been going to Christine for many years. Her attention to detail in her designs is absolutely impeccable. I simply find a design on Pinterest and she does it. She is truly an artist. Furthermore, the shop is very clean. I like that they use liners in the pedicure chairs. I have been to several shops in my lifetime, but this one stands out above the rest. Relax Nails is #1 in my book!!!

Beautiful scenery, very clean, and very nice people there. The older man there always is so considerate and kind and he tries to instill those values for the rest of his employees. They always get you in even if there are lots of people already there. Great color selection and when I need my eyebrows done, theyre the first I go to. The gel manicure is iffy, but the pedicure and acrylic are fabulous. Free waters too!

Relax Nails & Spa are the best in Albuquerque. I commute 45 minutes every two weeks. Everyone is very professional, the spa is very clean and sanitary, not to mention they have the latest up to date products and nail designs. I totally recommend Relax Nails!

I would highly recommend Relax Nails Spa. Its located off Paseo Del Norte behind Trader Joes and Orange Theory. There are always plenty of individuals meaning minimal wait time. They are all mostly young and hip. They do an incredible job. Christine is amazing and has been doing nails for a long time. She does work with your schedule and will make appointments. The environment is very clean and organized and modern compared to most nail spas. They have a ridiculously adorable Hello Kitty chair for little girls to enjoy a pedicure and its just their size. The prices are fair and they will send you home with any items used in you.

This place is amazing! I always get the sns nails which is my favorite nail product because it has helped my nails grow so strong, long and healthy!This place is super clean and the nail techs are so sweet and courtious. They always have the most up to date products, colors, and services, and many many options to chose from, not just a few. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other nail salons and the quality of their work is exceptional !Most of all, they are very sanitary! When getting a pedicure they use disposable tub liners and each client has a box with their very own nail tools in it so there is peace of mind in worrying about germs or bacteria being spread !

The staff was friendly enough and the place was nice and clean but my gel polish was awful. I went with my two sisters, both of whom got started on their manicures before me, and I was the first done. Two of my nails had dips in the middle and two had jagged points, which I had to file myself. He barley put lotion on and did not do the oil that is usually done at the end. He did a terrible job getting the dead skin and cuticles off which made the entire thing look bad. My experience was bad, but my sisters nails looked good.

Overall best nail salon experienced. Will definitely be back regularly. Highly recommended!

Worst nail shop I have ever been to in Albuquerque. If I could give less than one star I would. The lady did not speak English and did not understand how to do a pedicure in the slightest. She was on her phone most of the time and the customer service is terrible.

Ive been going here off and on for years. The last few times Ive not been as happy but I keep going back because the location is so convenient and I like that they use liners in the tubs. However, after my experience yesterday, Im done with this place! I went in for a gel pedicure and the young woman proceeded to give me the most painful pedicure Ive ever experienced. I seriously was expecting to see blood. At one point my reflex took over and I jerked my foot. I told her that she had hurt me and she just looked at me a little sheepishly. Once she got on with the pedicure I was reading and attempting to relax (thats actually their name so I thought that was okay) I didnt realize she wanted me to move my foot, so she tapped me impatiently and as I attempted to get my foot into the little UV machine, my big toe got messed up. She was obviously annoyed and mad as she had to fix it. Nothing about the experience was relaxing!

I went to this nail salon a couple of weeks ago mainly due that it has decent reviews and its close to where I live. I walked in and asked for a mani/pedi and was asked to pick out my colors. I did so and told the receptionist I was ready whenever a tech was ready. I sat and patiently waited as two customers walked in and were quickly ushered to the pedicure chair. I overheard one of the walk-ins say aloud that she was impressed that she was able to get in so quickly since she did not have an appointment. I rushed over to the receptionist desk and said that I also wanted a pedi as well and told her I came in before the other two that just walked in. She acted shocked that I wanted a pedi and then proceeded to take me to the pedicure chair. The tech did a great job on my toes nails but the tools he used appeared not to be in a sealed bag prior to usage. They also had tools stored in blue liquid so I truly dont think thats effectively sanitizing the instruments. When the tech was done with my toes he asked me to go to another station to work on my finger nails. He did not help me put on my sandals (since the nail polish was still wet) or at least give me disposable flip flops. I also did not see the techs licenses posted on the wall upon entering the establishment. MY BEST ADVICE IS TO STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE.

Hi thank you for answering back I was completely shocked when she finished my nails, they looked nothing like the picture at all I didn’t like them one bit, when I got home I had to paint over them because I was completely embarrassed of having them on my hands.

The salon has undergone lots of updates. It is clean and overall friendly. Annie is extremely good at nail designs. The worst part is like many salons of this type they really dont keep appointments, they say ok but keep you waiting.

Ive been coming for 3 years to get my Nails done. Im very picky when it comes to getting my nails done and toes, but hands down this is a great place. I always have a great experience everytime, Im always greeted when I come in and staff is very friendly. I recommend this place to everybody I know because they always do a awsome job everytime.

Crazy busy, noisy, spotty quality but clean and attractive. Unless you have an appointment they alway put you with newest person whether you are long established client. Language barriers. I have had mediocre mani and pedis.

I went in with my mommies a Friday evening. They used the electric filer to take my prior gel polish off and then he buffed my nails more leaving them weak. My gel polish chipped within 24 hours. Now 4 have chipped and due to the hours I was not able to have them fixed before Christmas.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. I just left and three of my toes are bleeding. He never apologized for cutting me and then poured alcohol and then something blue that stings worse than alcohol into the cuts.
