I must say... the delivery driver who brought our Wayfair order today was either not having a good day and wanted folks to know it, or he was just an unfriendly sort. I didnt speak to him, but the short comments he made to my husband, and his unfriendly demeanor were plain to me as I watched from about 20 feet away as my husband assisted him in moving the large and heavy boxes off his hand truck onto our porch. We did request an inside delivery, and stayed home all day in order to receive the inside delivery. However, the man was so obviously irritable and unhappy that my husband declined to reiterate the request to deliver the boxes inside the front door.I suppose we will just look at the bright side... I had a 20.00 tip waiting for him on the table in the entrance way. His unfriendly demeanor and failure to bring the boxes inside the front door saved us 20 bucks. (shrug)

Not impressed. Employee was lazy. Couldnt deliver Didnt schedule date. Had to pick 1,000 dollar product myself. Short to the point. Driver had dolly but couldnt deliver

Customer service is great!! My shipment came in fast. I call the company twice and both times they where very accommodating!!! I wish I would have gotten the persons name so I could have thank him personally!!!!

If you are going to take a job you should be able to deliver on your commitment. Unfortunately they were not able to do that which has caused delay in my delivery as I have to wait longer than I should have.

As Terminal Manager here at the Albuquerque terminal. We do our best to insure that ALL customers freight is picked up and delivered pn time and damage free.

Staff was friendly and helpful my item arrived on time however the handling of my item was a bit rough. Both ends of the cardboard tube was damaged, luckily the contents was not damaged.
